Simply amazing. Fresh and great tasting food, fantastic service, and all that for a great price. If you're in Eindhoven, definitely go here, and go early because they take no reservations and it fills up fairly quickly. But definitely go. It's fantastic.

A wonderful experience; friendly welcome and service, a simple menu with a wealth of flavors. If you're expecting a döner sandwich, it's best to skip this restaurant. Authentic Turkish cuisine with high-quality dishes.

Do you really want to go to Turkey and taste traditional Turkish food? Do you want to eat at a restaurant in Turkey? Yes, exactly the right location has been found, right in the middle of Eindhoven! We are incredibly happy. It is as if we had eaten at our mother's home or exactly as if we had eaten at a restaurant in our hometown that offers Anatolian delicacies. I can't wait for our next visit. We were enchanted to receive service from a happy lady who loves her job in a restaurant that serves immaculate and delicious meals! Huge thank! Update Tantuni, sosyete mantısı, kalburabastı, patlıcanlı börek are all more than delicious. 😋

We ordered the albanian liver (the only place where I genuinly enjoyed eating liver, insanely good), hummus with ground beef and pine nuts (the silkiest hummus I've ever tasted), poached kibbeh, the börek with cheese, honey and peas which was absolutely devine! And we closed off with the sweet and rich Künefe. I love the cosy atmosphere, the music and the friendly staff. Everything is freshly made with lots of love and care which translates to the flavors of the dishes.

Turkish Tale is one of the few restaurants in Eindhoven where one could enjoy the authentic Turkish cuisine. The advice is to reserve if you intend to dine-in or to order nicely in advance if you want to pick up. Same deliciousness and friendliness you will get in both.

the best Turkish food I've found abroad. one of the best ones even when I compare it with the places in Turkey! you should definitely try it. so far everyone we recommended this place also liked it a lot. the personnel is also very friendly. when I want to make a reservation they always ask if there is anyone with dietary restrictions. and if there is one, they make additions to the menu accordingly as much as they can.

Picked up an incredibly delicious carniyarik and fennel salad! Unfortunately I don't live nearby otherwise I would order food here more often. Just as it should be. Prepared with Turkish eggplants. Even my mother was amazed (in a good way) to taste the flavors from Turkey. While waiting inside, I was given a cup of Turkish tea and we had a nice chat. Nice lady who owns it. Don't expect döner/kebab, but authentic dishes that you don't often see in the Netherlands. And I think the preparation method in particular makes the difference here.

People who want to eat delicious and authentic Turkish cuisine definitely need to visit this place! It was such a positive experience eating here that we ended up staying way longer than anticipated. The service in this restaurant is very personal, you can feel that the staff cares for their food and providing you with great meal. If you can't figure out what's what they are very willing to help you out and give you recommendations. The hostess is such a kind person and was often checking up on us whether everything was good. The food was amazing! It tasted so flavourful and fresh, it was ideal for the hot day we went on. I can surely recommend trying out the different mezes and sharing the main if you're with more people, just to be able to try out as much as you can. You also get a Turkish tea afterwards which was the perfect end to our meal. The price/quality balance is also great, for 2 people we ended up having to pay <40 euros and we were very full at the end. It's a good place to visit on different days since the menu changes day by day and they also take into account the seasons. I'm definitely coming back more often.

I did not like liver before, but at Turkish Tale, I love it! Hale makes everything delicious, especially the çiğ köfte. I live in The Hague but I go to Eindhoven just to eat here. It feels like a short trip to Turkey each time.

Don't expect döner kebab here, but real Turkish food, homemade with love. And you can taste that. Dishes that you rarely encounter, served in mezze style, cold and warm dishes to share, usually also two types of sweet dishes on the menu. The menu is limited and different every day. Please note, be quick, because everything sells out very quickly every day, so ordering in advance is definitely recommended. Small business with a casual atmosphere, very customer friendly.

The place for the best authentic Turkish food. It was a pleasant surprise to discover homemade traditional "meze"s here that can be coupled with wine or Turkish raki. Happy to have this lovely restaurant in Netherlands.

As someone who has been to Turkish Tale many times and had the chance to experience many kinds of food, I can easily say that; We are glad to have Turkish Tale, which offers the real Turkish dishes we miss in a delicious way, in a warm and home-like environment!

We've tried at least fifteen different dishes so far and we haven't regretted a single one. When we think of real Turkish taste in the Netherlands, the first thing that comes to our mind is Turkish Tale and Hale's dishes. Although we find every dish delicious, tantuni wrap and thimble soup are our favorites.

Such amazingly delicious food and warm, welcoming atmosphere at Turkish Tale. Hale's food was already well-known before the grand opening of her cute little restaurant - by now it's legendary! I'm happy to have a place here in Eindhoven to introduce my friends to our truly diverse cuisine. Always tasty, always fresh, always a pleasure.

Hidden gem in the centre of Eindhoven! Very cozy and super tasty! Lentil soup is so comfy and rich in flavors! And cookie with dates is a must try. The place is totally recommended for the visit. Top!

Finally Eindhoven has a O.G. Turkish restaurant, not like those fake garlic filled doner kebabs. Lovely atmosphere if you would enjoy a glimpse from 80s and 90s Turkey. The food and service was amazing, Hale knows what she is doing. Waitress was always welcoming, guiding and smiling(she has a cute smile) and helpful. Also I should recommend Tom's sauces. I'd lay a wager that if you are an expat, you will become a regular. I call Michelin for duty!

