I tried Tyros Lebanese Foodtruck and was blown away by their falafel. I’ve had falafel in other countries before and always thought of it as a simple vegetarian meal — but this was something completely different! The flavor was rich and slightly smoky, and the falafel was perfectly cooked. The chef mentioned the sauce was a bit spicy, which added a great kick. There were also plenty of pickled vegetables — super fresh and full of flavor. They matched the falafel perfectly. Honestly, it was so good that I’m planning to go back every week!

The wraps with falafel, lamb shawarma, chicken thigh fillet and minced meat/Kofta were all delicious – fresh, perfectly seasoned and generously filled. Everyone at the table was excited and kept asking where I got this delicious food! What really makes this food truck special is not only the food, but also the people behind it. Jawad and Willy are incredibly hospitable and passionate about what they do. You immediately feel welcome, and you can taste their love for Middle Eastern cuisine in every dish. Unbelievable food. As a very fussy Veggie in love with a very fussy meatlover we were both filled with delicious food cooked to perfection. The falafel sandwich was perfect, perfect salad filling and lots of tasty Houmous. The falafel was perfect not hard just fluffy and flavoursome. The chicken swarma was pipping hot, juicy and tender with lots of hot sauce. You have got to eat here 😋

It was the first experience and the uncle who owns the place was very respectful, but he knew that we were Syrians and were spoiled. As for the falafel, I strongly recommend twenty stars as well because it really takes you back to the days of Syria and Lebanon. Without a doubt one of my favourite places to eat in Amsterdam. Recently spent a week in the hospital and the first meal I wanted after being discharged was the Lambsfillet Sandwich 😍 the people who run the truck are also some of the nicest people I’ve encountered in the service industry in the Netherlands. Absolutely perfect. I can't say this enough but it's absolutely amazing. Cheap, good, well made authentic falafels. And the staff is friendly like I haven't seen in Amsterdam. This reminds me of how Amsterdam used to be a few years ago, and I can't get enough of it. Love it and I'll keep on coming back.

Great selection of vegan dishes and super friendly people working there. The falafel is crunchy outside, soft inside and veeery big! We ordered pitas, one with falafel, and one with baba ganoush and grabbed fresh juices in the veggie stand nearby. You can take home or enjoy at the stand, as there are a few tables waiting for guests. Good value for money, fresh food and very satisfying!
