The chicken pre-tenders were super delicious and just like the real thing. The pizza with fennel, "sausage," and béchamel sauce was very special 😍 The smoked lime lemonade actually tasted smoky, which was a bit too much for me, but perfect for Club Mate fans. Great restaurant!

Very tasty vegan food, large portions, gluten free options, very friendly service and - by the way - the greatest taste in music :D We loved every bite and every minute!

The pizzas are okay, but not something I'd return for. The gluten-free pizza was also disappointing. The service was okay, but they didn't ask if you needed anything else.

They have truly delicious pizzas here! Despite the fact that the young man unexpectedly had to run the restaurant by himself when we were there in the afternoon, we received our food very quickly. The staff were very friendly. Highly recommended!

All the dishes we tried were absolutely excellent – from the pizza and pasta to every single starter and dip. The service was extremely slow, but the staff was friendly, and we assume this was just an exception, so it doesn’t affect our overall rating. Definitely worth a visit!

Just sat down at a table outside, because the street is so beautiful. Had no idea what to expect. Happened to find a local gem. There is something about vegan restaurants, there is a sense of community. We asked guests at the table next to us for recommendations, and we tried the K-pop-pizza (would never had chosen that ourselves, haha), which was great. Crispy and creative and surprisingly good! Deserts are great as well. We never like them too sweet, but here there is much more to it than that. Vegan cheese cake, tiramisu and lemon-basil-cake. For sure coming back!

The best pizza in the Hague in the city's most cozy street. What is not to love? Friendly people, who love their little place. We keep coming back and keep going home smiling!

Six of us visited the Vegan Pizza Bar and were very impressed with the selection, presentation, and quality of the food. Super friendly staff, great concept. It's not about whether you're vegan or not; it's super delicious with creative recipes. The truffle arancini were simply fantastic. As were the pizzas and pasta dishes. The enormous selection of desserts topped off the evening. The quality was also excellent. All dishes were handmade and presented with lots of love. Thank you for a wonderful evening.

I 100% recommend this restaurant! The food was absolutely incredible, and the staff was amazing. Location is perfect, located on a scenic street near the palace. There is a ton of seating inside and outside. My (non vegan) family told me that this was one of the best meals they’ve had during our entire 2 week Europe vacation. Every dish we ordered was top quality and well-priced! I got a large Margherita pizza for 13€ and it was delicious. The sandwiches and pasta dishes were also incredible, and I can’t wait to go back and try more dishes! I love that Vegan Pizza Bar is raising the bar and showing people that vegan food tastes just as good (if not better) than non vegan food ❤️🌱.

Really delicious hand made pizza! I enjoyed every bite, and I’m drooling just thinking about it again now! The vibe and decor is relaxed and welcoming and the staff were friendly. Fast and efficient service. The price was reasonable too. What more can I say? I wish they had restaurants in the UK!

We waited 90 minutes, and the kitchen hadn’t even started making our pizza. Meanwhile, guests who arrived later than us were served their pizzas first. It seemed our order was either skipped or served to another table that had ordered the same pizza, while our starter was served properly. We did ask for an update 60 minutes after ordering, but we received vague responses like “the kitchen is busy.” After that, we waited another 30 minutes, and in the end, we had to cancel the order. The staff apologised and admitted that this waiting time was not normal. The staff looked friendly, and the starter (plant-based chicken tenders) was nice, but the overall experience was disappointing and frustrating. Perhaps it was because we were the only Asian guests in the restaurant and experienced a form of micro-aggression. Or perhaps the staff simply overlook some guests and tend to respond with generic excuses. Either way, it felt unfair and unacceptable. We won’t be coming back.

Very good pizzas but extremely slow service. 2 tables left without waiting for their meals...which may have saved us.

