A unique experience! Delicious food. Not your typical dishes, but truly something different. Dishes came together quickly. Wine was poured in abundance. The staff was very friendly. The tram route was also enjoyable. A bit pricey, but worth it!

Absolutely fantastic experience!!! Serving a five-course meal in such a limited space is a huge feat. However, these chefs handle it with ease. The food is top-notch. The service is also top-notch. There's no shortage of good staff here (as a restaurant owner, I speak from experience). We're treated to our every need. Everything has been thought of. Hats off, this concept is spot on! We truly had a wonderful experience. I highly recommend it. A 10 out of 10.

Took the Hoftramm yesterday. A truly unique experience. A beautiful, long route through beautiful The Hague. The food was exceptionally delicious, which you wouldn't expect on a tram. The presentation and service were also interesting. The wines were also excellent. The staff were friendly. Well worth it. Fantastic.

The Hoftrammm is a unique dining experience that you absolutely must experience. From the tram, you can see a large part of The Hague and Scheveningen. However, don't let this distract you too much, as it detracts from the fantastically presented five-course menu. As soon as you board, you're immediately treated to a variety of amuse-bouches in this very comfortable tram. The host and hostess were very friendly and provided a detailed explanation of each course. It's also worthwhile to take a look behind the scenes. All credit to the kitchen crew for preparing these dishes this way.

This was a truly great experience. If you have the opportunity, I recommend it without hesitation. The meal they produce, on a moving tram, is amazing. Everything about it was first rate.

Very nice culinary experience. If the Diner Train had a mention in the Michelin star guide, the Hoftrammm would have 3 stars. There is good opportunity for parking at the entry and exit point in Voorburg. The welcome is very neat and chic, but still relaxed and personal. The pace of the food is quite high, because everything has to be well coordinated with the routes and times of the regular HTM trams. It is fantastic to eat delicious food and enjoy the many unique locations and views of The Hague. And for those wondering: yes, there is a spacious, clean and tidy toilet on board. The Hoftrammm offers a beautiful restaurant experience, on wheels. To the organisers, servers and chefs; thank you! What a nice experience.

What a great experience. I could recommend this to everybody. We brought our children and although there are no special arrangements for kids, they have to pay for and eat the fancy food, they loved the experience. Great fun.

I gave this as a gift to my husband. Rarely have I experienced such a nice restaurant as this!! Dining while driving through The Hague in a tram, who would come up with something so brilliant!? The atmosphere, the cheerful staff, the delicious food and matching wines (they are generous with pouring! Tip: come to the boarding point by public transport 😉) and at the end a bow and greeting from Pierre Wind himself, everything is perfect and an experience. I often think back on it fondly! We have now also eaten at the TrammmHuys in Voorburg, which is just as much of an experience! 😊🤩 Thanks Pierre!

Recently had dinner at this special restaurant with a friend. I had done this before a few years ago and I noticed that the level of quality of food, atmosphere and service is very high! Still like years ago. That is worth compliments. Once again a delicious meal and such nice staff who know everything about the food, dishes that I have not discovered anywhere before, but Pierre Wind has been entrusted with that. Chapeau Bob and your team!

The experience is quite unique. You get 5 courses and a 2+ hour drive in The Hague. Staff was polite and very attentive. For the food combination they should be careful though as not every experiment is worth it especially considering how hard is to book a table. Nevertheless we enjoyed the evening and many thanks to the staff for the gift for my birthday. I did not expect that. 🙏🏻

The Hoftrammm…a special experience. Summary “The dinner that moved us”. We were invited by friends on this culinary adventure. During a 2.5-hour tour through The Hague and surroundings, we were offered a culinary walk in this beautiful tram. From boarding to arrival, everything was arranged down to the last detail. An extensive variety of flavors, a professional team on board and finally the chef himself who provided the dessert at the table. What an experience.

Just got home from dinner with the Hooffftram. Was offered to us by our children for our 50th wedding anniversary. A great experience with the tram straight through Voorburg, The Hague and Scheveningen. Very nice welcome, very nice service, an abundance of drinks to match the dishes. The driver of the tram should also be praised for his calm driving style. Nice dishes, compliments to the chef Pierre Wind.

Wow, what a delicious meal I had and compliments to the chef, all those flavors, you forget that you are on the tram and in between you manage to catch a glimpse of the royal city. I don't rule out getting on this tram again.

Without a doubt, one of the best culinary experiences I have ever had. Bobby, Pierre and the whole team are passionate about their craft, and very hospitable. As our tram restaurant in Melbourne has now shut down, it’s lovely to see that the idea lives on in Den Haag. If you’re visiting, this is a must do. Expensive, but worth every dollar spent.

A super fun experience to dine in a moving tram. Everything is available on board. Cozy seating areas to quickly have a nice conversation. Tasty and original dishes with matching wines. Sometimes a lot of flavors together. But looks beautiful. And a very friendly service that is there for you all evening. A real experience. And easily accessible from Voorburg station.