Lekkere porties Turks eten. De meeste maken we zelf thuis ook, maar hier bereiden ze anders voor wat ook heel lekker is. De specerijen komen denk ik uit Turkije. Dat proef je wel. En alle gerechten zijn vers gemaakt. Hele lekkere portie lever gegeten (arnavut cigeri) en yuzuk corbasi. Deze twee sprongen uit wat mij betreft. Qua presentatie en de grootte van de porties kan ik deze twee als uitstekend beoordelen. De dessert was söbiyet, en die was ook heel goed. Als hoofdgerecht hadden we alle vier tantuni. Bijzonder lekker gemaakt! Ik kom hier zeker terug omdat ik de smaak van echt goede Turks eten proef. :)

Everything we ate was very fresh and delicious. Thimble soup and raw meatballs are my favorites. The atmosphere and service are also amazing! I definitely recommend it.

I ordered food to celebrate our anniversary, they go the extra mile. Not only on the quality of the food was really good, also the prices are excellent but the customer service was amazing. Very helpful, very nice people. Very good with gestures and details. We will definitely order again and recommended to our community.

We had a very delicious meal! Surprising, new flavors. The white bean salad was well received, even by my father who normally doesn't eat beans :-).

Hidden gem in Eindhoven for trying Turkish food! We had tried Spicy bulgur kofte, Beet dip with roasted garlic and yoghurt, steak wraps and lastly baklava with Turkish tea. Definitely recommended!

Finally real Turkish food! One of the best albanian liver and çiğ köfte I've ever had in a long time. The owner was very friendly and the service was excellent.We can't wait to go back again!

Easily my favorite Turkish restaurant in the Netherlands. Hale is the amazing owner of this little Turkish gem that specializes in the most exquisite mezes I have ever had. One of the things I truly cherish about Turkish Tale is the authenticity. From the soft, traditional Turkish music playing in the background, to the beautifully selected ceramics, tea cups and tableware, to the food. It really feels like you're in Turkey, but at the same time also like home. The limited and ever-changing menu is a breath of fresh air. In a world of overwhelming options, this little place stands out by ensuring that every dish is prepared with attention to detail and the freshest and simplest ingredients. And you can really taste it. Particularly delicious are the bulgur salad, courgette fritters (crispy goodness), stuffed bell pepper (a little masterpiece), and Susamli (a nice surprise). But the best part is they keep having new seasonal dishes, and they always impress. Definitely worth a visit! Until next time

Wij lunchten hier (kan alleen op woensdag, diner kan op meerdere dagen). Kleine zaak met achterin een vitrine. Op de stoep nog twee tafeltjes. Sober interieur, beetje saai. Oncomfortabele bank aan de muur. Vriendelijke ontvangst door de eigenaresse tevens chef. Alle ca 7 gerechten van dit moment (varieert nogal eens) stonden in de vitrine: 1 koud vleesgerecht (‘vrouwendijen’ van gehakt met rijst), diverse salades (bulgur, parelgort, aardappel), börek, spinazie tzatziki. Ze smaakten allemaal lekker, maar niets was heel speciaal en de meeste gerechten maak ik thuis zelf ook. Grote porties. Het rijstpudding dessert was heerlijk, en ruim voldoende voor twee. Wijnkeuze uit wit, rose of rood, geen verdere aanduiding. Ondanks de vriendelijkheid en toewijding voor mij onvoldoende reden om terug te keren.

Finally actual Turkish food in Eindhoven! From amazing mezes to Turkish Street food, this place seems to have all of the better tastes in Türkiye! Before visiting, do not forget to check out the menu, as it changes every day. Recommended if you crave some actual Turkish food, or would like to try it.

Turkish Tale is a wonderful restaurant with a fine selection of authentic food. We had meze’s from different regions of Turkey and Tantuni (a beef based wrap). The food was delicious, service was fast and atmosphere was very friendly. Would recommend to anyone that wants to experience the real Turkish cuisine.

I'm so happy that we finally have a place where we can enjoy the real authentic Turkish cuisine. Don't expect stereotypical Turkish street food here, they serve top-notch mezes and the same real food we eat at home. Everything we had was just so good that I can't even compare it to any Turkish place I've been to in the Netherlands before. The menu changes daily, and when we were there, they had plenty of vegan options as well. I'll definitely be back!

Als ik meer dan 5 sterren zou kunnen geven dan had ik dit echt gedaan. Dit restaurant, het eten en de eigenaresse geven je een warmte wat onbeschrijfelijk is. Ik raad iedereen aan om hier te eten als je écht turks wil eten. Ik kom zeker vaker! Bedankt :)

Top tent! Vandaag voor de eerste keer hier geweest. We kwamen toevallig bij dit restaurant uit en dit was zeker geen teleurstelling. Gezellige eigenaresse in combinatie met super lekker eten. Wat wil een mens nog meer?

Öncelikle mekanın çok sıcak ve sevimli bir dekoru var, kendileri de güleryüzlü ve kibarlar, 5 çeşit meze ve börek denedik hepsi birbirinden muazzamdı, arnavutciğeri Türkiye’de yediklerimizden bile güzeldi. Fıstıklı harici baklava yemeyen eşim fındıklı baklavaya bayıldı keza ben de öyle. Tam Hollanda’da asla güzel bir Türk yemeği yiyemeyeceğiz deyip umudumuzu kaybetmişken buraya rastladık, elinize emeğinize sağlık!

Authentic and truly delicious Turkish food, made with love and it shows! The flavour in the stuffed peppers was wonderful and the bean salad was a top favourite, highly recommend!
