Delicious food and friendly service.

Absolutely love this place! We’ve been to Thaliandia three times in just two week, it’s that good! The food is absolutely delicious with generous portions, and the staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. You feel truly welcomed every time you walk in. They have a lovely patio out front if you want to enjoy your meal outdoors, and the inside is cozy and refreshingly cool; a perfect atmosphere whether you’re coming for a casual dinner or an evening out. They even have board games and a great cocktail menu, which adds a really fun touch! Some of our all-time favorites include the Huisgemaakte Thaise Vegetarisch Loempia’s, Phad-Preaw-Wan, Phad Num Prik Phao, and of course the classic Phad-Thai — every dish has been full of flavor and perfectly prepared. Highly, highly recommend giving this place a try. It’s become one of our favorite spots! 🌶️🍹🥢

Yesterday I ate here for the first time and definitely not the last time! Really delicious food, friendly service and for a fair price. Good portions too, so I still have a nice lunch today 👌

Definitely recommended, the hottest dish with three peppers 🌶️ is not so pedis and for the average Dutch person good to do. Take the Spanish coffee as a dessert, very tasty. You can eat for a normal price, but we drank a bottle of wine and therefore also the Spanish coffee.

We often eat at Thai restaurants. Usually in The Hague. Coincidentally discovered this nearby. The starters were excellent, as were the main courses, and large portions. In addition, a good beer list (important for me) and the service was excellent. The restaurant is not large and was practically full on Easter Monday.

Really great! good food, professional and pleasant. Upon arrival we were immediately warmly welcomed. There is a warm/nice and, above all, personal atmosphere. I immediately felt at home. Browsing through the menu I find authentic Thai dishes such as curries and stir-fry dishes. I'm a fan of Thai food, and my mouth is already watering. After a short time the dishes arrive on the table. The curries and wok dishes certainly do not disappoint and are served with the well-known Thai smile. During the meal you are politely asked if everything tastes good, the menu also immediately indicated that if something is unexpectedly not entirely to your liking, they would like to hear this, so that they can provide you with a pleasant evening. However, everything tasted perfect for us and the portions were also perfectly fine. After dinner we had a quick chat with the owner. You notice that he runs this restaurant with passion. Restaurant with a family atmosphere. Very friendly. High proportion of vegetables in the dishes. Almost all dishes can be made with tofu. Very good for vegetarians.

Last week we had dinner with our family at Thailandia in Voorburg - and again it was an excellent experience. As lovers of Thai cuisine, partly due to our many trips to Thailand, we can say that the food here is authentic and full of flavor. You can choose from various curries and stir-fry dishes, with meat, chicken or vegetarian, and the desired spiciness can be easily adjusted. The atmosphere in the restaurant is homely and warm, which makes for a relaxing evening out. The dishes are served within a reasonable time and arrive at the table at the same time, which we find pleasant. The host – also owner – is very friendly and committed, and despite the crowds, the staff remains professional and hospitable. We have been to Thailandia three times now, and each time the quality and service has been consistently high. We actually share this review with some reservation... because there is a risk that it will become even busier. But this restaurant definitely deserves attention.

We had dinner at Thailandia again last night and it was delicious, as always. The food always looks fantastic and the taste is even better. Phillip and Nok and their team welcome every guest with so much enthusiasm and nothing is too much for them. The restaurant also looks very cozy and super clean and the atmosphere is great. For us it is the very best Thai restaurant.

Completely tasteless! Not a good experience with this restaurant, I will never eat here again! The food took a very long time to be served and they forgot to bring my drinks several times even though it was on the bill. Scam!

Food was not good, I found a hair in my food. There was nothing to complain about the service, only the boss was not normally rude. We ordered cocktails after the meal and we saw how poorly they were made without washing things, so I also doubt the hygiene. So don't come and eat!

Went here on Valentine's evening, had a wonderful and friendly welcome, especially a drink and chocolate beforehand, delicious food and a beautiful rose for the lady at the end. This makes eating out special, especially on a special evening, compliments!! But we will definitely come back for the delicious food

Leuk restaurant in de Herenstraat in Voorburg, eindelijk is iets anders dan de standaard Italiaan of Franse kaart. Erg lekker eten, goed op smaak en fijne porties.

We picked up 4 different main courses and they were all equally tasty, compliment to the chefs. Definitely worth repeating. Friendly owners who run their restaurant with love and you can taste that in the dishes.

