We have ordered a few times now and it is getting worse every time. They often forget something, and this time they arrived with children in their car. The potatoes tasted like they had been sitting there for half an hour. It is really getting worse. The order arrived half an hour late. I didn't get a message back or anything about the things they forgot last time, and now they have forgotten something again. For instance, last time they forgot the pizza out of two items, and it arrived cold later. This is just not right. Other people's receipts are attached to it too, so I can easily see who ordered what, so privacy isn't great either.

Ordered at 9:30 PM even though they close at 10:00 PM. They called us very sweetly to ask which sauce we wanted, and they were right on time!! Gave my husband a tip and you could see how much he appreciated it and how happy he was.

We ordered a large shawarma and a lamachun with shawarma. The shawarma was very salty and therefore inedible. There was no salad with it, only a dry bun. That bun was so dry you couldn't even drink anything to eat it. We threw the food away, which is a real shame because it was also very expensive. The establishment itself looks terrible too; the wallpaper is peeling off, and if you need to use the toilet there, you pay €1. Very strange, especially if you're getting food there. We won't be coming back and advise against getting food from this place. You might as well just throw the money away.

The portion of kapsalon is unusually small compared to all the other times I have ordered.

Despite repeatedly mentioning a cheese allergy and ordering a hamburger, I still got a cheeseburger. The pasta and kebabs were definitely not tasty and quite expensive (and didn't match the order).

After two fantastic pizzas, today was truly terrible. A ham and salami pizza with extra ham. I got a pizza with four half slices of ham and four half slices of salami, side by side. That's still a pizza with ham and a pizza with salami, not a ham and salami pizza. And no extra ham, which I paid for. The crust was also terrible this time, tough and with a 6 cm wide edge without any toppings. I'm completely done with it.

Bad, really bad!! The staff is rude. Ordering online for delivery doesn't come. They put it in the system for pickup. Rude mouths. When we went to pick up the order, after waiting an hour, they even gave us the wrong pizza. They asked if they should make a new one, so we had to pick it up ourselves. Terrible service!!

Cons: - Ordered at 5:30 PM for 7 PM (various delivery times still possible). However, by 7 PM, still nothing. After 20 minutes, we called and apologized and offered free drinks (which we subsequently didn't receive...). Pizza is so hard to come by in Africa, they build houses out of it. But they're charging €16. Waiting time for immediate pickup, but it turns out to be a 30-minute wait. I do go to McDonald's, and it's terrible.

I do not share the negative reviews. We had a pizza kebab, pizza frutti di mare, and spareribs extra.. And it was super!!!! The spareribs were nice and thick, tender, soft, and fell off the bone. The pizzas were very tasty. The crust gets a bit soft during transport, but it didn't affect the taste. Fantastic..👍🏻👍🏻 Keep it up like this 👍🏻👍🏻

We ordered pizzas, they were ready within 16 minutes and tasted delicious. Friendly service and nice, hardworking men in the kitchen.

Very poor service and communication, simple order placed for delivery. It was indicated that it would take an hour before it would be delivered. Ordered two pizzas, calzone and carpaccio. Both burned, pizza carpaccio turned out to be a very salty pizza margherita when we got home. The dough edge of the calzone pizza was undercooked. Once, but never again.

Delicious food delivered quickly

I ordered something here 3 times and 3 times did not receive the entire order at once and had to call afterward, despite having already indicated this in comments during the last order. Nothing that was missing was delivered afterwards, the food was disgusting. This was the last time for me. Food is very expensive, you have to enter a star before posting, but it is not worthy of a star.

Pizzas burned, pineapples all over the hair salon. 1 fat mess. Then when you call over you get a big mouthful. Can't be right because sir has. Already made 100 pizzas today. My Grandpa recently ordered 4 pizzas that were burnt on the edges. When he called Venezia he was promised 4 new pizzas. After waiting 1.5 minutes he called to ask when the pizzas were coming. According to Venezia, the delivery was on its way. After another hour of waiting they still weren't there. When they called Venezia again, it turned out that the pizzas had not arrived after all, leaving my grandfather with 4 cold, burnt pizzas.