We had dinner here last Sunday and we loved it. For starters we had the truffle aranci and that BLEW US AWAY. This is the best Italian(-inspired) dish I ever had, I could eat this every day. Then we had pizza, Sala Mommy and Savage Sausage. Both were delicious, I loved the unusual choice of ingredients of the Savage Sausage which created some bold flavours, and the Sala Mommy was just scrumptious. Then for dessert, we had Tira, I Miss U (tiramisu) and Mon Chou Cherry (cheesecake). The tiramisu was a bit disappoint unfortunately, and the cheesecake was ok but nothing special. So the desserts didn't wow us, but the savoury food was excellent, and we will definitely be back!

Had a delicious vegan (and gluten free) pizza. Even better than the one I had in Berlin, which has a lot vegan + gluten-free options. They have several gluten-free options on the menu including a mon cherry cheesecake: yum! Would definitely recommend to visit the Vegan Pizza Bar in The Hague, Rotterdam or Utrecht!

Restaurant does great job with pizza, but please DO NOT order online... These junkies from Uber always bring pizza extremely cold. Waste of 50$ my pizzas go to the trash every time. When not delivery are delicious and perfect but these junkies are running a scam you paying 5$ delivery and they squeeze in 3 orders now. It used to be 2 but now they are doing 3 with pizza riding around town over 60 minutes before delivered. DO NOT ORDER HERE.

Awesome vegan pizza with some great and creative toppings

We had an absolutely wonderful time here! The staff was very friendly and passionate. The food options all sounded wonderful! We had the vegan Tendies with chili dip, the Trufflelicious Pizza and Gnocchi Arrabiata, aswell as the "cheese"cake with cherry compote and the vegan Tiramisù. As drinks we had alcohol free Smoked Lime Mule and Crazy Sour Berries. All were fantastically composed, rich in flavour and very satisfying to eat! One of the best vegan Pizza restaurants I know!

Every town needs this kind of vegan cheese perfection! It is truly delicious! I also highly recommend their desserts!

We ordered two pizza’s one with the truffle and one salami. It took more than an hour for the food delivery and both of the pizza doughs weren’t cooked properly. The truffle pizza was inedible the topping was this snotty looking texture with some mushrooms floating inside. The salami one tasted very strongly like garlic and was soggy as well. Definitely not an alternative for a regular pizza! Never again.

This establishment is a godsend for me. There is a large selection of vegetarian dishes. All dishes on the menu do not contain animal products, so it is quite easy to choose. A pleasant atmosphere and delicious dishes, what more do you need. The chicken nuggets tasted like regular chicken nuggets. I will definitely come to you again.

Can I just give 100 stars? The best vegan pizza bar out there, hands down. Food is delicious, the K pizza? Addictive! The focussia? 10/10 and the sauce that comes with it completes it. Nothing is “mediocre” at the Vegan Pizza Bar and you can taste that everything is prepared with love.

A nice restaurant with an extensive menu. The food was very tasty. But... It was cold even after the heating had been turned up, according to the staff, my biggest annoyance was that the language used by the staff was English. I find it annoying that you are forced to speak English in the Netherlands.

Delicious vegan food. Rarely have I eaten such delicious vegan pizzas. I chose the Truffelicious, which was very creamy and wonderfully strong in taste. I also tried the other pizzas of my table companions, these were also highly recommended. Based on that information I can say that I think all pizzas, and the other dishes, are very tasty. Service was also good, very friendly. Sometimes it took a little while for them to arrive at the table, but that can happen. We did not feel forgotten or anything like that. 10/10 recommended

So happy with a really good full vegan restaurant. It just seems like a pizza bar, but the choices are really more special than your standard options. Also many tasty and special starters and desserts. Just a restaurant where I can choose EVERYTHING, and all have special flavors. For a good price too!

We came here from Switzerland to finally eat delicious vegan pizzas again. The calamari rings are divine. The Sala Mommy and K Style Pizza are very tasty, cheese, salami and crust on point. Service is very demanding because there is a shortage of employees and the interior is a bit dark. If there are already candles on the tables, then light them too, that helps the vibe more (maybe play jazz instead of pop music) We'll definitely be back.

