Spent €15 for "loaded fries" with a baked potato and sour cream instead of fries. Expect nothing more than a halved potato with a handful of pulled pork slapped on top. I was used to a bit more. It must be Saturday.

XXL BURGER was really good and big, the Vegaburger was just okay - it was poor in ingredients but the "meat" was tasty. All served with fries

Ordered for €80. Two spare ribs and a mixed grill. The fries were wet, cold, and undercooked. The mixed grill was a joke. How dare you charge so much for so little? We called them and tried to negotiate. They agreed to refund it, and then they'll come pick up the food. After waiting 45 minutes for delivery, you're not going to wait another 45 minutes for another order from someone else. Further negotiation is impossible. I don't like leaving negative reviews. But such an arrogant company deserves this. Shame on you.

Just received the food from you. It was tasty, but could have been better. We also ordered a pasta carbonara and one children's menu. It's a shame the children's menu was so small. One tiny piece of chicken and a few fries. You should really expect more. The applesauce was very dark and tasted awful. Unfortunately, the amount was so small that we had to make more food at home afterward. We always order from you, and have been regular customers for several years, but we're not used to this from you. The delivery was also super fast. We said 5 o'clock, but it arrived at 4:40 pm. Fine, but really super fast. I had just placed an order. Hopefully better next time.

Funnyto end up in a grill bar for a vegetarian dish. Kampen does not cater die vegans, that much is clear. Several restaurants offer salad or a vegetarian burger, no more creative options around. So, I picked Thomas, because it was quiet and more reasonable priced than the others. Very friendly service, nice place to sit. A bit unfortunate that the home delivery guys come and go through the restaurant. This is a bit disturbing actually. They should have local beer from Kampen, but that was not delivered when I was at Thoms, so I will have to come back for it. The veggy burger I had was good, tasty and with fresh salad and tomatoes. Also the fried were more than enough. All decent for a fair price.

We had a delicious meal here. The mixed grill was very well prepared and deliciously tender. The waitress was extremely friendly, and we felt very welcome and special. We would love to come back again. We had made a reservation.

You're sitting in a draft from the air conditioning, which is set at -18 degrees Celsius, and the delivery drivers are constantly coming and going. You also have to wait a very long time for the food, over an hour. Unfortunately for them, we won't be coming back. It's a shame because it used to be very good!

Just ordered the gyro platter for €17.50, which was just 150 grams of meat, enough for one of the four sandwiches. Portions are really tiny these days! The tzatziki was forgotten, I called back, and it wasn't their problem that the dish was cold and had no sauce. So, well done, Thoms! Really great service!

Well I'm a bit of a whiner about food...but this was absolutely perfect!! Spareribs were great and I had the steak skewer which was just amazing...melts in your tongue... Compliments for the hard workers... you can see that right away... Cleaning the kitchen in between... We were in camps with the camper and this is the only reason we will come back... Top top top!!!

Spontaneously had dinner here on Saturday evening. Was a great experience! What did we find positive? - despite the fact that it was almost full and it was also very busy due to delivery, the food was served after 15 minutes. - the boy who served us was friendly and seemed very relaxed - the food was very tasty. I have never come across 2 goat cheese meal salads for 10 euros each with so many pieces of goat cheese. For 20 euros. The fries were also very successful. What did we not find positive? Actually nothing. It may not be a very attractive setting inside, but it is certainly not unpleasant and in a nice location in the historic city center. For 33 euros including a white wine and an apple juice, I thought the price/quality ratio was bizarrely good!

For every time to eat spare rib, I'm back with you! Burger also delicious! At spare rib salad has changed and the one from before fits and tastes better! Until next time!

Called and these turned out to be normal portions of meat, we have ordered here before but then the portions were normal. Only the fries could be delivered again, we were regular customers and would never order from here again! No one was full, so we opened the chip shop ourselves.

