Tito Alkmaar in Centrum

First time I ordered here, online the sandwiches looked very tasty and beautiful, I personally think that in reality they look quite sad compared to the pictures they post online, quite little sauce and the topping could have been more, there was also a hair in my shrimp sandwich that was not nice either, I immediately lost my appetite😪

1 hour 45 minutes waiting and I still didnt receive my order ( 2 sandwiches and 1 fries ) they claim they are too busy but come on, you really need that much time for 2 sandwiches? Poor service, the guy at the phone sound so helpless , he just claim “we are busy” thats it, no compensation, no nothing. This is the first and last time I order in this place. Going straight to my blacklist. (Edit after receiving the food) Sandwich with chicken BURN and bitter , what joke is this !???? Definitely going to my blacklist

Great atmosphere in the store. The spicy chicken sandwich was delicious. I do think the baked pistol could be a bit crispier. Barely had a brown color to it. For the rest, definitely a good sandwich for €6..

Fries with pulled beef is THE BEST in this place! Also fries with parmesan and garlic sauce! Very delicious and also huge portion, we come back soon of course! I hope they will restore loaded potato's, but I enjoy they fries also!

Delicious fries are available here. Friendly service and a small but cozy atmosphere in the charming streets of Alkmaar. The vegan jackfruit lemon wrap was delicious, and the vegan jackfruit BBQ fries were a very tasty and enjoyable change from the usual fries. The price for food and drinks was around €24, which was reasonable for the portion size. A good place for a quick, tasty snack, and vegan-friendly too.

Hamburger sandwich freshly made, the site says 🤭 that they dare to advertise with it, €8.25 for a factory hamburger with brown lettuce.... I thought I would call them to see if they could come up with a solution, the answer was yes, we had run out of homemade hamburgers. No solution, I could do it. Catching EUROS are clearly more important than providing good food, never again 👋

Had a delicious shrimp sandwich, really great. The only point of criticism is that the heating was turned off and I had to sit inside with my coat on.

I had the 'large' lactose free Spicy Chicken loaded fries. It was very tasty, and they were not shy with the portion size either. The fries were freshly made, they had a nice texture, and the chicken was also well spiced. There are vegan options too, jackfruit mostly. You can eat inside or takeaway, and a bathroom is available. For eating inside you get metal cutlery. The service is nice, the boys know what they're doing.

Very tasty food, beautifully presented, invites you to come here more often. And Spiceygrill sausage is really tasty and spicy.

Delicious! The BBQ chicken is just incredible tender and juicy and kudos to the chef for the marinade I had the Pulled beef, the meat is exceptional. We will come back for sure

Ate here last night. Had to wait half an hour for our order. I received loaded fries even though I had ordered a chicken BBQ wrap. Commented and that person would make new ones. I received the wrong order again, a wrap with shrimp. Orders were all mixed up, it was chaotic. Left it that way, but wasn't happy with this at all!

Nice place, with a nice interior. Food was tasty, a good portion for an affordable price. Friendly staff. Some iceberg lettuce on the loaded fries would complete it! All in all a good meal and we went home satisfied. I definitely plan to stop by here more often when I'm in the area for a delicious meal!

The store looked nice, but the employee was very rude. One of the two worst customer service experiences I've ever had in my life. Employee was disrespectful for no reason. I think he had a bad day or something.

Very friendly employees! But unfortunately bad wraps. Their sandwiches were ok but the wraps were really different. The wrap was very poorly “folded” and there was way too much sauce in it. Since the wrap is so thin, all the sauce was still too much. A sandwich still absorbs the sauce, but the wrap does not. Very unfortunate because I expected a lot and had to throw the wrap away :(

We had “Loaded Cheese Fries BBQ Chicken” and absolutely loved it! Tastes very good, large portion (you could easily share the large portion), great atmosphere! The €13.50 for the large portion is reasonable! If we are in Alkmaar again we will definitely come back!

45 minutes to make some fries... and on top of that they weren't even good NOT RECOMMENDED

I went here with high expectations because of the reviews. But it seems that you can’t trust reviews after all (disappointed but not surprised). I got a large loaded fries with spicy chicken and requested the sauce separately. This gave me the chance to try the fries with just the chicken and cheese sauce, which to my surprise, both had no taste at all. I didn’t taste any cheese and the chicken could have used some more flavors and seasoning. I also got two wraps that consisted of: 40% meat, 55% sauce and 5% veggies. We could not finish it due to the overwhelming amount of sauce and lack of freshness from the veggies. There was no balance between the meat, sauce and vegetables. If you are looking for just a quick bite that is so-so and solidly relies on sauces for flavor (and not cheap), this place is for you. But if you are looking for a fast food place that actually knows about flavor and balance, then you should look elsewhere…. (After reading the reply) Good food shouldn’t rely on sauces, it should be good on its own. Of course I ate the loaded fries with the sauce which made me realize that the sauce was the only flavor of the dish… still doesn’t explain why the “cheese” sauce has no cheese flavor. As for the wraps, obviously the consistency I named was sarcasm because the entire filling of the wrap was literally drenched in sauce that was overwhelming which made the veggies soggy asf (Which takes away the freshness and crunchy texture of what vegetables are supposed to have). Sad to see that you guys have a sign that you would love to hear our opinions. Only for you to reply with that it’s basically our own fault for a bad experience and deny that there is too much sauce in one of your dishes.

The vegan loaded fries with spicy jackfruit tastes very tasty and unique! 🤤 But I missed the spice and depth in taste a bit unfortunately.🌊 A bit pricey in my opinion but otherwise a lovely experience to behold🙏🏻❤️

Great fries, large portions at a fair price. The sauce is homemade, the beef is tender and the service is recommended. Small children are immediately greeted with a lollipop. There are only three tables inside, but you can also sit outside.

My wife and I stopped in for some lunch. They had a cute "His and Hers" burger special that we got with the parmesan fries. Loved the attention to detail with the pink and blue napkins and straws to match the his and hers pink and blue burger buns, 10/10. It was all delicious and super cute. My wife loved it and we will be adding this place to the date night venue list so we can continue to try the rest of the menu. The owners and staff are so welcoming and nice and the atmosphere was perfect. Can't wait to go back.

Unfortunately, Wrap - BBQ Chicken was not convincing. The sauce was far too runny and there was gristle in the meat. At that price I would have expected better quality meat.

Pommes Frites in Alkmaar? Dann hier! Best Fritten in Town aus Kartoffeln mit Schale. So lecker! Dazu natürlich Fritten-Sauce (Majo)! Perfekt! Straßenverkauf in einer kleinen Gasse direkt am Käsemarkt mit einer kleinen Bank für 4 Personen.

Overall I would definitely go there a million times again. The employees are friendly, nice and understandig. About the atmosphere I just can say that it is fitting and comforting. Sure for many it can seem a bit expensive but I can say IT'S WORTH THE MONEY. Btw the portions are pretty big, e.g. if you compare the portions with domino's the portions are twice as big BUT there also twice expensive so from the money aspect it is like any other fast food accept it tastes alot better.
