Tribeca in Wijk 00 Heeze

We had a fantastic evening in Tribeca's kitchen. Excellent food with matching wines in an informal and relaxed atmosphere. You were truly pampered.

I recently visited Tribeca, a two-star restaurant for which I had high expectations, partly due to the rave reviews and its prestigious Michelin status. While the evening certainly contained elements of quality—the service was friendly and attentive, and the dishes were well-prepared—the overall experience unfortunately didn't feel as special or memorable as I'd hoped. The flavors were generally pleasant, but in my opinion, they lacked the creativity or surprising elements that characterize a true culinary experience. At other restaurants, even without stars—such as Saffraan—I've experienced dishes and ambiance that resonated with me more. And all for a considerably lower price. There, I felt more excitement, originality, and attention to detail than I've now experienced at Tribeca. A concrete example: the dessert—a combination of ice cream and cherries—didn't quite hit the mark for me in terms of flavor balance and concept. I couldn't quite grasp the idea behind the combination, which is a shame at this level. There was also a practical issue that detracted from the experience: during dinner, small flies kept flying around the restaurant because the doors were open. This was annoying and unfortunately detracted from the ambiance. The service was polite but did run a program quickly for me. All in all, it certainly wasn't a bad experience; the craftsmanship is undoubtedly there. But for me personally, it didn't meet the high expectations outlined in many reviews. Perhaps I simply expected too much, but I missed the wow factor that I've experienced—even at lesser-known or less-awarded restaurants.

The Summer Vibes menu was an absolute delight yesterday. From light, very refined tasting dishes that all look like small beautiful delicate paintings to some deep and rich sauce accompanied for example the langoustine. Compliments for the sommelier too, wines were lovely and from some surprising countries and regions. This was the 5th time we have been here and it never disappoints. What makes Tribeca stand out, is the lovely staff. Relaxed, knowledgeable, kind and seemly always in a good mood. We hope to come back soon!

The dishes were exquisitely flavorful, surprising, and visually stunning. The staff were very attentive and cheerful. We recognized that our table (our family) appreciates a bit of jovial interaction, especially with the sommeliers. The wines were beautifully paired and very flavorful. They were flexible in accommodating varying dietary needs. And the presentation was beautifully structured, adding a touch of finesse. With the beautiful weather, it was wonderful to start with a drink and appetizers on the terrace. And a special treat for our anniversary: a fantastic evening.

Ons tweede bezoek aan Tribeca en net als vorige keer was het wederom tot in de puntjes … subliem! Van de kleinste amuse tot het copieuze desserten aanbod. Van het ontvangst tot het attente meegeven can een flesje water bij vertrek. Een aanrader voor iedereen en zeker ⭐️⭐️- waardig! Zeker de belevingen op woensdag- & donderdagavond zijn te veel waard voor hun geld, dat mag ook eens gezegd worden. Tot snel!

Had a great experience at TRIBECA. We were very well received and chose the 'golden age' menu. Together with the matching wines this was a super experience.

We had lunch at Tribeca in the kitchen room. In short: it was a great experience that we recommend to everyone. All the employees at Tribeca are friendly, pleasant and professional. The way the menu is presented is also very accessible. The atmosphere in the restaurant is also nice, not too formal or stiff. Upon arrival in the kitchen room we were given a glass of champagne and four amuses, a good start to our lunch. All the dishes that followed were refined and beautifully presented, but above all very tasty. The photos speak for themselves. Every dish was of the highest level, even the bread! The matching wines were also very well chosen. Every dish was clearly better by the combination with the matching wine. The fact that we were in the kitchen room made the whole experience even better. A nice addition was the tour of the kitchen and the restaurant that we got from chef Jan Sobecki. In short, if you are looking for hospitality and food of the highest level, go to Tribeca. We will definitely come back again!

Tribeca is a real party. Fantastic dishes with accompanying wines, great service, and the ambiance is very special (we were in the kitchen room). We will definitely come back here!