Had to wait about 2 hours, called and it was on its way! Once you arrive you open the order and it's the biggest sadness ever. Fries, soggy, cold, unable to breathe in a closed case and spare ribs dry and cold (not the first time). You call and on the one hand they find it annoying, but on the other hand they hope that they only have to deliver fries, you can feel this in everything. Still said all that... because that's what it was and for 40 euros,...... Shame on you! Had to wait another half hour and delivered again in the same quality, insane. Immediately contacted Thuisbezorgd, but it took them almost a week to respond. Now they have finally contacted Thoms Grillhuys only comment: they do not want to compensate, they had not heard from us! You know who.....Should be calling?! You! Regardless of whether the order was correct, have you gone completely crazy over there?!! I will warn everyone I know or encounter about Thoms Grillhuys, as apparently many have already done with me on Google. Absolutely a dramatic affair, which has one task: to prepare food that people pay for in a decent manner and to bring it from A to B and that is apparently already too much to ask! Then why do you deliver?!! Because I give you a note, within now and a year the Google Review score will not be 4.0 but a 3.6, deeply and deeply sad. Man, what a mess. Hello , We were in the restaurant “Thoms” in Kampen on June 26th, 2024. When we arrived, the restaurant was completely empty. We then sat outside. The waitress came to us relatively quickly and took our drink order. Shortly afterwards, the waitress came to us at 7:35 p.m. and took the orders for the food. When we asked several times about our food, the waitress told us at 8:35 p.m. that the food would take about 5-10 minutes. Then came the food🤢 All dishes were cold. These pieces of meat from the “Thoms Mixed Platter” were more than fried even though we had ordered medium and medium rare. Three people had the same dish, all three had different types of meat in different quantities on their plate. The fries and potatoes were also completely cold and inedible. Conclusion: You have to wait forever for your food. What was absolutely bad was that almost all of the food was cold and overcooked and therefore inedible. For the prices you pay there and what you get for it is absolutely bad. In addition, no one got a salad with their meal, which was actually specified. NEVER AGAIN, absolutely terrible. !!!!!

I ordered food, the mixed grill deluxe. I thought it wasn't much meat for 23.50 euros. The steak skewer only had 3 pieces, the rack of lamb was small and was quite poor meat. And instead of the pork tenderloin, there was a very small, thin, strange piece of chicken breast, which was quite dried out and had black burnt spots all over from the grill, making it taste bitter. Only the sparerib was okay. But overall it was definitely not what I expected for 23.50 euros! There was also an additional 2.50 delivery fee. (While if you eat in the restaurant, you also pay 23.50. That includes service. But you have to pay delivery costs separately. And it was really close, 4 minutes by bike.) Because I didn't have much time, I couldn't call the restaurant to report that I was not satisfied and that the pork tenderloin was not there. Of course I don't know if the food is always that bad, but this was my experience.

Had it delivered several times by Thoms Grillhuys. Always delivered on time and still at the right temperature. Spare ribs wonderfully soft. Eat the fries quickly.

Heerlijke malse spareribs! Snelle bezorging en alles kwam goed warm aan.

Het eten was super lekker maar degene die bediende werkte er nog maar net. Het ging fout met afrekenen en het overige personeel praatte slecht over hem waar wij bij zaten. Inplaats van uit hun neus eren hadden ze beter kunnen opletten of de nieuwe jongen het goed deed inplaat van hem afzeiken in ons bijzijn. Deze jongen kon er niks aan doen.

Lekker eten, alleen erg jammer dat we steeds moeste vragen of we wat te drinken mochten bestellen. Na het eten werd er aan ons gevraagd of we nog iets te drinken wilde om 21:00 want ze gaan sluiten vind het namelijk een hele rare afsluiter van de avond zonde.

Op zich een prima restaurant, eten was lekker maar wel beide gerechten behoorlijk zout. Bediening is matig. Gebrek aan begeleiding en ervaring bij jong personeel zoals ik het zie. Ze kijken niet rond en vergeten bestelling op te nemen. Een tweede drankje moet je uit je eerste glas drinken zonder nieuw ijs

Heerlijk gegrild varkenshaas met pepersaus gegeten. Een skuumkoppe erbij. Al met al voortreffelijk.