Been twice now and had a delicious meal both times. Unique pizzas and lemonades. Also take allergies (nuts and peanuts) into account and consider options. Service fast and very friendly. Just a bit cold inside and the decor a bit bare.

Nice and sweet concept, food was tasty but the main course a bit cold. Waiting times were long, which makes choosing time slots when booking inconvenient. We had expected 3 courses in an hour and a half, but had to skip dessert. The staff themselves are very friendly. The music was exactly my taste, but could have been a bit softer. The attempt to come across as a bar does not entirely match the concept and interior decoration, which is quite cold. Definitely a restaurant with potential.

So many delicious options! Staff was kind and happy to recommend different options based on my taste. They were happy to make minor adjustments and flexible with my allergies.

We ordered pizzas two hours in advance. The pizzas arrives 30 minutes late, completely destroyed inside the box, and the dough and ingredients were either raw or undercooked. Called three times to no answer. To avoid this terrible business!

During our vacation we've been here twice. First time super nice and quick service, even as there was much to do. 💜 Second time other guys on service, we've been waiting quite long for everything, they forgot that we already odered dessert (chose the 3 course menue), the same lemonade as two days before came without any decoration/herbs, forgot my second lemonade... the whole team a bit too chaotic 😟 But still 5 stars, because food is so supergood and it's important to support a good completely vegan restaurant. The Pizza is cheesy, I really enjoyed the meatballs and don't miss the Ceasars Salad! (We've been there in August. Somehow Google messed up the upload...)

Cozy pizza/pasta spot. Didn't actually get pizza, but had gnocci and risotto and "tiramisu". Nice big portion size, well seasoned, and friendly staff. Well worth it to try! Next time I'll actually try the pizza ;)

Pizza was great! But they are seriously short staffed, so I had to wait for a while just to get my menu. The server was very nice, but overworked. I actually thought of walking out because I was hungry and didn’t want to wait so long. They can lose customers (or overworked staff) if they continue like this.

I came here often for the large selection of vegan pizzas, all of which are very tasty. Unfortunately, the service is always very slow and it takes a long time (+-45 minutes per course) before the food is served. Drinks also take a long time to arrive. There are often only two staff members and, in addition to serving guests in the restaurant, they also have to prepare pizzas for takeaway and home delivery. As a result, the staff does not pay attention to the customers in the restaurant and, for example, does not ask if you would like something to drink. Little chance to speak to someone and order something. Because the service is consistently substandard, I actually don't come here anymore. A shame, because the pizzas are delicious.

Excellent vegan pizzas with a variety of options! I’m pretty picky about vegan cheeses- and theirs was so good!! We had the Big Mac pizza and it was so flavorful. All the staff were very knowledgeable and kind!

A fantastic restaurant. The people are all super nice, there is a pleasant atmosphere and the food is top notch. We had 2 pizzas and dessert. These were the best pizzas I've ever had (vegan or not) and the cheesecake for dessert was absolutely amazing! A loud recommendation from us!

It may sound exaggerated. But here they have the best pizza I've ever eaten. The modern versions Carbonara, saussage crumble or Korean were our favorites after several visits and take away. Even the non-vegans were more than convinced. And cheesecake was forbidden for a pizzeria. Many a pastry shop could get involved. Unfortunately we didn't try more desserts because we were so full. The service was extremely friendly, accommodating, attentive but not intrusive. We feel welcome here. If you want to eat vegan or just good pizza in The Hague, the Vegan Pizza Bar is an absolute gem! Sometimes open from 12:00. Then there are the pizzas a size smaller. Perfect to try out. We found out by chance from the waitress the evening before. If this were a regular occurrence, it would be great if it were also listed on Google.

Really fantastic. As a gluten-free vegan it was a paradise of choices. So then the person I was having dinner with also took a gluten-free pizza, so that the two of us could both eat. The desserts are also fantastic, I went for the monchou with gluten-free monchou!