Our tennis team was in Voorburg for a week for an ITF tennis tournament. We had dinner three times at this great Thai restaurant. Food is authentic. Owners were friendly and very helpful. I strongly recommend this restaurant.

Wat een heerlijk restaurant met echt Thaise gerechten van een prima kwaliteit . Bediening is uitstekend, terwijl de wijnkaart ook een goede hoeveelheid lekkere wijnen bevat.

Wednesday evening 17/5/2023 we had a very tasty meal with a good friend in this recently opened Thai restaurant. It is a small family business run by a very nice couple who also give good advice about the food and the options. The menu is not very extensive at the moment (fortunately there is enough choice) and more dishes will be added soon. We had a mix of snacks as a starter. Tod-Man-Pla, Poh-Pia-Gkai, Poh-Pia-Pak, Gkai-Satay and Red Curry Croquette) For main courses Phad-Med-Ma Muang (extra pepper) with chicken and Phad-Kra-Pau with tenderloin ( extra pepper) supplemented with fried rice. To finish, sticky rice in coconut milk with fresh mango and rambutan with fresh homemade coconut ice cream. This restaurant is highly recommended! Please note: booking in advance is wise

You walk in and you are received warmly and respectfully. Not only by the decor and ambiance, but also by the friendly owner who is attentive to every detail to ensure you have an enjoyable evening. It really feels like you are eating at someone's home, but then it goes further because the taste of our dish was excellent and the portion was generous. I can't recommend it enough to skip the typical farewell shops for this restaurant experience.

Wonderful gem of fresh and authentic thai food

A small family run restaurant with friendly service, in the historic Herenstraat in Voorburg. The curries with crunchy vegetables are perfectly seasoned. The soup is delicious. Thai food, the way Thai food should be.

Had a lovely authentic Thai meal last Sunday evening (12 Nov 2023). It was so good we are going to eat here again tonight!

Great little place. Quite cosy and has amazing, authentic Thai food. The tom yum soup was the best I’ve had out of Thailand. Other dishes we enjoyed were the masseman curry, pad ka prow and cashew chicken. Friendly owners and family run 👌🏼🙌🏼.

Ate for the first time. The food was delicious, we had a newly invented starter that the owner had made to highlight the taste of Thailand (rice balls). Delicious! The curry with fried rice was also great. I will go here again soon, thank you!

Overtreffende trap! Het eten was echt allemaal lekker. Wij zijn een paar keer in thailand geweest voor het eten, maar dit was echt heel goed. Een aangename verrassing. De curry's zijn lekker, maar ook de pad thai. Het thaise gevoel kwam direct terug. Het personeel is erg behulpzaam en zelfs de eigenaar nam de tijd om het eea uit te leggen. Kortom; een leuk thais restaurant waar je lekker kan eten.

Gisteravond twee soepen opgehaald waarvan één soep zonder champignon i.v.m. een heftige allergie. Na 50 minuten wachten waren de 2 bakjes soep klaar. De allergiewens is helaas niets mee gedaan, de soepen zaten vol met champignons. Als ik bel krijg ik de dame in de keuken aan de lijn die sorry zegt. Helaas geen oplossing gekomen, dus mijn vriendin moest maar een boterham eten. Jammer.

Kan beter helaas, prijzen voor wat je krijgt tegenwoordig.

Afgelopen week gegeten bij Philippe en zijn gezin bij deze nieuwe topper in de herenstraat. Inmiddels behoorlijk wat diverse keukens geprobeerd en Thais was voor mij redelijk nieuw. Wat een ervaring, alles klopt gewoon. Fantastisch eten tegen een eerlijke en goede prijs, gezin wat keihard zelf werkt in de zaak, verse producten en een super goede informele en goede sfeer. Een gezin en zaak die zijn vak verstaat. Ga hier absoluut eten. Kortom een absolute must als je in de buurt bent, niet in de buurt bent of gewoon zin hebt in fantastisch eten. Hou vol en we komen binnenkort weer.

Heerlijk gegeten in dit gezellige familiebedrijf. Heel smakelijk en en zeer vriendelijke eigenaar. Je proeft de passie van de kok in het eten. We gaan er zeker nog een keertje terug komen om de eigengemaakte Tiramisu te proeven.