Incredibly fun experience! Absolutely great to do with a group of friends. Spontaneous service, intimate atmosphere, and above all, truly unique! The route through The Hague is truly an experience. The culinary level is good, but there are areas for improvement. These are mainly small dishes, these should all stimulate the taste buds. That was not the case. But despite that, it is and remains great!

What a nice evening we had last night, we were wonderfully welcomed in the hoftrammm and it was nice and warm when we got inside, I thought the service was nice and fast and the food was a world full of flavors in your mouth, the atmosphere was really beautiful and cozy with the purple lighting. it was a really nice experience, also with a 2.5 hour tour through The Hague, the 4 of us will not forget this and we will definitely come back for the hoftrammm and the trammmhuys, really an experience to experience again

Super fun experience, delicious food. All courses looked fantastic. The tram runs and you enjoy the delicious food. The only point for improvement was that the coats were handed out very quickly while people were still busy with the last course and that created the feeling that you had to leave quickly.

Expensive but worth the experience. The service is very attentive, you enjoy a 2:30 hour tram ride and a very good dinner. The meat stew was great, we also loved the dessert.

Maximale score, ik zou niet weten wat er nog beter aan zou kunnen. Oké het is flink aan de prijs maar echt iedere euro hartstikke waard. Heerlijk en bijzonder eten, lekkere wijnen erbij en ontzettend lieve en profesionele bediening!

It's a unique and different experience to dine in a tram with your friends, family or colleagues as the ride takes you through different parts of The Hague. The ride takes you through some historic and interesting spots of The Hague. I am not sure if you will be able to pay attention to the spots outside once the interesting food comes in front of you. Nevertheless for the tourists, this will be a unique experience. We were taken for a dinner event in the Tramrestaurent from the company that I work with. If you are a regular user of public transport in NL then it will give you a wow factor when you get on this tram. The service and the food arrangements are outstanding. There was an adequate explanation provided by the host about each food item that was delivered. Seating might be an issue for some. Although the seats are comfortable to take a two-plus hour ride, the legroom is an issue. It's very hard to keep your feet away from not hitting the other person opposite to you. Keeping your leg folded in a way to prevent that from happening for two-plus hours is not nice. Then again you make it up with the amazing food they offer. For the dinner event, we had a 7 part meal. There is a picture of the menu with details about the 5 items they served for that day and of some dishes, along with this post. Excluding that they also served a welcome drink and some sweets after the dessert. The price is not cheap and I wouldn't say it's too high either considering the service and the atmosphere they offer.

Als verrassing voor mijn verjaardag gingen we naar Restaurant Hoftrammm. Wat een geweldige ervaring was dit! We werden vriendelijk ontvangen en naar onze plaats gebracht. De tramrit gaat 2,5 uur duren en rijd door Den Haag, Voorburg en Scheveningen. In die tijd worden er 5 gangen geserveerd. Het eten is van hoge kwaliteit en staat bom van smaakcombinaties die je niet snel verwacht. Behalve van Pierre Wind dan. Voor mij werd er een bijpassend bier-arrangement met lokale bieren geserveerd wat qua smaak uitstekend bij het eten paste. De bediening was uitermate vriendelijk en indien gewenst werd er een nieuw biertje geserveerd. De wijn vloeide ook overvloedig. Voor mijn verjaardag werd massaal gezongen en een nagerecht met een persoonlijke tintje plus cadeautje geserveerd. Net voor het eindpunt rijden we langs restaurant Hofkamer waar Pierre met zijn gehele team ons begroet. Ik vond het een geweldige ervaring en zeker een aanrader voor een bijzondere eet ervaring.

Gastvrij onthaal bij de starthalte, heerlijk eten en drinken in een relaxte sfeer tijdens een rit van 2,5 uur door Den Haag.

Wat een geweldige, fantastische ervaring. Als echte Haagse enorm genoten. Eten heerlijk maar vooral inventief en creatief, ook leuk om zelf te kunnen experimenteren met smaakjes. Bediening helemaal TOP. Had nog een paar uur door kunnen brengen in de tram.

Wat was het bijzonder… Met de tram een rondje Den Haag doen en dan helemaal in de watten worden gelegd. Heerlijk eten en drinken. Dank jullie wel, we hebben genoten!

Wij vonden de ervaring leuk, maar het eten niet denderend. Porties waren te groot, de smaken vlak. De bediening deed wel erg zijn best en dat hebben we gewaardeerd. Wij hadden daarnaast vooraf per mail een foto van mijn zus op jullie aanraden naar jullie gestuurd. Zij was jarig en jullie zouden de foto op eetbaar papier afdrukken, maar dat is helemaal niet gebeurd. Dat vond ik wel erg jammer.
