Heerlijk gegeten! Leuke bediening, je kon ze vragen wat voor wijn er past bij elk gerecht en mag ook proeven wat jij het lekkerst vind. De spareribs zijn echt top en vallen van het bot af. Conclusie top restaurant!

Via Social Deal een 3- gangen diner besteld, wat hebben wij heerlijk gegeten: carpaccio/ harumaki, diamanthaas/ spare- ribs, Eton mess/ chocolade karamel trifle. Alles ruim voldoende. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar, er zijn nog zeker zo'n 5 smaken spare- ribs die geproefd moeten worden 😋. En de rest... De bediening was ontzettend goed, gastvrij, behulpzaam, kortom echt het visitekaartje van Uw Chef. Moderne, leuke inrichting, knus en compact. Tot de volgende!

Wat een ontzettend gezellige ambiance met goddelijke spareribs en voortreffelijke tournedos. De spareribs waren zo mals dat met handen eten niet nodig was. En dan die smaak: ik had gekozen voor zoet. Nog nooit zulke heerlijke spareribs gegeten. Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Wij mochten zelfs de wijn proeven, of het wel zoet genoeg was voor ons. Bedankt voor deze mooie ervaring. Wij komen hier zeker nog een keer terug.

Donkere plek, kleine tafeltjes, veel te warm, bediening in donkere kleding. 2 oudere dames en leerlinge in de bediening; had idee dat computer belangrijker was dan hun gasten....met de rug naar de deur! Lieten nieuwe gasten gewoon wachten bij de deur....in de rij om bij die computer te betalen! Geen enkele uitstraling hierdoor, er leek ook het een en ander mis te gaan. Eten redelijk, klein stukje vlees. Biefstuk waar balsamico over heen was gegoten ?! Vegetarisch voorgerecht...peer carpaccio was weinig maar smakelijk. Nagerecht overgeslagen.

Gerechten van hoge kwaliteit en smaakvol geserveerd. Aanrader dus. Zonder meer voor herhaling vatbaar. We hebben echt genoten.

De eerste hap van mijn voorgerecht was niet lekker, na toch nog een paar happen te hebben genomen, gestopt met eten. Nog voor het hoofdgerecht op tafel kwam was ik goed beroerd. Dus naar huis gegaan en daar inmiddels goed ziek. Flink moeten overgeven. Volgende ochtend een mail gestuurd maar tot op heden is er geen contact met mij opgenomen. Teleurstellende ervaring.

What tasty dishes, especially the shrimp beforehand were very tasty. But also the specialty Spare-Ribs. We had all the flavors of Ribs and we didn't regret it. Until next time.

My friend and I came in later than originally expected, but that was fixed with a short phone call. We got served immediately and drinks and some appetisers, we even got some extra bread! The spare ribs were amazing and fell right off the bone, chefs kiss!

Found this amazing little restaurant by chance as we are staying very close by. Easy to book and very friendly staff. Met by the waitress who spoke lovely English and was a great help throughout the evening. Beautifully decorated and presented giving a really special atmosphere. The food was outstanding, their specialty is ribs and wow! They do not disappoint. I would recommend 100% and would come back every week if we lived closer. Big shout out to our waitress who’s name I can’t remember but who helped make a special night.

We went here twice with social deal and the food is really good. Friendly waitresses and a good atmosphere.

Nice meal, but when I got the bill I had to pay 5 euros for a jug (1/2 l) of tap water with a bottle of wine, which I think is a lot. A good reason for me not to come anymore.

Very nice meal in a beautiful place. The staff was extremely friendly.

Ate here last weekend and it was delicious, I can especially recommend the spareribs, but the dessert was also top notch, ice cream with a chocolate ball and warm caramel.

Delicious vegetarian dishes! Also lots of choice.

Delicious food, great service, we would love to come back again

It absolutely detracts from this restaurant to have two young girls serving who have no overview at all, do not take initiative and spend a lot of time chatting with each other. In other words: don't put those girls in the ministry anymore, because they don't know anything about it!

It took a long time before we got a card. Then wait until they come and ask for something to drink. And then we had to wait again before we could pass on the food. The order was also not entirely correct, people who sat before us only had their turn later and people who came after us were already eating before we had placed their order. The starter also took a very long time. At least 4 tables where all this very messy thing. Food was okay, but all in all it wasn't the best meal. Certainly not because of the high price, we expected more and better.

Prijs/kwaliteit is niet in balans. Duur eten voor de kwaliteit en opmaak. Ze willen een bepaalde klasse neerzetten maar dat lukt niet. Jammer!

Very good food, friendly service. Not cheap but definitely worth it. Steak and spareribs perfect! The only downside was the temperature inside, little space to eat outside.

Ate twice in completely different settings. First time with a company dinner and spare ribs lovers except for 2 people. Those two people then ordered a second main course (Tournedos) to continue eating with during the 2nd spare rib round. It was a very nice evening, in a good atmosphere and with excellent service, Highly recommended to come back and do so. Atmosphere was again good and so was the food. Yet this time with one caveat. A dish on the menu may no longer be available. But two (somewhat essential) dishes turned out to be out of stock and the chosen dessert also turned out to be gone. Less nice. Price/quality ratio is good to excellent. Price/portion size must be looked at because the quantities are quite small/meager, with the exception of the spare ribs. And, no, I'm not the "eating binge" type, so I certainly don't need bins of food. But a little more could have been done here. Moreover, we completely forgot about our final round of coffee. Improve this and you will definitely get one star.

