Leuke plek, vriendelijke, betrokken en voorkomende bediening. Kaart heeft echt goede vega en vegan opties zodat iedereen lekker uit eten kan! (Geen vleesvervangers maar écht lekkere plantaardige gerechten!!) Ook vriendelijk geprijsd en prima porties!

We had our wedding dinner at this restaurant and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The staffs were incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel truly special on our big day. The food was absolutely amazing. Our guests had also great time and find this place so special. Thank you for making our celebration unforgettable!

What a pity that the quality of the food remains eight with the friendliness of the service staff. Location is top but the carpaccio was not okay, salad not tasty and there were several dishes that were disappointing in quality (relatively dry bread and limp olives).

Great place. For Wijchens a very high standard. Not as run-of-the-mill as the tents in the village. Nice wine list. The vega(n) options are also very tasty. 4.5 star

I attended a wedding there. The service was excellent, the food was finger-licking, and the house, yard, and garden were beautifully decorated. I'll probably go there again without company.

We like to come to Fien. First of all because there is vegan on the menu, followed by delicious food and always friendly staff.

Nice place! Good service, nice menu with nice and tasty dishes and a nice terrace when the weather is nice. I can't think of any negatives after a previous visit for some drinks and now for lunch.

Really enjoyed eating at Fien's! The atmosphere is super homely and the staff very nice and cheerful. Above all our expectations.

We hadden een teamdag bij Fien. Boven heb je 2 fijne kamers in huislijke sfeer. De lunch was heerlijk tussen de middag en na de bijeenkomst hebben we nog een lekkere cocktail gedronken op het terras met en hapje. Kortom alles was goed verzorgd en vriendelijke bedieningen.

Unfortunately no kudos this time. Last December we had a fantastic high tea with 9 people at Fien's. So that's why Today I wanted to celebrate my mother's birthday (86) and also my son's (35) with the same treat. There is certainly no shortage of friendliness and commitment. Very top!!! But, the kitchen did not deserve any praise this time. It was a meager table this time. The scones were half the size....there was a messy and simply filled shelf of sweets. There was no raw vegetables, no fruit...as in previous experience. Was this because of the "Monday opening or tired cook???" My mother thoughtfully received a plate with fireworks and congratulatory text, but my son was completely forgotten... even though this was known. Such a shame. It's so rare that we can do something like this together. Sorry dear people, this was not a FIEN level.

Mijn verjaardag gevierd met een High Tea met familie en vrienden. Goed verzorgd met heerlijke en gevarieerde gerechtjes! Bediening was zeer vriendelijk en waar nodig behulpzaam. Leuke locatie. We hebben een aangename middag gehad, dankzij de service van Thuis bij Fien!

Weer heel lekker gegeten onder het genot van een lekker wijntje (Malbec) verzorgd door vriendelijk en kundig personeel in een huiselijke omgeving. Een echte aanrader!! Tot snel ziens..

Never been here before. Had dinner here with 2 people last night. Nice atmosphere and friendly service. Delicious tomato soup as a starter and chocolate dessert for dessert was very tasty. However, I was disappointed with the main course. I had chosen the fish dish; catfish. Fish was lukewarm/cold, 3 small pieces of beetroot and 1 small piece of fennel was the vegetable, no further garnish with this meal. Reported to the waitress; got a cup of coffee on the house.

We booked a table for six (five adults and a 3½-year-old) via the app "Zenchef". We'd initially booked for 5:30 but had to change the time, via the app. The staff were very accommodating. When we arrived, there was a highchair for my son and a gluten-free menu for my mum. The staff heard us speaking English and brought an English menu, as well as Dutch menus. The restaurant was very empty when we arrived and it stayed that way during the meal. The staff also provided a coloring sheet with a children's menu on the other side, though my son ended up sharing our food. The food itself was delicious, and due to how quiet the restaurant was, the food came quickly. It was a lovely experience!

Reception may be excellent service. Drinks are supplied quickly.

We had a delicious and fun high tea! There was a nice variety of sandwiches and snacks, the service was top notch and the atmosphere was nice and homely. We communicated our dietary requirements in advance and the waitress was aware of this upon arrival. Recommended!

Friendly service people, relaxed atmosphere and generous portions. I would like to come back for the starter of old ravenswaard and celeriac, but unfortunately my main course with falafel could not match that; was a bit unimaginative. My table companion's savoy cabbage with celeriac and roasted vegetable gravy, on the other hand, was special and tasty.

Actually, the best restaurant I have tried so far in the Netherlands (and I have been in many)! Professional kitchen, quality food, extremely good taste, friendly and caring staff (really), nice environment! You feel that the meal is made with/by love! Not kidding! I am very happy I found this restaurant, for sure we will come back <3 <3

What a delicious meal we had! We eat plant-based and even though this is not core, at Fien they served a particularly tasty three-course menu. The young lady who served us was friendly and helpful. Recommended!

