Finally! I’ve been searching for a restaurant on Uber Eats that is equally healthy and delicious. This place nails it. I got the Mexicano with a double order of chicken with a side of black beans. Thank you for the amazing food, will be ordering again soon.

Nice shop, generous portions, and a huge selection of options. The food was also prepared really quickly. 💪🏽 However, the bowls are a bit more expensive if you want extra toppings, etc. At around 16 per bowl, it's pretty reasonable. Overall, it's quite good if you want to eat healthier to-go than at KFC or similar 👍🏽

I have a love hate relationship with this place. I tend to go when I want something healthy, and I love the idea of simple whole foods to mix and match. But I feel its very inconsistent in portion size and also flavor. When it is good is really good, but other days like today the chicken was too dry and different from other times and there was barely no sauce. I think there is a lot of potential but would love to see more consistency in the food

HORENDOUS ORDER. I’ve order from back before, always in person, but today I was feeling lazy so I got uber eats. The delivery person was lovely however the food was horrendous. First I ordered an extra portion (for two people and had to pay extra-which is understandable) but the portion that I received wasn’t nearly enough for one. Keep in mind that I have been ordering from back (Zuidas for years so I know what the portions look like). Second, the bulgar was hard (not al dente, but hard) as though it wasn’t cooked through and only parts of the bulgar was like this. Which made the meal that much unenjoyable. I am deeply disappointed with this order especially since I really love eating from back. The delivery guy was absolutely amazing though. Only good thing about today’s order.

Such a big variety of food. I am impressed from this place, delicious and healthy. Thanks to Florentina that she helped me to choose the perfect combo with pasta beans avocado and chicken. Definitely a suggested place to enjoy food in Amsterdam West.

This is the best fitness food pick up place in whole Amsterdam. Visiting it since it was opened. Love the concepts, love the owners, always simple, heathy, tasty, time efficient!

Consistent good quality food. My go to after a workout. Big portions so you can have lunch the next day as well!

This place is amazing. Definitely not the best looking place from outside, but my dinners definitely improved since i started getting them from here! The food is simple, tasty and freshly made, the sauces are just incredible. I tried all of them and they’re just so tasty (the avocado and lime sauce is definitely my favorite though) Special shoutout to Julia, she always has a tip on what’s the best of the day! Cool vibes, killer tattoos, and fire music - it’s always nice to hear bangers while waiting for the food! Now my favorite in my new neighborhood!

The food is fresh and delicious and the staff is always super friendly and helpful :) Especially the young woman with glasses and tattoos. The place looks clean and has a great atmosphere.

Great option if your looking for high protein real food. Whoever was managing when I went was very kind. I got a bowl and then the bag broke while biking causing the food to spill and went back and they gave me a free one. Thanks guys!

Great food and nice customer service, we ordered online and there was an issue with the driver. The staff was very friendly and attentive they left a cute note in the bag. The food is great too, big portions, fresh ingredients and nice sauces

I’ve seen reviews that state you don’t get much food; however what you get is incredibly filling. We were both not able to finish in one sitting, and the food tastes great. It’s a wonderful alternative when you don’t have time to cook but still want to eat healthy.

What delicious fresh and healthy food, really great!

The hard part about ordering from this place is paying extra for things that they somehow always forget. When you point it out to them, they are more than willing to compensate you with your next order. But it happens all the time. At some point, you stop ordering from them. Sometimes when you provide proof, they take into question whether your proof is even valid. Even when you’re a customer that orders from them frequently. This used to be my favorite lunch and dinner place. I stopped ordering from them because unless I pick it up myself and remind them not to forget anything, the meal will be incomplete. Up to the cutlery that you are asked to pay extra for: they will forget it!

We’ve been frequenting Back lately, but as several reviews mention, the portion sizes seem to be decreasing. In the past, I used to get a substantial amount of food, but now it’s not even half full, all for the price of €20 per bowl.

Normally a fan of this. But the portions have shrunk enormously, I just had the curry sutra, very strange taste and really extremely salty. Made me extremely nauseous from the taste and the food. Perhaps the curry paste was not extinguished enough. Really inedible, never been so disappointed. I requested all my money back from Ubereats. No favorite anymore.

Fresh and healthy food! Great value for money

Usually really good but this time they forgot multiple items in the order and considering how much it costs it’s unacceptable. Now I have to go through a whole reporting process with the delivery company to get money back.

Kwaliteit van het eten is goed. Porties kunnen wel nogal wisselen qua hoeveelheid en verdeling van ingrediënten maar altijd smaakvol. De service is wel altijd ontzettend slecht en je wacht elke keer (nu 6 keer geweest) minimaal 8 minuten langer op je bestelling (ook als je vooruit besteld). Wordt ook nooit contact gemaakt als je binnenkomt of over de vertraging. Ps vandaag een extra wortelen gedaan voor €1.50. De extra wortelen zijn er in totaal 3, dat is wel echt heel erg asociaal.

Ontzettend lekker, bij afhalen werden we snel geholpen en toen bleek dat er iets ontbrak hebben hebben ze een passende oplossing gevonden. Prettige service (Thx Mats) maar vooral ook lekker eten. Aanrader is de crispy chilli oil en zeker ook de kip!

Porzioni enormi per un prezzo giusto considerando la qualità degli ingredienti usati; il formaggio era fresco, la carne e le verdure cotte perfettamente e la quantità era davvero ingente, consigliato.

Last time I ate there the food was really tasty. In addition, the peersonel was really helpfull (In store pursache) If I would have to recommend something it will be their tasty grilled chicken and the chocolate protein shake as a sweet last taste

I normally really like this place. But the past few times portions were very small. I guess depends on a person preparing it. I had an add on of coriander, and I got one leaf of it 😅 also, last few times I took it at the end of the day, and my poor broccoli was completely dried out. Instead of chicken pieces I got shredded chicken (I had farmers choice). Really petty.

Lekkerste én gezondste eten van Amsterdam!

I used to love this place and order all the time. The “beast” mode I just ordered is actually half the size it used to be, and was 27€. I used to never be able to finish it, and not only did I finish, but I am still hungry after. Definitely won’t be ordering or eating here anymore and incredibly disappointed at their new portions.

Heerlijk gezond eten, helaas kreeg ik het koud mee. Update: jaar later nog eens geprobeerd. Nog steeds koud eten.

Meals are okay but to be honest there isn’t a lot of variety, the food feels really greasy and it’s pretty expensive.

After getting one day the wrong shake (I am allergic to peanuts and got the peanut butter one instead of chocolate...). Today I try a third time for a pickup and this is the color of the Avocado (taste was bad as well).

Gezonde maaltijd door veel groente. Echter was er weinig smaak toegevoegd en was het lauwkoud terwijl ik het zelf had opgehaald. Portie 'normaal' werd geadviseerd als voldoende hoeveelheid, was voor mij te weinig.

Heel lekkere salades maar de porties zijn er niet groter op geworden. Sterker nog, vergeleken met een jaar geleden is het echt minder geworden. Misschien is Back West een stuk zuiniger dan de andere vestigingen.

eerst slecht geholpen maar daarna toch even langs gegaan en nu zeer tevreden!