Best vegan pizza I've ever eaten

The two of us came to a table without a reservation and decided on the 3-course menu. We had the focaccia and the pre-tendies which were both really fantastic. The fucaccia was very good and went great with the dip. The "chicken" was crispy and very tender on the inside, I couldn't believe it was vegan, it tasted so real (absolute recommendation). As pizzas we had the Papa Ronny (pepperoni) and the Trufflelicious (with a truffle base). The pepperoni was a very tasty pizza, well seasoned and the homemade cheese went very well. The truffle pizza was something completely different and really surprised me (I would recommend this to anyone who likes mushrooms on pizza). Finally we had the brownie and the cheese cake, both of which were also recommended.

Loved the thin pizza here, the toppings are great but mind you that this is Italian style pizza with not too many toppings. That makes the pizza actually nice in my opinion. Crust is also very flavourful. Pieces are reasonable. Staff is friendly. Definitely coming back here!

We were disappointed. We arrived at opening, when the restuarant was empty. When we said we did not have a reservation, the staff member was quite condescening, but agreed they had one table available. Although put off by our greeting we were still looking forward to our pizzas. They looked great, but tuurned out to be bland. We could taste the red sauce. We couldn't taste the toppings, and we couldn't taste the cheese. I did enjoy the crust. It was crisp, but still slightly chewy. The atmosphere was nice too. If you are hungry and just want something vegan to eat, this place will work. Just don''t set your expectations too high.

We really enjoyed the Vegan Pizza Bar. We visited the restaurant twice, and will do so again when we are in Den Haag. The Fungky Pizza as well as the Savage Sausage Pizza was delicious. We also had the house salad. Birra Morreti for drinks. Be sure to try the vegan desserts. We had the Tira I Miss U, Bangin’ Brownie and our favourite, the Mon Chou Cherrie cheese cake.

Unfortunately not what I expected. The site and menu + prices look good and extensive, but the execution is a disappointment. A dull and cold atmosphere in terms of decor and music. We had to wait a long time for our drinks: often the dish had already been served. The taste of the dishes was okay, not amazing. Maybe have it delivered next time instead of eating on site.

Our visit to the Vegan Pizza Bar was a big disappointment. The taste of many dishes disappointed us and we did not find the service and overall atmosphere positive. Immediately a first negative impression due to a strange reception, cold starter and drinks that were only served after the starters had been served. The White Lasagna sounded good on paper, but had little flavor and was a bit burnt from reheating/defrosting. The best part of the Savage Sausage pizza was the dough, the topping tasted monotonous and was not tasty enough to eat a whole pizza. We liked the desserts! Just a pity that the drinks were again served late, when we had almost finished our desserts. I have little positive to say about the service. The service was not too fast and did not pay attention to empty glasses. You just miss the passion in helping the guests and preparing the dishes. There are much better vegetarian Italian restaurants. Very unfortunate, because the menu sounded great. The restaurant is very practical and not attractively decorated and during our visit a rather sad list of music was playing, while there were almost no other guests in the restaurant. This didn't really enhance the atmosphere either.

The 3 course menu was really fantastic in terms of quality and value for money. Our highlights are White Lasagna and the chocolate brownie with vanilla ice cream 👍

La lasaña y el desierto de cuajada de limón sabía delicioso, casi no vegano para mí. El personal es amable, servicial e involucrado en sus productos. A veces el personal estaba ocupado con órdenes de llevar, lo que parece más importante. Las porciones no son enormes. La lasaña estaba muy caliente servida. El ambiente es relajado. El restaurante estaba limpio y bien. Cuando esté por aquí, cogeré una pizza aquí de nuevo

Only great things to say about Vegan Pizza Bar! The staff is incredibly kind and friendly--they were able to seat me at the bar with no wait on a super busy Saturday (I hadn't thought to make a reservation but highly suggest it). The food was excellent and the kitchen seems quite well-run. I was particularly impressed by the vegan cheese--they make it in-house and it's delicious. I'll be back!