Went to "Fien" for the 1st time yesterday and had a delicious meal. No standard dishes, but thanks to the starter with various tastings, I tasted everything that I normally wouldn't order, but the dishes were delicious! Just like the rest of the menu. We will definitely come back. You will also enjoy delicious vegan dishes here.

Had lunch with a drink basket and a drink board. Also ordered coffee, but this was a complete disappointment. This concerned half a cup of coffee (called café solo in Spain for €1). The price for this Hague cup was no less than €3.10. How expensive should making coffee be ????

Afspraak maken voor een gezelschap van 12 personen ging erg klantvriendelijk en behulpzaam. Tijdens het diner was de bediening ook al zo attent en stipt. Het eten was erg goed. Menu van de chef was van een hoog niveau en heerlijk kladtgemaakt. De aparte kamer waar we zaten was perfect.

Food was tasty but pricey. But it is also special food, not just any sandwich. It's annoying that a guest felt it necessary to have a conversation with the phone on speaker (!!) and the staff said nothing about it.

It could well be a very good restaurant, but the music drowns out everything and every weekend you hear the same noise. The gentleman is located in a residential area with his restaurant, but he insults everyone with the story that we should not have lived in a catering area. Now that this owner is in it, there is zero understanding for local residents and we bounce off the couch at every party to the same playlist. I'm pretty fed up with ABBA and Guardian Angel. Yes, Peter, we won't get any further with you, so I'm throwing this over.

Bad Restaurant. Lots of loud music. Often drunk people argue and then continue long into the evening/night. Restaurant doesn't take anyone into account. Even local people are bothered by Fien's nuisance!! Not easy to talk about. Wouldn't want to eat/drink or party there! Big 0 and Hopefully no more people will come to Fien's to eat. Which is also not nice anyway..

We've been coming here for years and it's always good. The atmosphere is great, the food delicious and the service good and polite.

What a super bad duck breast, it was very fatty and not thoroughly cooked and almost choked on that meat, no response at all from the staff, super bad reserved by the van Haaren family from Wijchen

Heel goede keuken, vanwege het weer was dineren op het terras een uitkomst. Ook aardige en vlotte bediening. Ondanks dat het er binnen al druk uitzag werden we steeds vlot geholpen. Een aanrader!

Wat een heerlijk terras. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Rustige locatie maar toegankelijk. Het eten was voortreffelijk, mooi opgediend en smaakvol. We had our wedding party here; a fantastic evening. Beautiful location, attractive and very nice that the mezzanine can be used if guests want to retreat for a while. Delicious snacks and drinks, enthusiastic and committed staff. We were well thought through and coordinated in advance.

The three of us ate here for my husband's birthday, after which we went to the cinema. Did a gourmet tasting which was tasty, although me and my daughter weren't really fans of the cold bean roll. Then all three opted for the fried tenderloin, which was wonderfully tender. Added vegetables (including warm beans ;-)) but we all thought the grilled pepper (and there was quite a lot on the plate) was far too bitter. Too bad, because we normally find grilled peppers very tasty, but this went wrong somewhere. Due to time, I didn't have dessert and/or coffee/tea, so unfortunately there wasn't a little surprise for my husband, which I would have really liked (could also have been with the main course). I had sent an email about this in advance, but it was not mentioned again when we took our seats (I had hoped that the service would know this).

We enjoy coming here, but this time it was disappointing. Seemed like some food had just been dumped on a plate, a bit colorless. And service was a bit clumsy/young/uncomfortable. Few vegetarian options.

Anja en John Wij hebben ons bruiloftsfeest hier gevierd met de ceremonie in de zaal. Hier ook gegeten op de vide dat door het personeel perfect verzorgd werd. Het eten was heerlijk en voor ieder wat wils. Feestavond verliep ook erg soepel, de goede bediening heeft iedereen constant van een drankje voorzien en ervoor gezorgd dat niemand droog kwam te staan. Kortom een geweldig feest dat perfect verzorgd was!

Fien is a great place to have lunch with a varied lunch menu. I had the club sandwich and it was tasty. I also noticed that this place is very popular with groups and a slightly older audience. When it is busy, the acoustics are not optimal

We have been regular customers for many years and are always very satisfied. Last week we didn't think the food was good. We ate vegetarian (quinoa) and stew. Quinoa was a dark dry bite. And the stew also lacked color and some leek or carrot (vegetable). Furthermore, the service was perfect

The food (cheese croquettes on sourdough bread) was very tasty, there was a lot of choice and also different than usual. That was something different. It took a while before the food arrived. Also they forgot my drink. I find the living room atmosphere cozy, but with so many tables in a small space (all occupied) it was very noisy. I was tempted to put in my earplugs. Not pleasant. I would like to go back for the food, but not in the crowds.

We had a very pleasant meal at a round table in an attractive atmosphere. The light could perhaps be dimmed a bit. Nice alert staff, just keep up that alertness until the end... The plank as a starter was delicious, as was the tenderloin, great! It also looked attractive outside. Parking lot next to the restaurant.