Op basis van de zeer positieve beoordelingen en geïntrigeerd door de scherpe all-in prijs gereserveerd voor lunch bij TriBeCa. Ons gezelschap van 4 heeft al heel wat Michelinsterren restaurants bezocht. Na de heerlijke lunch was iedereen het eens: dit is een topper! Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst en aperitief op het terras. De amuses lieten vermoeden dat dit eten op hoog niveau zou zijn. Inderdaad: het 6-gangen menu was zeer lekker, verfijnd en mooi gepresenteerd, aangevuld door deskundige uitleg. Allergieën werden perfect opgevolgd met aangepaste gerechten. De champagne en de 6 wijnen waren smaakvol en een aanvulling van de gerechten. De sommelier van dienst gaf de nodige uitleg en beantwoordde onze vragen. De wijnkaart bestaat uit 2 dikke bundels: één met de witte wijnen en één met de rode wijnen. Impressionant en mooi gestructureerd; De formule all-in biedt een geweldige prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. Elk hapje, elk onderdeel heeft veel smaak. Ons gezelschap vond de “brood- en botergang” origineel en lekker. Creatief en geslaagd. Na het lekkere dessert werd er nog heel wat lekkers geserveerd bij de koffie. Een mooie afsluiter. Hier zien ze ons zeker nog terug!

Every course was an experience in taste and smell, from the amuses to the after dessert with coffee. Usually you find one course which is less outstanding but not here. Who would have thought that strawberry pairs well with asparagus. Tarragon and fennel were a recurring theme. The wine pairing was outstanding. Unusual wines but each one worked well. The service was seamless with a flow and friendliness creating a relaxed evening which did not seem rushed or punctuated with long waits. Well worth the extravagance of eating here.

Af en toe jezelf trakteren met een bezoekje aan Tribeca. Kost een paar centen , maar ook nu was het weer ongelooflijk lekker en wordt door de keuken met gemak aan de hoge verwachtingen voldaan. Van amuses tot en met het dessert alleen maar topkwaliteit. Natuurlijk ontbrak de zwezerik niet. Daar mag je mij voor wakker maken. Mooi om te ervaren dat het team steeds beter wordt. Prima op elkaar ingespeeld en het is een feestje om te zien hoe soepel alles loopt, inclusief de synchrone bediening. Qua ambiance is er nog wat te winnen. Hopelijk wordt dat in een keer opgelost met de overstap naar De Wielewaal volgend jaar . Dan is die 3e ster volgens mij heel snel in beeld.

Still fantastic. Nice ambiance, really excellent service and four hours of lunch is over in a flash. Top dishes, top wine, everything is really nice. Go home happy, satisfied and satisfied as if I were still in dreamland.

What a wonderful culinary experience it has been. From the moment you enter until you leave, you feel completely pampered. Beautiful and relaxing interior with comfortable chairs, which is sometimes often forgotten. Staff very friendly, young, cheerful and informal. Naturally adapted to the guest. But no unnecessary stiffness or formality and certainly no arrogance or anything in that direction. Very attentive and, above all, thoughtful to make the guest's experience as enjoyable as possible. The entire brigade certainly deserves all the praise. The kitchen is of an unprecedented high standard. A feast for the eyes, but the flavors do not lag behind the visual images that you are presented with. Too often you see that the plate looks better than the taste itself. The basis is and remains the taste. They understand that very well here. Absolutely the top in the Netherlands and certainly not behind some of the 3 star restaurants where we have eaten. The sommelier completed the evening with his knowledge and skills and, above all, love and passion for his profession. As it should be and definitely worth repeating for us. For us, it really is the winner in terms of taste in the Netherlands. And at the kitchen table you imagine yourself in a piece of culinary paradise on earth. Hopefully they continue this in their new place.

