Love this place! One of the BEST Shaorma trucks in Amsterdam. Lebanese flavors take me back to my favourite Lebanese take away when I was a student in Boston. One bite takes me back in time over 30 years in an instant. So FRESH! and SO GOOD! I wanted to leave a second review, but could not on GoogleMaps. Regardless, I went back and ordered again this morning: 2 lamb, 1 chicken, 1 hamburger. Price was €34 which is good value in Amsterdam to feed four. My son devoured the lamb, My wife had a lamb, I had the chicken and we were sharing quite a bit with everything, plus Tia (taunte) who did not want, yet I bought anyway. Five stars again. We want to try fallafel next which I'm sure is superb.

You absolutely must try the meat shawarma! The taste truly takes you to Lebanon and the Levant. The falafel is just okay, but I have to stop by and eat the meat shawarma every time I pass by.

The lamb sandwich I had on a cloudy day was just the thing I needed! It was delicious, hot from the griddle, filled with fresh vegetables of tomato, parsley, onions and pickles, and a generous portion! The chef Mostafa was kind and friendly and professional. I will happily return!

Do not recommend. Shawarma was not tasty or filling. Left half of the food and gave it to friends. For the price I highly recommend Tigris in Oost or Chef Yousef in Pijp for amazing and substantial shawarmas. The falafel kapsalon also has no fries so has misleading name. I'm not sure why this place has good reviews. Won't be returning or recommending. Nice staff was the only plus.

It's a food truck, but the quality of service and the flavor of the food are impressive. We ordered köfte sandwiches, and they were kind enough to give us a sample of falafel with baba ganoush. I was completely in love. It couldn't be better, and the prices are more than fair. 100% recommended, despite being a bit out of the center. It's worth it.

We happened to be walking through the Ten Katemarkt today and saw such an interesting food truck. We decided to order a chicken sandwich and a kofta sandwich, and boy, were they delicious! We were very full. The sandwiches were nicely seasoned and well-filled. If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely be back. The service was also excellent.