Bij toeval hier terecht gekomen. Écht onwijs lekker gegeten en oprecht genoten. De inrichting is erg mooi en chique, mooi gedekte tafels en leuke meiden die je bedienen.

We don't quite understand the reviews about the spare ribs... The meat is indeed fine, but we found it fairly tasteless. We have finished the top, and took the rest for our dogs. We didn't find 'spicy' spicy at all. In addition, it is on the pricey side. In terms of food, we prefer, for example: their neighbors across the street and for the spareribs the sparerib express.... Service very friendly and restaurant has a nice atmosphere.

Stumbled into this restaurant by chance. Spare ribs are the house specialty and there is certainly no lie about that. The meat is more than enough. However, the added herbs/sauces could have been more present. Portion of ribs was absolutely fine. Management did their best to please visitors. This was also fine. A downside (may sound crazy) was the ceiling. The restaurant is quite attractive, but an office ceiling is very out of place. This can be solved in no time with a color and it gives a lot more atmosphere. Overall, I think that anyone who likes spareribs can really enjoy their meal here.

Nice restaurant in Tricht with very friendly service. And another big advantage: the dog is allowed, as long as it is kept quiet and on a leash. The food was fine. Not great, but just good. We had to do some searching for French American cuisine. Japanese croquettes don't sound very American or French, but they are nevertheless very tasty. The prawns were also excellent, as was the salmon. I didn't think the price/quality ratio was completely balanced. Relatively expensive.

For the first time in Tricht and for the first time with Your Chef. Delicious food. Fantastic, very spontaneous and friendly service. Everything fresh and delicious. Food was good, but had to wait 3 hours for the main course

Just went for a spontaneous meal last night! It was delicious again! The surf and turf carpaccio was surprisingly delicious. Lots of choice of spare ribs and I had never eaten veal spare ribs before so I chose that one. They were wonderfully tender, fell right off the bone and the taste was fantastic! My husband chose the tournedos and the medium rare was cooked perfectly! Add a lovely bottle of wine and we had a pleasant evening

Uitstekend gegeten. De chefkok gebruikt bijzondere combinaties van ingedriënten en het resultaat is een goed gebalanceerd en origineel gerecht. Je betaalt hier wel iets meer dan in sommige andere restaurants, maar daar is de kwaliteit dan ook naar. Zeker een aanrader.

Heerlijk gegeten. Goede kwaliteit. De service was goed. Waar het voor- en hoofdgerecht snel opvolgden, duurde het na bestelling relatief lang voor het nagerecht kwam (>30 min). Verder goed restaurantje en lekker eten.

Na lang wachten een te warme witte wijn en lauw bier Nog langer wachten een wel eg kleine carpaccio met veel te veel truffelmayonaise en weinig liefde Nog veel langer wachten zonder drinken, zelf aan de bar moeten bestellen een heerlijke wijn, en nog een want het eten was nog niet klaar Hoofdgerecht was lekker, desert hebben we geskipt vanwege de lange wachttijden Niet professioneel, restaurant onwaardig

Heerlijk gegeten bij Uw Chef. Wij hadden vooraf carpaccio, als hoofdgerecht Diamanthaas en Beef Sesam en daarvan hebben we geen spijt gehad. Alles smaakte heerlijk! Ook de nagerechten, aardbeien symphony en bloedsinaasappel merengue waren verrassend en fris. Kortom, een fijne avond in een gezellig en huiselijke sfeer. Voor herhaling vatbaar!

Een verrassend modern en sfeervolle inrichting achter een gedateerde gevel. Vriendelijk personeel heeft ons de hele avond uitstekend bediend. De spareribs zijn een absolute aanrader. Heerlijk mals en perfect op smaak. De steak de jus is zalig en ouderwets dippen met brood in je bord. Al met al heerlijk gegeten en een fijne avond gehad.

Vanavond hier heerlijk gegeten. Ontvangst, gastvrijheid en service was fantastisch! Goede menukaart, wijn afgestemd op het eten en de Spareribs zijn een aanrader.

Erg lekker eten met fijn personeel en bediening

Had er helaas iets meer van verwacht. Was oké, maar voor een hele avond gezellig uit eten had ik hogere verwachtingen. Spareribs waren oké, maar niet mijn favourite.

Eten was lekker, maar meer dan 2 uur wachten is echt te lang.

This is one of those tiny gems one stumbles upon merely by chance and then falls in love. We went because our accommodation was just around the corner and it was delicious. Great ribs and steak, excellent wine and delicious dessert. And everyone was just super lovely - even though we only spoke English. Dank je wel voor de heerlijke avond!

Het eten was niet alleen lekker, maar verrukkelijk! Alle lof voor de kok. Het zag er zeer aantrekkelijk uit, keurig verzorgd, alleraardigste bediening. Wij zullen hier zeker terug komen, en ook anderen de weg wijzen naar Uw chef! Een aanrader, en voor dit heerlijke eten een goede prijs! Voor een toetje, was voor ons een kinderijsje voldoende, Ook daar werd weer zorg aan besteed. Dat zou voor ons vast op de menu kaart mogen! Er heerst een gezellige sfeer, dat komt door de warme uitstraling van het restaurant, al met al, voor ons een hele dikke 9!
