The Pancakeschip in Wijk 51 Wormerveer

Randomly looking for a pancake restaurant we found this pancake boat in Wormerveer. A bit noisy but excellent service and a very extensive menu with not only pancakes but also other dishes at very affordable prices. All in all a delicious meal.

Not only pancakes, but also regular meat/fish dishes. Also vegetarian burger available. I didn't like it in terms of smell. Very attractive for people with children, so it can certainly be busy. Food was very tasty and generous portions.

For little money, and delicious food

Just a decent pancake like you can make at home. Very little choice for a pancake restaurant. As my son said during dinner when I asked him if it was tasty, there's not much you can do to ruin a pancake.

Lovely atmospheric ambiance, very suitable for a pancake ship. Cheerful, well-cared for, hospitable and attentive service, which ensures that you will want for nothing. Not unimportant, the pancakes were great!!! Other dishes we saw told us that we would definitely come back here when we are in the area.

It's a pity that if you ask for the ice cream menu for dessert with a 7-year-old child, they will have to wait in the kitchen for half an hour instead of bringing it to you. So just pay and get an ice cream elsewhere. 😥

An early Valentine's Day dinner with our friends Marc and Ingrid. Super cozy, the hostess is a pleasant aunt and the staff effortlessly recreates that social, homely atmosphere. Food was more than enough and tasted great. Finally, we took a look at the Party room and M and I immediately booked a party in May. I am very pleased with this pancake ship. Compared to other pancake restaurants, the pancakes are thinner, they are also cheaper. This allows you, for example, to order a main and dessert pancake one after the other. I thought the savory bacon cheese pancake was good and very good value for money. The sweet pancake with apple, cinnamon ice cream and whipped cream was okay, especially adding apple to the pancake could be improved, it was slightly on the burnt side. I loved the cinnamon ice cream. I also thought the ship was nice to sit on top of and the view in this area is beautiful. The service was also friendly. Parking was easy near the ship.

The children's pancakes were a good size. I thought it was a bit strange how little difference the price of a children's pancake differs from a normal pancake (50ct difference). Then you might as well offer one size/price. All in all a nice place for a bite to eat. Cozy atmosphere. Friendly service. Price/quality ratio.

Cozy place with, in addition to pancakes of course, also very other tasty dishes! Service is always friendly. This makes it a perfect place for young and old. The few times we have been, we have often experienced problems with children running around. We even had a child at our table once who watched us eat. Lasted about two minutes of discomfort until the parent realized it and came to pick up the child. Running around is of course not pleasant for the servers, who have to be very careful with hot plates.

Fun with the grandchildren, what a party. Just don't understand why, despite the request in the text bar at the bar, many parents don't keep their kettle binkies at the table.

Come here regularly for a quick bite to eat, panana cake and they are delicious. But the other dishes are also top chicken satay, for example, or a tasty piece of fish. The price-quality ratio is great. :) 😀

Unexpectedly good. Pancakes couldn't get any better.

The food was tasty (calamaris) and reasonable (mustard soup) and all 6 savory pancakes were very tasty. Service was nice and smooth, but there were 2 things that we found a shame: the very hard wooden benches and the many stairs (entrance, toilet). I have a muscle disease, it was still possible to visit a restaurant, but I doubt whether this will still be possible in the future.

The pancakes were fantastic, but the fried mussels tasted like they came from a jar... too soft and little flavor...

Erg vriendelijke service en heerlijke pannekoeken. Grote keuze uit soorten pannekoeken en ook andere soorten hoofdgerechten. De zaal was leuk in thema, maar soms wat rumoerig, maar dat is logisch als het wat druk is.

Mijn Go-to restaurant voor gezellige sfeer, top bediening en lekker, betaalbaar eten. Méér dan alleen pannenkoeken. En de afhaal en bezorg optie tijdens Corona was een enorm pluspunt! Afhalen kan gelukkig nog steeds.

Heerlijk eten en erg gezellig. Wij komen vaker terug! Zeker een aanrader, voor ieder wat wils.

Preis Leistung stimmt. Sehr freundliches Personal. Wir waren gleich 2 x dort. Die Senfsuppe und die Pfannkuchen sind sehr zu empfehlen.

Ben sinds jongs af aan al bekend met deze locatie. Superleuke sfeer en altijd lekker eten voor een goede prijs. Buiten pannekoeken om is er ook genoeg keuze! Wij gaan graag regelmatig hiernaartoe.

Leuk op een schip pannenkoeken eten. Service was prima. Pannenkoeken vonden wij erg dun. Spek was erg zout.

Een pannenkoekenboot is en blijft leuk om te bezoeken. Eten was goed en de bediening was erg vriendelijk.

Het eten was prima. In mijn ogen waren de zitplekken te krap, dus niet geschikt om lekker te zitten/om langer te tafelen. Om snel een pannenkoek naar binnen te werken en weer te gaan prima 👍🏻
