The Farm Kitchen in Hoofddorp

Wildly overpriced for the quality and quantity. Also had almost nothing left to select from for lunch at 1:30pm

The food is mainly vegetarian and I'm not a fan of that. The pricing is very high, which makes it no fun to have lunch here. The hotel on the other side of the station has better food at a lower price. It's not very pleasant here either. Good service, although it is self-service and for this price I call that excessive.

Loved it. Tasty soups and sandwiches. Bread had a lot of crunch. Nice atmosphere. Reasonable prices. Highly recommend!

Un endroit agréable ou déjeuner léger, aussi bien en terme de nourriture que d’addition. Le rapport qualité/prix est parfait. Même si cela manque un peu de viande tout de même 😉

Nice place, bit extra hipster. Especially enjoyable if you are not after your regular lunch sandwich and love plant based food options. Has some offer of freshly made soups, salads and some warm meals. And it tastes good! Partially self service so you get to pick your own soup and salad, and chef will assist you with the rest. Staff is very nice and welcoming. Not a cheap place, but definitely has what to offer. Placement is just across the street from station and daytime crowd is from surrounding office building.

Wat een bijzonder concept en wat een geweldig personeel. Een onverwachte verrassing. De locatie was geboekt door een klant van mij om een verkooptraining te geven. De Spiegelzaal voldoet aan alle eisen voor een gezonde trainingsruimte. Veel licht, ruime opstelling mogelijk en goede klimaatregeling. Ontvangst was goed, vriendelijk en professioneel. Maarten geeft het begrip gastheer een nieuwe dimensie. Top! En dan …. die espresso! Eén die de perfectie qua smaak en aroma benadert. Tijdens de lunch schoof Jonathan, de eigenaar, aan en vol passie vertelde hij over het concept “plant based food en soilution” Gezond eten en geen belasting voor het milieu door o.a. lokale boeren in een straal van 20km het eten te laten leveren. Mee te denken over het telen en de keuken te leren hoe je met seizoensgebonden oogst maximale smaakbeleving kan creëren. Top hoe een ondernemer op deze manier duurzaamheid echt inhoud geeft. Mijn advies? Als je de kans hebt om uit te stappen op treinstation Hoofddorp even naar binnen lopen en genieten van je lunch, de sfeer en natuurlijk de koffie. Ze zitten direct tegenover het station.

I come here late and the restaurant actually already close but the staff is very friendly and he explains about the farm kitchen to me and history behind the farm kitchen. I take the fritz - spritz rhabab, it tastes good.

We where just a couple of confused tourists who walked inside by accident after 15, and even thought it was closed we still where greeated and treated by the staff!. Even if we only tried the beverages the idea and charm of the staff and place made us relax and stay for a while and just enjoy being there, (an extra thanks to Ivo for keeping us company and tips :).

We went here for lunch and were greeted with a warm welcome - the staff are lovely. The food is delicious and it's great to see they use a lot of ingredients from local farms. Soups, wraps and an incredible salad bar... definitely coming back!

Mooi restaurant verantwoorde producten. Vriendelijke bediening, fijnezitplekken. Ook buiten. Uitzicht op spoor / parkeerplaats en fietsenstalling dus dat is minder maar heb je eigenlijk geen last van
