This was the best soup place I’ve been to, it had a great student discount, lovely staff and they even let us try the soup before we bought it! :)

I found a small, hard, stone-like object in my pea soup today. I immediately reported it to the waitress. She first told me, “It’s pepper.” When I said that it did not look like pepper, she said it looked “like it came from the street” and simply said “sorry.” When I told her that I did not appreciate and expected more sympathy than a dismissive “sorry” she replied: “I don’t like your attitude.” She then rolled her eyes when I told her that this is not an appropriate way to speak to a customer reporting a potential food-safety issue. The object was taken away by the waitress, so unfortunately I no longer have it and I did not take a photo. I was too shocked by the interaction at the time. However, I reported it immediately and she personally removed took it. I find both the foreign object in the food and the way my complaint was handled unacceptable. I am submitting a formal complaint about this incident and will also report the food-safety issue to the appropriate Dutch authorities I expect the restaurant to take responsibility for what happened and investigate how a hard foreign object ended up in the soup and customer service issue

Perfect on a cold day! The soup was piping hot & delicious. I got the moroccan chickpea soup, and tried the lentil curry soup. Both were delicious, I almost couldn’t decide. They were very nice inside, were giving samples for as many as you wanted to try. And not very expensive, wish I had found this place sooner!

I would not usually choose soup but saw this place from the outside and was curious. What a pleasant surprise! Delicious flavours and quality food. The service is also fantastic, Martha in particular was very welcoming and hospitable.

The lentil soup with leek and smoked chicken was simply extraordinary—rich, flavorful, comforting, and perfectly balanced. Every spoonful tasted homemade and crafted with care. We also tried the quiches and the cheese bread, and both were outstanding. The quiches were fresh and delicious, while the cheese bread was impossible to stop eating. The real test, though, was my daughter. She usually picks around the vegetables in any soup and leaves most of them behind. Not here. She ate every single bite and didn't leave a thing in her bowl. As a parent, that's probably the highest compliment a restaurant can receive. What also impressed us was the variety of vegan options available. It's clear that Soup Enzo puts just as much thought and care into its plant-based offerings, making it a great choice for groups with different dietary preferences. The service was every bit as exceptional as the food. The staff woman was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely passionate about what they serve. Their warmth and hospitality made us feel right at home and elevated an already fantastic dining experience. Warm atmosphere, outstanding food, excellent vegan options, and top-notch service. Delicious soup. I regretted not getting the large, i didn’t think I could finish it at the time but I’m sure now I could have!😅 I got the Indian Dahl, was a very hearty soup. I would have want to try them all if I had a few more days in Amsterdam. Bread wasn’t included but was inexpensive, nothing special about the bread though so your favorite bread from your local bakery would work too! Medium soup plus bread was EUR8,5. Service was friendly. Would recommend.

Cheese stick, bread roll, & zucchini soup. So affordable, very friendly service, and plenty of inside and outside seating. Couldn’t recommend more!

The food quality, ingredients and presentation stand far above the "quick meal" you might otherwise expect without going inside and actually ordering what is offered. We were VERY pleased with the lengthy list of soup options that appeal to multiple lifestyle preferences (vegan, vegetarian, omnivore...) and all seemed so fresh! Highly recommend!!!

Soup was great on a cold day. The worker was very passionate with my mixed language family who needed time to translate the menu into Ukrainian.

LOVE so many different soup options, chili, chicken, masala, bean, and salad toppings that start at 3 euros base. The sourdough rolls, YUM. The soup was piping hot too which is exactly what I wanted. Bean soup was hearty and the chicken a perfect amount of balance. Vegetarian and vegan options clearly stated. Not a whole lot of space inside to sit inside but service was quick and friendly.

The only improvement is a bigger place. The soup is awesome, the service warm and lovely.

In the 2 out of 3 times i came here they were busy talking to each other instead of helping me. If you dont wana help me just say so so i never have to come here again.

For a quick cheap lunch it was delicious

A place for soup or salad to-go. You are even allowed to bring your own clothes container. The salad options are fresh and tasty, and all vegetarian. Soups with meat exist. Can recommend the gulasch, with proper paprika and tomato as well as meat.

Superb quality food with complementarity water. Can also sit down at Rembrandt Huis location. Absolutely love this place.

This is an amazing place with lots of tasty vegetarian options. I alway visit whenever I'm in Amsterdam. This visit was in June and I got the Zucchini Soup and a bowl from the buffet. I've also tried Spicy Spinach Soup. Everything is so tasty here.

Excellent soup (we had the tomato one, with pesto and parmesan). There are different sizes and also other dishes (salads to compose with the available ingredients). You can also choose to accompany everything with simple bread, cheese bread or quiche. Some drinks are also available. Water, however, is present on the "shelves" where you eat, for free. The staff is very kind. While we ate there, each customer was asked "how are you?" or "how was your day?", which is not a given in the world we live in❤️ thank you. Highly recommended!

The soup was very delicious, but the place is tiny - no place to sit, no restroom and I think it’s more on the pricey side.

Cute little place, cozy and welcoming atmosphere, good for a quick meal. I tried the pumpkin soup and tomato soup—both were incredibly flavorful. I also built my own salad bowl, which was really good too. Everything felt healthy, hearty, and homemade. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a warm, satisfying meal in the city.

The clans are great, the quiche is great, the staff is very nice. The ambience is also ok. Not a classic restaurant, but there are a few seats inside and outside.

Soups, salads, quiches Good choice of soups, including many vegan options. The soups are seasoned with plenty of spices and herbs. They can add toppings on your soup, for example spring onion, if you like. Then there are the filling salads (not just plain leaves). Think roasted cauliflower, pumpkin, tabbouleh, quinoa and sweet potato. Or you could pick a mini quiche or some bread with hummus and you have a healthy and tasty meal. Located close to Waterlooplein, museum Rembrandthuis and chemists (Kruidvat, Etos).

The soups are freshly made and they offer you a free taste before deciding on which ones you’d order. We had the chicken noodle and the mushroom soup and their mushroom quiche.