Ordered a hair salon by phone today. Call after an hour to see where it is. You are told that it will not be delivered because it must cost more than 20 euros. Then say that immediately on the phone! Waited an hour for nothing. As a courtesy you should have brought it this time and not made your customers wait so long. Very customer unfriendly. And definitely never order anything there again! Very tasty food again! Tenderloin steak, medium-rare with a delicious mushroom sauce. Highly recommended! Tuna pizza with a delicious base and good edge. And a vegetarian pasta with spinach, broccoli, fresh garlic and cream sauce. To eat your fingers. Delivery friendly as always.

Ordered 2 pizzas here last weekend. Were delivered quite quickly. However, the pizzas were very soggy and dripping with grease and one was undercooked, the other was not crispy and the box was soaked. Called the shop and new ones were made. Apart from the fact that the wrong pizzas were delivered, these were slightly better. But unfortunately not of good quality, still very greasy/soggy and not well done. I had better pizzas here last year, but we will go to another one. Very unfortunate, but it has been the same for years, this store has had problems with the quality of food and incomplete orders.

After a long train journey we wanted to eat a pizza at the station. First go to the toilet. No toilet paper, no soap, no hand towels. They left immediately.

Perfect! There aren’t many restaurants open at 9pm in the area. The boys at Venezia saved us with a tasty Pizza Hawaii and the vegetarian Pasta that was well seasoned and so so good. Thank you!

I ordered it when it first arrived. Always delivered within 1 hour and delicious food. At some point I keep ordering wrong food and paying for it but not getting half of it. And when you call they say they're coming, madam, or next time you'll get a discount or something. In the end it never comes. Lang wachten, zag uiteindelijk twee pizza’s al een kwartier klaar liggen. Aan gegeven dat die misschien voor ons waren. Waren inderdaad onze pizza’s. Thuis aangekomen pizza’s ondertussen koud en slap.

Kipsaté menu besteld.. Echter de sate was bijna grijs in plaats van bruin.. Bovendien was de satesaus waterig.. Voor mij geen kipsaté menu meer bij Venezia.. Helemaal niet voor deze prijs.

Al een paar keer eten besteld en elke keer was het heerlijk en kwam het optijd.

De kapsalon kipdoner was heerlijk, zeker een aanrader!

Geregeld besteld maar het wordt steeds minder daar. Dingen worden niet geleverd of broodjes verbrand. Van mij mag deze tent wel gaan sluiten stel prutsers zijn het.

Na een dag hard werken voor het eerst om 18:05 uur bij Venezia besteld. Bezorgtijd 19:40 uur stond in de bevestigingsmail! Om 19:55 maar eens gebeld; duurt nóg 15 min..! Uiteindelijk na nog eens 25 min wachten kwam de bestelling dan éindelijk! Wel met één gratis blikje cola.. (we waren met zn tweeën trouwens) wooow. Vervolgens was het eten lauw, qua smaak wel prima overigens. Dit was de eerste en laatste keer. Sorry.

Afgelopen zaterdag 3 september eten besteld. Het duurde lang 1 uur en 11 minuten voor het er was. Maar het eten was heerlijk. Zeker een aanrader maar wel eerder bestellen. Als je op tijd wil eten. Vanavond zelf eten besteld telefonisch kon het gelijk halen. Heb 10 minuten gewacht en kon het meenemen. De prijs is nog wel aan de hoge kant. Maar een tip haal het gewoon op. Veel sneller

Een heerlijke pizza besteld, rijk belegd en krokante bodem. Ook waren ze erg snel(15min). ondanks dat het spitsuur was. Helemaal niks op aan te merken. Uitstraling van het gebouw kan beter, medewerkers komen wat stil/kil over, maar ze zijn eigenlijks erg vriendelijk.

3 sterren ivm. Soms is het eten verbrand. Of komen later dan de levertijd die staat aangegeven. Buiten om dat wel prima eten.

Veel te lang moeten wachten op een karig belegde Pizza Venezia

Na 70 minuten pas onderweg. Dan 25 minuten onderweg voor een stukje wat ik met 5 minuten loop. Koude pizza en ik bestelde als 2de gerecht kapsalon en kreeg iets met kip. Na een telefoontje weer 30 minuten wachten op het juiste gerecht.

Erg duur...en weer geen goede bestelling gekregen. Niet de 1e keer.... 2 broodjes een klein bakje droge shoarma en een grotere bak shoarma. 22 euro.....ze waren bij de 1 de speciaal vergeten. Weer een extra reis om moeten maken... ik weet nu wel dat we hier niet weer wat bestellen.

Bezorging was oke, eten was echt ondermaats! Hoge prijzen en slecht eten. De pizza's korsten waren niet krokant maar net nat deeg. Lahmacun leek wel oud, de volgende dag de hele dag buikkrampen! Voor ons 1 keer en niet weer.

Het is een wonder dat deze bezorgers nog niemand hebben doodgereden in Winsum

Half 6 eten besteld kreeg een mailtje van verwachte bezorg moment 19.00 uur maar dat was dus niet zo komen gewoon om 20.00 aan zetten dit vind ik niet kunnen en daar komt ook nog bij het eten was niet lekker en koud bestelde er veel vaker maar het werd elke keer al minder dit is onze laatste bestelling bij venezia

De pizza is prima, maar de dames aan de balie zijn lang niet altijd even vriendelijk

Wat gaat die kwaliteit rap achter uit zeg. Slappe lauwe pizza s . Geen saus bij je broodje kip donker.🙃. Dit was mijn laatste keer . Heel jammer.

Spareribs zoet extra portie besteld. Was heerlijk. Portie was veel met aardappelschijfjes en een bakje salade. 👌

bestel heel vaak bij Venezia maar merk dat het eten steeds minder wordt. waaronder de kapsalon en volgends mij gebruiken ze mayonaise in plaats van knoflook

Vandaag voor het eerst iets besteld gaan dat zeker vaker doen erg lekker en snel bezorgt

We bestellen hier regelmatig en vind het eten altijd erg lekker. Soms moet je inderdaad wat langer wachten maar dan is het gewoon druk. Meestal is het andersom, krijg een mail dat ze over een uur komen en zijn ze er al met een half uur.

Shoarma schotel was heerlijk, (vlees, pitabroodje en gebakken aardappelen) bakje sla wat er bij zat wel erg zuur qua dressing en weinig inspiratie qua ingrediënten

Nu 2x een schotel afgehaald en beide keren erg van genoten. Ook het personeel is erg vriendelijk. Hier kom ik wel weer!

Gisteren 3 pizza's online besteld. Zelf eet ik geen kaas en had een pizza besteld waar geen kaas op staat. Zo staat het op de website. Hadden de pizza's opgehaald. Bij thuis komst zag ik dat alle pizza's met kaas zijn. Heb er toen heen gebeld en gevraagd waarom er op mijn pizza kaas zit terwijl het niet op hun website bij de pizza die ik besteld had erbij stond. Toen zei ze aan de telefoon dat alle pizza's met kaas zijn en dat ze dat er niet bij zetten. Heel eerlijk ik wil toch weten wat er allemaal op de pizza zit. Ik zei dat dat niet op de website stond maar ze kon niks voor mij doen. Zelf vond ik dat erg slecht. Bood haar excuses niet aan, probeerde niet te helpen, wou niet ruilen. Ze vroeg of ik de andere pizza kon meenemen zodat ze hem daar weggooien. Heel eerlijk dan geef ik hem liever aan de buurman. Misschien bang voor slechte recensies. Heb toen dezelfde besteld zonder kaas moest hem zelf nog betalen. Toen ik daar aankwam vroeg ze waar de andere pizza was. Ik zei die heb ik niet meegenomen en er een buurman blij mee gemaakt. Afrekenen mocht ik wel. Persoonlijk vind ik het erg slecht dat ze niet aangeven wat er allemaal op hun pizza's op zit, ze willen niet overleggen en een oplossing bedenken. Erg vriendelijk waren ze ook niet. Voordat ik daar weer bestel denk ik er toch liever 3x over na. Haal het dan liever bij een andere pizzeria op.