Via Social deal hebben wij hier voor het eerst gegeten . Vriendelijke bediening, een bordje op tafel met onze naam en alles ging heel vlot. Wij kozen voor de carpaccio van rund en zalm. Prima in orde, lekkere dressing, een frisse witte wijn, 4,50 per glas, glas water gratis. Ik had gegrilde kip wat een lekkere grillsmaak had met een champignonsaus, ook goed van smaak, daar had een ander lepeltje bij gemogen. Frietjes en salade prima. Mijn zus mixed grill , ruime portie met fijne biefstuk. Toe een fresco, ijs met sinaasappelsap en slagroom, mijn zus dolce leche met ijs. Al met al waren wij heel tevreden.

Plus punten: vriendelijke bediening, goed sfeer, toepasselijk interieur, goed porties Min punten: al het vlees was droog behalve de spare ribs, warme dranken in een glas? (eigen mening), thuis gekomen meteen last van buikloop

Vaker hier geweest. Dit keer vond ik het minder. Met name het nagerecht en cappuccino was matig. Het hoofdgerecht was goed en en erg lekker!!!

Heerlijk eten. Fijn contact en persoonlijke touch indien je gereserveerd hebt. Gebruik van de sluisdeur mag beter vanwege de bezorgers.

Leuk restaurant en de sfeer is goed en de service prima. Het eten was heerlijk Zeker de moeite waard om erna toe te gaan.

De bediening was goed, heel vriendelijk personeel. Kwaliteit van het eten was niet heel hoog, misschien door de drukte op vrijdagavond. Chocola op het dessert was bleekbruin en was taai als het koud werd, ijs was niet lekker. Jammer dat het personeel van "Thuisbezorgd" veelvuldig heen en weer liep door het restaurant en iedere keer een vlaag kou mee naar binnen nam. Geen achteruitgang?

Super lekker gegeten! Alleen de service was wat minder, je moest meer de aandacht "vragen" van de bediening dan dat je dat kreeg. Voorderest was het restaurant super leuk gedecoreerd

Het eten was super! Puntje van kritiek; Sommige mensen hadden eerder hun eten besteld maar kregen het (veel) later dan ons en vice versa. Zou de bestellingen qua volgorde afwerken en de tijden tussen het krijgen van het voorgerecht en hoofdgerecht beter afstemmen. Overigens wekte dit de suggestie dat bezorgers bestellingen voorrang kregen op de gasten van het restaurant. Niettemin zou ik zeker terug komen, het eten was immers fabulous.

Helemaal lekker! Goede burger maar die frieten zijn zalig. Goed gekruid en knapperig. Alleen daarom al zou ik opnieuw bestellen.

Eten was erg lekker maar niet erg warm. De borden waren koud waardoor het vlees binnen een paar minuten af is gekoeld. Het gevraagde 2e portie saus hebben we ook niet ontvangen, dat was jammer. Goede kaart, goed eten en de prijzen vielen enorm mee, dat viel ons erg op. Met zn 5en uit eten en we waren maar 176 euro kwijt en dan hebben we allemaal een uitgebreide mixed grill gehad en een heerlijk desert. Als er aandacht wordt besteed aan de temperatuur van het vlees dan zou het 5 sterren van me krijgen, nu dus 4 sterren.

Wat een leuke ervaring hebben wij bij Thoms Grillhuys gemaakt. Wij werden ontvangen en bedient van super vriendelijk en professioneel personeel. Petje af! Wij hebben voor de Mixed Grill Deluxe gekozen en hebben genoten van overheerlijk mals vlees, heerlijke patat en salade.. Wat een Top restaurant! Wij komen zeker terug. Een gezellig restaurant met goed eten. De prijzen vallen mee voor wat je krijgt. De pasta is zelfs erg veel, te veel als je het mij vraagt. 1 tip; neem geen tafel dicht bij de deur. De thuisbezorgd bezorgen lopen af en aan naar binnen waardoor je snel op de tocht zit.

Heerlijk gegeten. Erg goed vlees, lekkere friet en salade. Minpuntje zijn de bezorgers die hele tijd af en aan lopen voorbij je tafel maar neem aan dat dat niet op een andere manier kan. Ik erger me er niet zo aan. Eten was in elk geval lekker! Goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding
