Wow! Just excellent. I ordered the onion bhaji, the Rogan Josh and the daal makhani. Delicious! Delivered speedily so the food stays hot. The lamb was beautifully tender and the sauce perfect. The daal was exceptional and the onion bhaji was crisp and light. A strong recommendation!!

They are closed but they do dilevery from diffrent location from where picked up myself I ordered the chicken soup which i had it before but this time chicken soup is full of oil and its like chicken curry with water i hope they will open soon so we get the same taste as before

I strongly advise against ordering delivery from this place. The photos on their website are misleading. They sent us a very poor-quality biryani that was soaked in oil and had an artificial color. The meat was dry and looked like it came from leftover plates before being mixed into my biryani. The roll was terrible; it tasted stale and disgusting. My total bill came to €40, but I only managed to eat one bite before I decided to make myself poha at home for dinner. I will never order from here again. Your response clearly reflects your concern for your customers, which is why I'm not surprised you personally packed this substandard food by yourself. If I wanted free food, I would let you know. However, writing an honest review on Google is the right thing to do, and your reaction to customers shows just how much you really care!

Someone who has had really good Biryani will find this very disappointing.. too bad. Also €16.00 per container (1x lamb & 1x chicken). With only 1 small piece of chicken and lamb in it?? Very disappointing

Delicious authentic Indian food taken away. I had the kalkutta roll and the lamb tandori. With the kalkutta I was guaranteed that if it was disappointing, I would get a new one every day until I gave birth. Obviously a mutual joke 😁! But this was not necessary, the kalkutta roll was delicious! Definitely come back to try some new dishes!

Started with a delicious, well-seasoned chicken soup that made me completely happy😋 And then a nice ending in terms of taste and Indian experience: A veggie fried Rice with vegetables, real traditional Gobi Manchurian (breaded/fried cauliflower with Indian herbs/vegetables/sauce👌) and Momos as a side dish. This was a real tasty Indian experience again after a long time, thank you😘

This is my go to place wherever I crave Indian street food. Be it Indian Chaat, Chinese or Punjabi food. Sometime ago due to some internal issues I had seen a drop in food quality but they are back to serving delicious food.

Very good Indian restaurant, the food is of quality, quantity and very good price. The only negative point is the homemade Indian soda that I took, the soda smelled like sewer water. I do not recommend taking it.

The best masala chai I have had in the Netherlands. We went for noodles and Manchurian, i was shockingly happy with the crispy texture of the gobi and balance of flavour. Gonna visit again for the streetfood. A friend did try the Kol.fish curry and was all gaga about it. Will visit soon.

Nice restaurant, been back to Scheveningen from abroad for 10 years.

It's a small restaurant with an average ambience. We tried Aloo Tikki Chaat & Papdi Chaat. The taste of Aloo Tiki Chaat was good and Papdi chaat was average. We also took Fried rice as a take away and it was really tasty and well packed. The staff is friendly and the service was quick.

The portions are so small, they will keep you skinny to the bone. The wait times for your food are longer than that at a U.N. refugee camp --in a warzone.

Delicious Indian food. Different items you can try. There is plenty of choice for everyone, veg or non-vog.

We had 3 dishes, 2 of which had hair in them stemming from different sources. The sauces were oily, thick, the lamb was tough. We would never go back again.

The staff , especially the owner Gautam went above and beyond to accommodate our large group, the menu had options to please everyone from kids to vegetarians. It was easy to customize the spice levels and food was fresh. The seasoning and the presentation of the food was also impressive.

The food is absolutely delicious. Was pleasantly surprised by every single meal. We had paneer tikka masala and chicken malai curry- beautiful! Garlic naan is very good. Overall, definitely worth the price, portions are seriously generous. Will come back!

Living in Netherlands and missing Biriyani from My city.This restaurant full filled my taste buds today.I found the same Kolkata Biriyani smell and chicken was soft tender too.Chicken Biriyani quantity wise good in portion & can serve 2person from 1plate(however it depends).Small cosy ambience and just few steps from tram stop.A must try restaurant in Den Haag.Please keep your taste like this so we can enjoy the food.I have opted for self takeaway to have a look of that restaurant and packaging is also very nice .

Great, papri chaat! But they won’t give you a spoon set with take away. We ordered three items. Upon requesting, I got 2 spoon sets very unwilling. They had plenty right there so I guess they could improve the guest experience.

I had the opportunity to visit this cozy place on a cold evening. Delicious Chinese Manchurian gravy with garlic naan and butter naan bread. Shenzhen noodles and Tibetan dumplings were all great. I wanted it to be a little faster, but I completely understand that they were very busy. Well worth a visit.