Enjoyed a delicious gluten-free meal, the dishes were top notch. We ate in the kitchen room which was a truly wonderful experience.

Deze stond al lang op ons lijstje. En wat een ervaring! Ik kan weinig anders zeggen dan dat ik ongelofelijk lekker heb gegeten en gedronken in een fijne ambiance. En ik noem zelden losse gerechten maar de langoustine met zee-egel, truffel en winterpeer was werkelijk miraculeus lekker en zwezerik de lekkerste die ik ooit at.

Sinds lange tijd weer bij trebica beland. De ontvangst was zeer gastvrij. Alle amuses en gerechten waren verrukkelijk, 3 sterren waardig met subtiele smaak. De bediening heel relaxed met een goede uitleg. De sommelier wist waar hij het over had en begreep onze wensen. Zijn zeker van plan terug te komen.

Lunch met zussen aan de chefstable. Wat een genot is het hier. We gingen voor een 6-gangen lunch met een mocktail arrangement. Superaardig personeel. De verassing was naast het eten ook de mocktails die echt goed in balans waren met de gerechten. Had nog nooit eerder een alcoholvrije cocktail gedronken en was echt aangenaam verrast. Het eten was top en fantastisch opgemaakt. Kom hier zeker nog een keer terug.

A sublime culinary experience, in one word: Fantastic!

Wij hadden voor drie personen gereserveerd voor de lunch Chef's Classics. Het was werkelijk top. Alles was heerlijk en zeer verfijnd. Iemand zei ons dat Tribeca het beste restaurant is van Nederland. Na onze ervaring willen we daar graag bij aansluiten. Wij hadden maar twee uur de tijd en in die periode zijn ze erin geslaagd ons de vier gangen van het menu Chef's Classics voor te zetten. Geweldig! Grote klasse.

Top restaurant! In the top 5 of the Netherlands. Here you can enjoy excellent food in a beautiful ambiance. All dishes had perfect taste and beautiful presentation. Staff were very friendly. The chef came to our table several times. We will definitely come back here again.

We had the 4 course asparagus menu. Reasonable or low price for a 2 star restaurant. Stunning from the beginning (various appetizers) to the end. Even the coffee was extensive. Rarely in a star restaurant so much value for money. Highly recommended

We had a fantastic meal and had a great evening, until we left and the hostess followed us to the parking lot to say that we had not paid!! 1 minute later a staff member came to say that he had already taken the cash out of the account! Very embarrassing, maybe ask your staff first, Claudia! Too bad because we would definitely have come back if we hadn't had this experience!

Vanavond hebben we 2 uur gereisd om te gaan eten bij Restaurant TRIBECA in Heeze (Noord-Brabant). Het was zeker de moeite waard! Het menu is mooi uitgebalanceerd en elk gerecht was een traktatie op zichzelf met een zeer delicate smaak. Voor ons was het stergerecht vanavond, de super mooi uitgebalanceerde en smaakvolle gnocchi en met het aardbeiendessert als afsluiter kon onze avond al niet meer stuk! Ieder gerecht werd geserveerd met een glimlach en een duidelijke uitleg van de gebruikte ingrediënten. Wij komen zeker weer terug!

Friendly and professional, both the service and the chefs. Everything was fantastic during the Saturday afternoon 'Golden Age menu' in the kitchen room. The welcome was more than warm and open, friendliness continued throughout the lunch. The appetizers were a pleasant warm-up for the class that followed. An extremely well prepared dish with Crab/Caviar & Fenugreek, served 'cold'. What a start. The langoustine with potato & lemon was pure world class. Particularly because of the matching wine; Rebholz Ganz Horn GG Riesling from 2017. The harmony between dish and wine was one of the most beautiful ever. Afterwards the orchestra continued to play, with fantastic matching wines and extremely well-executed dishes. Dishes that reflect pure craftsmanship, with few 'tricks and gimmicks'. What an afternoon, one we will remember for a long time! Go eat at Tribeca, it's really worth it!

It is rare that a meal delivers from the moment you walk in the door, to the moment you leave; however, my recent experience dining at Tribeca was exactly that. The entire team is exceptionally welcoming, and clearly passionate for the product they deliver. On this night, I dined at the kitchen-counter, and echoing a few other reviews here there was not a miss among the dishes. Even in the upper echelon, that is a relatively rare experience. I look forward to the day I am able to return, and recommend Tribeca without hesitation to those who are looking for an exceptional dinner.

Update: This time we did not visit the kitchen room, but the restaurant area. Both places offer a wonderful evening with top quality. As far as I'm concerned, which of the two you choose mainly depends on what you're looking for that evening. Are you going for more privacy or romance? Then choose the restaurant. Do you want a more dynamic environment and a more unique experience? Then choose the kitchen room. Both are absolute enjoyment! We are looking forward to April. 1st time: Expectations were high, but they were certainly met. What a wonderful evening we had here! Dinner in the kitchen room was great. All dishes were delicious, well balanced and of consistent quality from amuse to friandises. At the beginning of the evening we decided to try a mocktail and we also liked it. The wines that were presented with dinner later in the evening were tasty and paired well with the dishes. The interaction between the various guests, the service and the kitchen was also a nice added value to the whole. It's nice that they also make it possible for couples to offer a kitchen room/chef's table experience. The evening later became even more special when we got a tour of the business from Jan himself, who was clearly visible all evening and showed an interest in the guests. We will definitely come back!

Had an insanely good evening in the kitchen room at Tribeca. Where at other (top) restaurants there are often 1 or 2 dishes that really stand out, here every dish was sublime. Had a lot of personal interaction with an enthusiastic team of young top chefs who showed and tasted everything. The tour and thoughtful extras at the end completed it. For me the number 1 in the Netherlands!

The top for gourmets is eating in the kitchen. Everything cooked to perfection and fun because you can follow everything One star less for atmosphere because I prefer to eat in the restaurant for that atmosphere. Just got home from our first dinner at Tribeca. I don't think I can find the words to express how special the dishes, service and atmosphere were. If I can use two words, it is truly fantastic. The staff is extremely professional and does everything they can to make your evening out an experience. Since we do not consume alcohol, we have opted for the series of mocktails that, just like the wines, match perfectly with the flavors of the dishes. A six-course dinner was supplemented with 5 small side dishes. All in all, an evening you will not forget.

Afgelopen zaterdag hier met familieleden mogen eten en het was fantastisch. Eten super, wijn super, mocktails super, personeel super en zeer vriendelijke eigenaren. Een waanzinnige avond gehad, is iedere euro waard

Fantastische avond gehad bij Tribeca in Heeze. Leuk dat het vernoemd is naar de wijk in New York, waar ik net zelf 1,5 jaar heb gewoond. Het eten en de wijn zijn fantastisch. De eigenaar komt zelf de kaart toelichten en de bestelling opnemen en zijn vrouw is een erg goede gastvrouw. Het gehele team is goed op elkaar ingespeeld en alles verloopt soepel. En het restaurant zelf ziet er heel mooi uit, met een zeer warmer uitstraling. Wij gaan zeker weer terug.

Heerlijk genoten van een geweldige avond bij Tribeca, aan de keukenkamer. Het eten was heerlijk de wijn fantastisch, vooral het extra gerecht met de witte truffel! Hele goede informele bediening, die ons gezellig de avond begeleiden. Erg leuk ook de interactie aan de keukenkamer! Mooi ingerichte zaak, wij kregen nog een kleine rondleiding door het restaurant en keuken van 1 van de eigenaren. Bedankt voor een topavond, wij kunnen niets anders doen dan terug komen.

