Very unpleasant experience last week. Placed an order with a half-hour delivery time. After an hour, still nothing delivered, so cancelled. Another half hour later, the delivery person was at the door; sent it back. They don't give refunds. A big no-go for everyone. Only order and pay upon delivery. High risk of being scammed. @venetia: thanks for the confirmation below that the method of communication by phone is the same as online. Good luck.

Had a good meal and good service

Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience for us. Liza and I ordered a pizza and a döner from Venezia in Doetinchem. The delivery was very late. Additionally, we noticed that the delivery person had a strong fishy smell, which did not make a pleasant impression. The pizza was cold, very dry, and the tomato sauce tasted like it came from a can from the supermarket. There were also several hard pieces in the food, which was unpleasant. I suffered from diarrhea for four days after eating. All in all, this was a bad experience for us, and therefore we will not order here again. (choked on the fries)

I don't recognize the comments in the 'bad reviews' at all. We order pizza here at least 3 or 4 times a month (shamefully often). Always good and generously topped, almost lavish when you compare it to many other pizzerias. No greasy, soggy mess, but good crusts. Sometimes it takes a bit longer, but generally they are on the doorstep within 30 minutes.

You go there at 5:30 PM to place an order for pickup at 6:00 PM, and you end up waiting for another 35 minutes; this is definitely the last time I'll visit this place.

The food was fine, but I had ordered a vanilla milkshake. When I opened it, it turned out to be a strawberry milkshake. I called immediately and was told that a strawberry milkshake had been made just before, which meant some of that flavor might have ended up in my milkshake. About five minutes later, the person who had ordered before me called about exactly the same problem. Then, suddenly, a completely different story emerged: the vanilla milkshake had supposedly run out. That means the first explanation was incorrect. So, there was no honest communication, and I was lied to about what had happened. I find that very unprofessional. If a product is out of stock, just say so honestly instead of constantly coming up with a different story.

Delicious pizzas and snacks, fresh ingredients, quickly prepared (pickup), everything neat and clean, compliments! Excellent!

Placed an order today for home delivery. It was delivered slightly later than the time stated in the email. This was resolved excellently. The food was delicious!

Terrible place, the carpaccio pizza was dry and overcooked.

I've gotten something several times and it's very good; the pizzas were very tasty and nice and hot. The staff was very friendly, and I like coming here.

Sunday, pizza day! That promises to be a feast, but things turned out a little differently. We have ordered from various culinary firms on this pizza day before. However, none of us have ever seen a pizza with carpaccio like this. A brown piece of meat, barely moving, was visible on the pizza. This style of carpaccio was already unknown to our palate. When one person took a bite at the risk of their own life, they quickly changed their mind. This is where the accompanying paper bag proved useful after all. The customer service spokesperson was convinced that a high-quality pizza had been delivered; judge for yourselves!

I ordered food from here last week, which turned out to be a terrible choice. I didn't receive my food until 50 minutes later. The food was also completely cold. I called the company, but the owner was completely disrespectful and refused to offer a refund or place a new order. Because of this, I didn't eat. I've also heard that the owner treats his staff very poorly. The owner fires people because they won't/aren't allowed to work in bad weather. I would definitely advise against ordering from here unless you want a bad experience like mine.

The quality has deteriorated significantly. Many hard lumps in the doner or some of the sauce is missing. I tried several times but without success.

Fast, clean, and friendly service. Good food, especially the new chicken grill.

New current owner: Often cold food, orders are wrong, pizzas aren't cooked through multiple times. Previous owner: The best meat and vegetables are fresh, and they give a lot. Unlike other places, the meat isn't delivered pre-cut and seasoned. This meat tastes like the best doner meat. Cozy, welcoming, and delicious Italian ice cream in the summer. Simply the best with everything, and you can pick it up locally, the old-fashioned way, instead of taking a scooter from the city.

The food was nothing special. There were small children running around the shop. When I mentioned it, he got angry and told me I couldn't come back.

What a crappy place! We ordered and picked up food. It took a very long time for the order to be ready. We had to wait 20 minutes for a durum duner and a pizza, and we had to pay almost 30 euros, an absurd price. When we got home, the durum duner was cold, tasted okay, and the pizza was a bit half-baked. It was really great before, always been satisfied. But this is really the last time we order from them.

What I ordered couldn't be delivered. They said they called me, but there were no missed calls. They decided to make something else without consulting me. Upon delivery, it was quickly shoved into my hands, and the delivery driver immediately got back in the car. "Just call the number on the receipt if the order isn't correct," he said, and he was gone. I ordered a pizza with salami and bacon and a pizza carpaccio. There were only two pieces of ham, two pieces of salami, and the bacon was missing. The carpaccio was completely browned. I've never experienced such poor service. Such a shame!

The pizza is okay. I liked it better the last time I ordered it; something has changed. The toppings are very meager, though, which is a shame.

Since the new owner took over, it has become very bad. Very small portions for a lot of money. The attached photo is a mega shawarma for 11 euros. (And this is a real photo, no joke). That isn't even a normal portion. I am really never going here again.

Nice place on the Bongerd, friendly staff. Ordered food, arrived quite quickly, was good, hot, and not expensive at all. In short, a place to remember!

Ordered here often, but it is getting worse. Pizzas are not well topped. Counted 5 half pieces of salami. Doner Pizza also not well topped. This was the last time. Downright bad. The other pizza was slightly better. Be careful not to order anything!!!

Ordered a doner sandwich with cheese, a bit sad, they received half a cup of garlic and per sandwich a cup of lettuce with a piece of cucumber, a piece of feta and half a tomato.

The place is clean and tidy, friendly staff and whatever you order, everything is fresh and quality, in short, good food.

Ordered and picked up calzone. How bad that was. Dough undercooked and I don't think they've ever heard of herbs. What a sticky, tasteless mess. Never again.

Venezia is een goede zaak kun je lekker eten goed en vers bereid aardige bediening 👍

We hebben met z'n vieren pizza gegeten. Was wel oké, niet veel bijzonders. Wel jammer dat de bezorger een half uur te laat was. Volgens de bezorger (die met de auto kwam) was dat omdat haar fiets kapot was.

Ook voor ondernemers wordt alles duurder, maar het is geen oplossing om dan alles duurder te maken én er steeds minder voor te leveren. Voor een standaard döner box heb ik 8 euro betaald en je moest echt goed zoeken naar het vlees. Een hoop patat, veel sla, beetje knoflooksaus en wat döner. 1,5 uur later alweer honger en echt lekker is het ook niet als de verhoudingen zo zoek zijn.

Heerlijk broodje gehaald om mee te nemen. Supervriendelijke bediening!

Heerlijke pizza's en open op maandag. Leuk personeel. Klein terrasje. Binnen keurig nette booths. Kun je prima even zitten eten. Niet om met het hele gezin naartoe te gaan, voor een gezellig diner.

Alweer strak op tijd, echt top! Kan de concurrentie nog wat van leren 😁Erg lekker en keurig op tijd! De kebab box lijkt in 1e instantie wat weinig maar is uiteindelijk ruim voldoende. Complimenten

Ontzettend lekker restaurant met gezellige en vriendelijke medewerkers. Vooral de pizza's en calzones zijn erg goed.

Gisteren voor het eerst besteld bij Venezia. Bestelling verliep vrij chaotisch. Burgers met friet waren goed. Bij het durum menu zat geen friet. Mega shoarma waar ik de rauwe groenten moest zoeken, bak de champignons en de uien effe de volgende keer. Shoarma zonder kruiden en veel harde stukken en een klein pitabroodje. Jammer, dit was helaas eenmalig.

Geweldig dat deze zaak op de Huet is gekomen! Er is gekozen voor kwaliteitsproducten (ingrediënten) en dat proef je zeker! Verder gewoon een nette zaak met een heel vriendelijke eigenaar. Wij zullen hier zeker nog vaak komen!

We hebben genoten van de goed gekruide gerechten met verse knapperig groenten. Zal ons vaste adresje worden.

Super lekkere kapsalon kebab! Ook de vegan kebab is echt geweldig! Hoop dat het vegan assortiment blijft bestaan.

Vond het eten slecht, vergeten de sausjes terwijl het niet druk is! (Lees enige klant) Hij zei dat hij de oude eigenaar was van Dönerix maar aan die kwaliteit komt hij nu zeker niet! Verder een nette zaak, en word beleefd geholpen!

Beste kapsalon die ik ooit heb gehad. Zeer nette zaak met fijn personeel.

Lekker pizza/calzone en kebab. Zeker een aanwinst voor de huet en dichteren.

Mooie zaak. Bij binnenkomst konden we gelijk door gegeven wat wouden eten en snel gekregen we heb niet zo lang wachten. Goed mooie zaak zal de buurt mooi opfrissen met jullie met lekkere eten