Best Indian restaurant in town, so happy I have discovered it. The food is authentic and flavourful. The staff is friendly, warm and welcoming and overall, the atmosphere is great. Definitely recommend the Manchurian, chilly paneer, manchow soup. Overall, a great restaurant staying true to Indian values and flavours. Highly recommend!!

Street food is ok, curries taste strange, had a very strange aftertaste due to the strong cream sauce, naan is either burnt or undercooked. Shortly after my visit here I suffered from food poisoning 🤢🚽🧻🏥 I am literally lying in pain typing this here! Really a shame

Everything was good, but not worth five stars. Delicious Indian food, but they didn't have many dishes on the menu, strange. Very unfortunate that there was no gulab jamun.

Food is tasty, prices seem reasonable, but at the end you still spend an average of €20 per person. This is mainly because you have to order bread or rice separately. The food also seems to be a lot in quantity, but if you pay attention there are 4 pieces of meat and a lot of sauce, so it seems like you get a lot.

Dining now at this restaurant. I think the best Indian food I have eaten in The Netherlands. I had to wait a bit to get seated or get the food, but that is worth off. Staffs are friendly and smiling all the time. I am really enjoying my dinner now.

Such substandard food was delivered to us last night.. the biryani was soaked in oil and food colouring.. The tandoori chicken was definitely old, the flesh was dry brittle and was soaked in oil & colour. chicken fried rice was the only decent food that was delivered to us..

The long wait for the food made the food more stressful. At fifteen minute intervals the dishes arrived on the table one by one, making the food cold. The quality of what was offered was very poor, the excuse given being the crowds! My girlfriend has visited India several times so she knows what something should taste like, but this really beat everything. Don't eat here

I ordered the food at 20:00 and received it at 22:30. Because they totally forgot it, and courier wait for one hour. When I realized they are supplier delayed I try to call them, but you know what? they closed already. Very amazing. So if you want starve in the Friday’s night and eat your dinner as night snack then go ahead.

We had lamb biriyani, samosa chat, lassi, and masala coke. Chai wasn't available. Everything tasted great and for 2 of us this was a very heavy meal. Have to mention, the lamb was tender, soft, and flavourful.

I had an amazing dining experience at Bombay Street! The taste was incredible, especially the Aloo Tikki Chaat, which was perfectly crisp with delicious chutneys. What sets this place apart is the generous quantity of food they serve, making it great value for money. The Pav Bhaji was a highlight; the bhaji portion was enough for two people, and even after ordering extra pav, we couldn't finish it all. The only downside is the wait time, so be prepared to have some patience, even if the place isn't busy. However, this just means your food is being prepared fresh, which is a plus in my book. Highly recommend!

Delicious indian food starters, paratha, chaat, bhel, pani puri, chhole bhature. We tried different items and all were so tasty. Didn't try the main course as we were already full so, will definitely try next time.

We recently got takeaway from here and very much enjoyed it. We would especially recommend the Aloo tikki chat, Tikka masala curry, and gulab jamun. Will definitely be back to try their other offerings. The food took a while to be prepared as they are understaffed, but they were upfront about it so we did not mind the wait. At the time they are only open from 16:00, but I hope once they settle in they might expand their opening hours, I would love to have this amazing street food available for lunch!

Verschrikkelijk. Pani puri saus ijskoud, zag er niet smakelijk uit. Eten ziet er goed uit maar smaak valt echt tegen. Geen zout. Eten heel warm opgediend alsof het opgewarmd is in de magnetron. En het allerergste is de vrouw die het eten serveert onwijs lange vieze nagels heeft, gewoon misselijkmakend. Kom er zeker nooit terug al is het eten gratis.

Excellent place, friendly staff, and most importantly : super tasty Indian street food! It's rare to find such a nice variety of Indian street food at a restaurant in EU. Must try : Kheema Pav .. to die for! 😍 Will definitely be going back. PS : suggestion : dear owners, please install a pneumatic *AUTOMATIC* front door closing mechanism. Most of the patrons here seem to be lazy, and leave the door open, which lets in drafts of cold air from outside. Brrrrrr. 🥶

Authentic flavours. Fresh food served steaming hot. Friendly atmosphere and service. I recommend the dahi puri, papri chaat, roti, punjabi dal tadka, mango lassi and masala chai.

Would love to give a better review, because the food is great. But they refused to serve tap water - this is 2024, we're in the middle of a climate crisis, and The Hague has some of the best drinking water in Europe. There's really no excuse for a restaurant in this city not to serve tap water. Charge for it if you have to, but don't force customers to buy bottled water shipped hundreds of kilometres from somewhere else

Nice Indian street food : I was looking for an Indian place near Scheveningen beach and arrived at this restaurant. This place is conveniently located in the city , however as you can expect from such a location, paid parking is available. The food was tasty and the portion size was good. Satisfied with the visit.