Na een keer diner nu een keer lunch. En die is minstens net zo spectaculair als diner. De service en kwaliteit van Tribeca begint al bij binnenkomst. Overall is over nagedacht, word binnenshuis gemaakt en iedereen straalt kwaliteit uit. Ik ben erg benieuwd naar volgend jaar! Ga zo door🙏

Die Entstehung der einzelnen Gänge direkt und quasi in der Küche zu erleben, den Geschmack zu erleben, die korrespondieren Weine und Biere... ein unfassbar schönes Erlebnis...

Superfijne lunch gehad aan de keukentafel! Elk gerecht was heerlijk, vooral de sauzen waren heel mooi. De service was fantastisch, kundig maar toch fijn informeel en gezellig.

Het aller allerbeste restaurant van Nederland. Wat is het altijd een plezier om te mogen eten bij Jan. Heerlijke gerechten en altijd een super leuke sfeer. Vooral de keukentafel blijft een briljant concept dat precies past bij mijn idee van sfeer, intimiteit en eten en drinken op zijn voetstuk zetten. Kijk nu al uit naar de volgende keer.

Was gisteren de 2 keer dat ik hier kwam, deze keer om de verjaardag van mijn vriendin te vieren. Speciaal in keukengedeelte gereserveerd want extra leuk om interactie te hebben en te zien hoe professioneel er gewerkt wordt. Werkelijk alles klopte, schitterende gerechten met verrassende smaakexplosies en bijpassende wijnen. 2 sterren en toch informeel, m.i. een perfecte combinatie. Echt een aanrader en komen zeker terug.

De smaken zijn hier super goed, vooral de sauzen vergeet je niet snel meer. De afwas hoeft niet veel meer te doen ;)

Prachtig restaurant, ze houden goed rekening met bepaalde eisen zoals vegitatisch vanaf moment 1. Zeer uitgesproken en mooie smaakcombinaties, goede en juiste begeleiding van wijnen. Heel vriendelijk, vrolijk personeel zowel de keuken als de bediening, prachtige en zeker zijn sterren waardig. We komen hier graag!

Dineren bij restaurant Tribeca is een avondvullend 'artistiek' evenement waar jouw ogen en smaakpapillen op een ongelofelijke manier worden verrast. Wij hadden het geluk dat het een warme dag was, zodat wij buiten hebben kunnen zitten. In een prachtige bijna feeërieke entourage. Wij hebben gekozen voor het Golden Age menu met bijpassende wijnen. Over het eten en de wijnen kan ik kort zijn: super! Wat mij daarnaast opviel was de bediening door een team van jonge mensen. Zij verstaan de kunst je het gevoel te geven ondergedompeld te worden in een warm weldadig bad. Tot slot nog iets anders: ik heb eerder bij andere sterrenrestaurants gegeten en dan kwam vaak aan het eind van de avond de chefkok langs. Ik vond het uitermate correct en plezierig dat dit bij Tribeca niet gebeurde. Immers, het diner wordt niet bereid door 1 chefkok, maar door een team van kunstenaars.

Top, ook in dit segment! Goede gerechten en smaken, goed tempo, en een fijne bediening.

Tsja, wat moet je zeggen. Dit is veruit het beste restaurant waar ik gegeten heb. Normale sterrenzaken hebben een paar topgerechten en wat mindere. Dit was allemaal fan-tas-tisch. In de keukenkamer was het leuk en gezellig vertoeven met het jonge team van koks en bediening! Ik kom zeker terug, top top top!

Tja als die geen vijf sterren oplevert… wat dan nog wel 😋 Superfijn ontvangst en geweldige combi van wijn en gerechten. Fijne uitgebreide uitleg van sommelier.

Dit is gewoon het beste restaurant van Nederland! Zo bijzonder qua eten, zo'n fijne bediening, zulke lekkere bijpassende wijnen.

Not sure what else can be said - it is a 2 star Michelin that is well deserved. The food was amazing, the ambiance was lovely (though high end, it still felt relaxed) and the service was attentive. Would definitely go back.
