Ordered but received nothing. Phone number is out of service. No way to get my money back.

Just ordered and paid for food, but this place doesn't exist anymore at all. So money gone and no food. Don't order!

It's just awful, why does the delivery still show their restaurant in the app? There are tons of reviews saying they don't deliver food. I was really hungry, but in the end, nothing arrived.

Yesterday I placed an order. I received nothing. I tried to contact them by calling. The number is not in use, so I left a message and unfortunately, I haven't received a response to this day. Still no food, yet I have paid. That is why my review of them is negative. It is certainly an easy way to make money.

Had to wait more than 2.5 hours for my order. Restaurant completely unreachable. Thuisbezorgd and both provided a non-existent number given by the business… the fact that this place has already undergone multiple name changes perhaps speaks volumes. People, never order here. Update after 21:30. Money back from Thuisbezorgd and no food..

What nonsense!!! It said the restaurant was open and would close at midnight. I ordered food at 21:40, it is already 23:35 AND I STILL DON'T HAVE MY FOOD! Calling is not available; I went to the restaurant alone in the dark to ask, but had NO idea it was closed. I would never order here again, I've lost those 16 euros. I want my money back.

The atmosphere wasn't good; they made the food wrong and refused to make a new batch, so we left. We didn't get our money back either.

We ordered food today via thuisbezorg. In te past everything was good, but from a few months theres always a problem with orders. But today they crossed the line. The delivery was quick, but they couldn’t find our addres even if we send them direct location. The order was incoplete, there were missing two sauces and also the food was not what we ordered. It was supposed to be chicken döner kapsalon, but it wasn’t a döner at all. The meat was stinky and looks like some leftovers from a few days ago. Probably it was some old tiny slices of some chicken thighs. We left them review on thuisbezorgd and they get mad about this and told us they are gonna block our number so we cant order from them anymore 😂 as if i want to ever again… i highly do not recommend this to anyone. The customer service is poor, the ingredients are cheap and always problems with orders. They are just fooling the customers with what they sell

I had to wait two hours for my order. The delivery driver gave one nonsense excuse after another for the delay. First, he said he'd gone to the same address in Wageningen instead of Ede, which is incorrect. When he finally arrived, he claimed the receipt said Wageningen. That turned out to be false as well. I tried calling the delivery service several times, but their phone number was unreachable. A very bad experience.

I will order from here the old owner's gone and a young man has taken over makes excellent food if there was a change or come late you get free drinks and ice cream so far it's great give it another chance!!!!

I ordered shoarma kapsalon, wich was listed on the website as suarma kapsalon. got the chicken doner kapsalon, not what i payed for! I ordered extra garlic sauce and didnt get any. The next day i tried again (becous im stuborn or stupid or maybe hungry). But this time i didnt get anything at all, called them atleast 5 times after 2 hours of waiting..... no response. so i gues they are ripping people off. dont order here if u actualy want food and dont throw away your money.

Got a delicious kapsalon with spicy chicken, it was fantastic. The staff have hearts of gold. Highly recommended.

I ordered food here. And I live 5 minutes from Flavours. The food arrived and it was cold. The pizza was gross; the dough was just as tough. The frikandellen tasted awful. And the burger didn't taste good either and was just as cold.

Very poor. Ordered through Thuisbezorgd, and after waiting over an hour, the order was still wrong. And when you call, you get vague responses from the staff.

One star is the minimum you should give, but as far as I'm concerned, they don't deserve it. I ordered a Quattro Formaggi pizza. After delivery, I sat down on the couch, opened the box, and what was inside? A pizza with ham, samali, mushrooms, and bell pepper. I tried calling the number provided four times, but no one answered. What terrible service! We won't be ordering from them again.

Ordered through Thuisbezorgd today. Two of the three dishes were incorrect. One dish was pictured as having rice and vegetables, but it was delivered with fries and salad. A request for garlic sauce on the side wasn't considered. The 4-cheese pizza was "4 seasons." Inedible if you're vegetarian because it was full of ham and salami. We tried calling ten times, but no one answered. Terrible!! 😞

Food bad, fries cold, everything soggy and tasteless, satay sauce arrived as 1 lump, also the satay burger was so dry it looked like peanut butter

It says it's open on the website and in the window, but upon arrival, it turns out they only accept online orders (including pickup). So I order online and it turns out to be a minimum of €7.50, while my choice costs €7. That's the end of it for me. My friend had previously enjoyed it, possibly the previous owner. Therefore, two stars for the food, but the service is very limited.

