The Den in Bedrijventerrein Sloterdijk

Absolutely horrendous service. I decided to (try to) eat here on the last day of my hotel stay, purely for the convenience, despite the many poor reviews I had already read. Unfortunately, they were accurate. I was seated almost immediately, which seemed promising, but that’s where the positives ended. I sat with a menu for over 15 minutes and was never acknowledged, let alone offered a drink or asked for my order. I eventually left without ever receiving any service. What prompted me to leave was seeing other customers, three at a nearby table, visibly frustrated and also preparing to walk out. When I first sat down, I had noticed another couple leave without ordering, which now makes sense. The restaurant was far from busy, with maybe 5-7 tables occupied. Yet, the staff weren’t doing anything. The male host who seated me aimlessly wandered between the bar and the kitchen, at one point eating off a plate, which I can only assume was food that had been returned because it was incorrect. The only interaction I had was with a server who finally came over after watching several guests leave, clearly realizing something was wrong but still taking no real action. Prices are also severely inflated for the quality of food I saw come out of the kitchen, and clearly the service doesn’t justify it. Avoid this place at all costs. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

There is only catering if you go to the bar, and frozen food is sold. The prices are overpriced for the quality. The Hotel "Park Inn" ist very good, it's only the restaurant.

Great hotel and great stay. Very reasonably priced breakfast and a good selection too.

Magnificent stay. Staff was helpful and the atmosphere was magical. One of the receptionists named Tehany were extremely both helpful and welcoming. Her bright smile and outstanding energy was really what made the stay remarkable.

Ordered the Den burger. Simple white bun with a simple burger. Paid dearly! Service everything in English and long wait…. Very long wait. Not for us anymore

High prices, low quality and waiter are really amateurs. Waiting for ordering a single coffee was long and also waiting for food in empty restaurant was more than 45 minutes.

Absolutely avoid, nothing is fresh, industrial food, without taste similar to cans. All for a very high price considering the quality

No big deal, better go somewhere else, especially for the price. Too expensive 4 quality you get. Look4better place.

Very rude and unsympathetic service. Not good fries, they have a strange aftertaste. In general, it's better to look for something else.

Super full of small restaurants in one place, big choice, all different cuisines, very polite, fast and good in taste.

I do not share the same opinions of the previous reviews. I ate here for 2 evening and also drank at the bar some cocktails. The food was very good and the service fast, nothing bad!

Silvester Buffet for 37.50€ p. Person. Low food quality and looked like a mess. Heinekken Beer 1.5l for 30€. You better go to Spar at Sloterdjik. :)

What an awful place, service is slow and the food is just not great at all.

Tha ambiente of this restaurant is not as welcoming as it could be. The service is friendly. Food and drinks were delivered fast. Food itself is ok, but nothing special. The Prices are high, but Amsterdam standard.

My friend and I stayed at the hotel here and decided to get drinks one night and then came back the next day for dinner. I got a cappuccino which was a little more bitter than I would’ve liked (even after adding sugar) The food was good, my friend really enjoyed her ribs. I loved the dessert it was absolutely delicious and the highlight for me. I got the creme brûlée which is very sweet. The drinks are nice as well. Staff is also very friendly and kind.

We arrived hyper tired from our flight and were staying at the Park Inn by Radisson Amsterdam. Half an hour after closing, they very kindly cooked us what we chose. The treatment was unbeatable and so was the dinner. We had two red carrot burgers that were delicious. So glad there were options for vegetarians like us. The price €40 but hey, Amsterdam is a very expensive city.

Food is nothing special but good and fairly priced. Long island iced tea I had was good for Dutch standards. Would recommend since the options in the area are somewhat limited.

I agree with the most of negative feedbacks For unknown reason, it took more about 1hr to serve a soup and chicken curry .. I had a dinner with a group of colleagues and this happened to few of us, one person was served twice, first time after 1hr of waiting and the second time with the same order by mistake after 1,5hrs The staff here is very friendly but some are very disorganised It was pretty busy but not fully loaded. Disappointed as expectations and prices suggest about different level of service Please action as the hotel is really nice!

We had to get a waiters attention who proceeded to bring us (a table of 4) a single menu, so we had to ask for more. After more waiting we had to get a waiters attention to take our order. He was unfamiliar with the menu and we had to point at the menu items which he had to copy slowly. Then they messed up the order, and one of us didn't get their food until everyone had already finished. The food, although pricey, was good.

Just finished a quick meal here, and was impressed. Staff was friendly, both food and beverage appeared quickly. Food was good, just the right amount...kind of off my bodies schedule and just wanted a quick bite. Waitress checked on me a couple times, and settling the check was fast too. They were not full, but there were probably 12 or 13 tables being used at 8:30 on a Friday night, a few seats open at the bar. Overall it was a perfect relaxed dining experience.

Gutes Frühstück aber schlechter Service man wartet immer sehr lange

Küche absolut top 👍 - der unprofessionell Service ist ein totaler Flop 👎 daher auch knapp an 3 Sternen vorbei geschrammt. Ein wunderschön designtes Ambiente. Doch eine sehr lange Wartezeit bis man vom Personal wahrgenommen wird. Auf die Frage nach dem Untschied zwischen Ribeye und Entrecote muss der Service googeln und zeigt auf dem Handy den Unterschied. Essen geschmacklich top und gut angerichtet. Schade, wenn der Tisch nicht abgeräumt wird, oder die Reinigungsmittel am Nebentisch stehen bleiben. Auf die Frage "schmeckt es" wartet man vergebens. Auch ein Dessert, Kaffi wird nicht von selbst angefragt... Doch das Essen ist wirklich lobenswert. Zu wünschen ist ein professioneller Service, dann gäb es auch 5 Sterne.

Peu de choix mais plats corrects. Le petit dejeunerdéjeuner de l'hôtel me matin n'est pas top il manque des plats sucrées notamment céréales chocolatées.

Nice restaurant with some really Nice selections also plenty of vegan. The ambience in the restaurant is very cozy and weather permitting there is a Nice opportunity to sit outside enjoying the colorfull Scheme of the hotel. Not overly crowded when I was there and the staff did there Best to make me fell comforted.