A perfect place for authentic Indian food. We have enjoyed the delicious taste which will take you back the memory lane of India. From Indian street snacks, Tandoori items to Chinese food the taste was very original and amazing. I would definitely recommend this place to all food lovers and those missing good Indian food. Will keep coming to this place on regular occasions :)

Would not recommend the traditional Indian food here. The dal makhani had a ready made tinge to it. The shahi paneer was very strange and nothing like a usual tomato paneer dish. The kids refused to eat it (that literally never happens). The kathi roll and indo-Chinese were (marginally) better though. Only strange thing was kathi roll mentioned being served with vegetables… the vegetable of choice was onion, and a lot of it. The street food was certainly better so might go back to try only street food next time but won’t try the traditional Indian food again.

Everything we ordered was delicious! Not a single item that was not best of the quality. With 15 years of experience traveling across Europe and trying hundreds of different Indian restaurants, I can safely say that 90% of the restaurants are pure garbage. This one was a gem. If you are in the area, and you are hungry, you must definitely try this place. You will not regret it.

We ordered chicken lollypop and the meat had a rotten smell. When we politely explained this calling them seperately. The chef came directly with the plate back and explained they buy the meet everyday and marinate it to prepare. We told him that we are complaining and this has a rotten smell kids are eating it so we are lettingyou know but he was showing so much attitude that we have complained anout his food. He just said that all our cicken are the same and please dont order chicken dishes. We had already placed a fish menu which he said he cannot provide. So we simply cancelled all our dishes and left. Such a bad attitude. So please check the non veg dishes before you consume at the bombay street hotel.

Thé restaurant needs food inspection seriously . I went with my kids and friends family , we ordered lassi , soups and chicken lollipop. Eveything went well until the lollipop arrived which was spoiled and threads coming out of rotten chicken.we reported it to the chef and he reacted so badly and denied to give us the main course(veg fried rice) and fish starter.

Delivery via Uber right on time. Egg rolls were delicious. Naam garlic bread was badly burned. Phone went straight to voice mail. Text was read but no response after more then one hour.

We ordered one chicken momos and one veg momos , chilli potatoes and papdi chat and it was all good. I did not like the momos chutney it was waste but the momos were good. Chilli potato was above my expectations. So, I would definitely go there again to try something else.

Delicious food, and well priced! Very good for sharing with friends and family, and try many different dishes from different places in India. My favorites: Veggie Manchurian and Szechuan Noodles. 10/10!

Good food, especially street food like chats, is amazing and one of the best Gulabjamun in the Netherlands. The restaurant owner is a very humble and nice guy too.

We try different scale restaurants quite often, I have not been to one so unorganized and slow in a loong time. Their prices are low, but if you need to wait an hour to be served, absolutely not worth it. Foodwise butter chicken was quite good, but spicy which was not mentioned in the menu. Other food we tried was okay.

This has become our "go-to place" whenever we've craved some Authentic Indian Food, especially street-food classics like Chaat, momos, indo-chinese delicacies, Chole Bhature, and much more. The portions are just right and the taste on-point. I am definitely going there many more times.

We recently tried this place twice within a week. Both times we were not disappointed. The Bombay Street Food Company offers quite a wide variety of street food and other dishes, and everything we have tried has been delicious. My personal favourite would probably be the Kathi roll (Kolkata style chicken roll), which was an absolute flavour bomb of delicious chicken with lashings of tangy spiced sauce in crispy flaky flatbread. The chilli stir fry which can be ordered either with gravy or dry, using either chicken or paneer. The versions we tried (dry paneer, chicken with gravy) were both delicious. The garlic naan was deliciously crispy yet fluffy, and very aromatic. The keema pav can probably best be described as an extraordinarily flavourful spiced sloppy joe. The butter chicken was one of the better ones I have had, especially in the Netherlands, as it's not too sweet. The mango lassi is good and the staff is friendly and helpful. All in all: we can really recommend this place.

Really great, tasty food at reasonable prices. Everything was fresh, the meat dishes were flavourful and tender and the spices and gravies were simply delicious. We visited twice in three days and had the chicken momos, Kolkata chicken roll, chilli chicken gravy, keema pav, dry chilli paneer, butter chicken, garlic naan and mango lasso. They were all great but the chicken roll, chilli chicken, keema pav and garlic naan were our favourites. We'll definitely visit again in future to sample more of the street food items here.
