If you want to experience an atmosphere of death and destruction just once, you definitely have to stop by here, goodness gracious. An employee standing against the wall staring at his phone and saying absolutely nothing until you walk up to him and tell him what you want; grumbling and sighing, he rings up your order... Then you pay for a "big" doner kebab and get a half-filled, bone-dry morsel that you can't even swallow... Next time I'd rather eat out of the trash can in the station than spend another cent here ;) !

Delicious food, the döner is fresh and tastes great, the staff are very polite and helpful, and the salad is also very good and fresh. I recommend this to everyone.

The bun tasted a bit burnt, the doner was lukewarm and had hardly any sauce. I should have read the reviews before ordering here.

Honestly appalling. Salad looks iffy at best, people don't understand "geen sambal" and give you no sauce or anything. I just ate few bites and i felt sick on stomach There is 6 places to eat in 100meter radius that will be also very affordable and will not make you sick. I recommend any of them instead.

I ordered a kapsalon but it was really dry. I asked for more sauce and got almost more sauce than food back, then I wanted to say something about it, no one spoke Dutch, no English and then they showed rude behavior.

My son arrived and wanted to order doner for the family, the woman at the Bali was Turkish and could not speak English or any good. A 16 year old looking girl who was clearly friends with the employee then said to him you should not ask so much, he only asked for a KAPSALON without onion and sambal and 2 doner with everything on it and the man got angry as if I asked for the WHOLE menu! And by the way she asked if he could speak Turkish what a racist! He only got a small ice cream tub with donnezo called "medium" for the price of 6 euros 50 conclusion of my son: DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I picked up sandwiches for my company today, but upon arrival, I saw that they were using salads that looked clearly old and wilted (see photos). I immediately pointed this out to the cashier, even using Google Translate to clearly explain that this wasn't acceptable – you can't serve this to customers, can you? Her response was disappointing: "We just have to use this." No apology, no alternative, no understanding. The fact that no Dutch was spoken was no excuse here – the message was crystal clear through translation. Food should be fresh, especially when you're selling it to customers. This was below par.

I've never had such disgusting fries as here! The fries were tiny and soaked in oil! I saw Smullers too late, and I'll never buy anything from here again!

Turkish pizza is limp, vegetables are not fresh and the tomato puree with cumin powder was not really tasty either

In the heart of Delft, you expect a steaming tent that is buzzing and smells wonderful. Unfortunately! Behind the counter is an almost more nonchalant helper with an earpiece, clearly interested in other things than customers. After saying 3 times that we wanted calf, yes calf, we sat down. Then we get fries, with meat, a slice of cheese and vegetables. Nothing smooth, everything remains separate and cannot be mixed. Ten minutes later outside again. Don't do it again!

The food is good. Recommend this case. But the last time I was there and the boy who works there (super slow‼️) doesn't speak DUTCH. Super annoying. He understands the names of the food but nothing more. Terribly irritating.

I ordered fries without sauce, and the fries that I received were brown and very soggy, with the tray only being 2/3 full. I begrudgingly hopped the next tram back with the bag of fries, worried about how they would handle my complaint, as I've never returned fries before... They looked at them, threw them out and immediately gave me a tray full of new ones. The new fries that they gave me WERE refried (they were already floating in the oil before they dunked them in again), so I'm not sure if these ones will be any better, but I'm giving them three stars for being understanding.

My favorite döner place, this is the only place where you get a real döner, not half a kilo of fatty meat with garlic sauce, but a perfect composition of vegetables, meat and sauce. After eating this döner I felt better, while other döner items make me feel nauseous because of the excess fat. Thank you for your delicious sandwiches!

Veal doner looks like it came from the supermarket. The vegetables that go in your sandwich, box, hair salon, etc. are often dry and very tasteless. Despite the quality of the food, the prices are very high. The meat is also abnormally greasy and looks like it has been dipped in oil

The meat is clearly frozen and repeated. The fries have a rubber texture which is very off. One of the worst Kapsalon available in delft!

I ordered a pita doner from here. Unfortunately, the meat appeared to be frozen and reheated, resulting in a rather unsatisfactory taste. On the bright side, the bread was fresh, boasting a delightful texture and flavor. However, overall, the experience left me disappointed, especially considering the 7 euro price tag, clearly not worth the price. There are certainly better doner places in town that offer more affordable options.

The best kebab that I ever ate im Netherlands. Delicious meat, salad. Great idea to add jalapeno. You need this, seriously.

Eten: broodje Döner kip was heerlijk vers. Broodje precies goed, lekker vlees, knapperige sla en geen overdadig vet. Ook niet onderin. Bediening: vriendelijk en snel! Ik was wel de enige klant maar goed, alsnog snel. Zaak: schoon en fris. Geen troep op de grond, tafels of toonbank. Ik kijk altijd als eerste naar het spit hoe het vlees eruit ziet. Geen druipend vet of geblakerd vlees. Keuken op het eerste gezicht ook heel schoon Zo aan de commentaren te zien hebben ze intussen van manager gewisseld😊

Niet een fijne winkel eigenlijk móet ik zeggen een mooie avondwinkel maar niet voor mensen die alleen zijn en iedere dag vers vlees willen halen. Het moet een pond zijn daar onder verkoopt het niet dus geen winkel voor mijn bedankt hoor

Kapsalon was lekker, enige nadelen waren de sla en de vlees:patat ratio. De sla was voor mijn idee in te grote harde stukken waardoor het moeilijk is om lekker met alleen een vork te eten en er zat erg weinig vlees op in verhouding met de patat vergeleken met andere diner company vestigingen. Wel lekker dat er kool en jalapenos op worden gedaan.

Goede döner! De kwaliteit van de döner van Döner Company is over het algemeen hoog maar heeft wel een massaproductiesmaak. Deze vestiging heeft niet de lekkerste DC döner maar het is goed.

Prima döner, top frites, heerlijk gegeten

Vriendelijke mensen, schone zaak en je wordt er vlot geholpen. Menu is goed te lezen en er wordt bij je bestelling altijd gevraagd wat je er op wil hebben of niet. Tevens worden vaak de menu's aanbevolen omdat die voor de klanten voordeliger zijn.