Today I picked up a shoarma dish and pasta Pollo – both super tasty! The shoarma dish was well filled, with deliciously seasoned meat and crispy fries. Everything was still warm when I got home, and the garlic sauce was great. The pasta Pollo had a creamy sauce with lots of flavour and a nice portion of tender chicken. Real comfort food, just the right flavour. Fast service, friendly staff and the food tasted like it had just come out of the kitchen. Definitely worth repeating!

There is a boy of about 14 at the checkout who doesn't understand anything. There is almost no salad in the box, no tomatoes, the potatoes are probably from the day before and are very terrible, the meat is completely burnt, all black, impossible to eat, 1 drop of sauce

Very disappointing experience. I came here for dinner for the first time, but this was also the last time. First of all, I was charged for a coke twice when I only ordered one. I got my money back in cash, while I had paid by card Then the food: I had ordered a döner box, but that was really substandard. The meat was dried out and had a burnt taste, as if it had been on the grill for too long. The fries were hard and did not seem fresh. The sauce was barely there — just a few drops. Some cabbage on the side, and that was it. The promised tomatoes were completely missing. If this is presented as a full meal, I don't want to know what the kitchen looks like. The quality of both the food and the service leaves much to be desired. Not recommended. Waste of money and waste of time. This place should seriously look into improving.

I had two packages delivered here. But when I wanted to pick them up I was told that they stopped being a parcel point and they sent all the packages back. In response to my question where my packages are, they told me to call DPD. This is completely worthless!!!!

Very mediocre döner sandwich and the worst thing I thought was that the man was standing outside first smoking and then using his dirty, filthy smoke claws to fill my sandwich, I immediately threw it away outside.

the durum döner was very sparsely filled, a lot of meat that came from a shady drawer with only some lettuce and Remia garlic sauce. an onion and a tomato would have been a welcome addition. the service was friendly, if not somewhat mysterious. Unfortunately, not really a nice meal for what you pay. the baklava was tasty.

Ordered Flavors 1 Dish (Shawarma, Shaslick, and Köfte, 17.50 EURO). Very disappointing dish. Extremely small amount of meat (3x köfte, 4 pieces of shaslick, and a large amount of lukewarm shawarma) and a mountain of fries. Definitely not worth 17.50.

The kapsalon tastes great, vegetables seem fresh, (no tomato, that's a win in my book), the meat was soft and of a good quality, the fries were good too (was there paprika powder on them? Nomnom!) Just a good place, friendly people, and decent food for a decent price.

I've never gotten food here. But why are you open during Remembrance Day towards the Roman Catholic church, where the Remembrance Day parade begins? Lots of noise and loud talking. It would have been nice if you had closed for 1 hour. Realize: The next day you will earn a hundred times as much thanks to this May 4th. I would like some more appreciation and respect for the fallen who ensured that we live in freedom and that you have your business here.

never had any problems with the last order dish of extra meat no extra meat after 3 hours and calling 3 times finally extra meat delivered no longer as a duty I had to pay 2.50 extra for it I am disappointed in this company

Ordered here tonight, döner box €6, which is absolutely not worth such a small box. Used to be bigger. Ordered a total of €20 worth of food and only got enough to fill your hollow tooth... Rip off

Their opening hours are not correct at all, they are closed more often than they are open. But when it is open the food is delicious.

We ordered via the website on 15.12.22, But the order never arrived. It was paid via iDeal. Since then we constantly try to call and contact the store but we have not response nor refund. We used to be regular costumers cause the food quality was good but this is not acceptable behavior. . Up to today still no response

I often go to this Turkish bakery to get something to eat. The food is always very tasty and the prices are very fair. But the most striking thing is the staff, who are super customer-friendly and are always up for a chat. They even make an effort to remember your preferences when ordering and it is always very pleasant. Very satisfied! For me, this is my favorite place to get something tasty in Wageningen.
