Always delicious. Coincidentally, this time the fries weren't cut through enough.

I ordered takeaway fries, but I arrived later than agreed. They didn't mind and kept my order warm.

Unfortunately, a bad experience with the staff. First, we asked for two drinks that weren't available anymore—it happens. Then we got lukewarm chocolate milk because they were using the milk frother, so there was no other option. (It was pointed out.) After I indicated I wanted it hot instead of lukewarm, it came back so hot that I couldn't drink it after 20 minutes and even burned my tongue. Besides that, it was also a shame that we had to ask for the sauces listed on the menu, and that we received our food without cutlery, and the drinks came one by one, which I found a bit odd. When I tried to report this, they didn't take it seriously at all and only responded that many items weren't available due to an upcoming new selection. I completely understand that, but I'll just cross it out on the menu, because I kept hearing it left and right that something was missing. A very disappointing experience for lunch. The toasted sandwich was tasty, but that didn't make up for much.

A croquette sandwich costs €4.40 (with mayo). Ridiculous. Good luck with the rest.

Nothing exciting, just had a croquette sandwich. It was okay.

I literally live across the street. I've ordered fries four times now. The fries are either glassy or undercooked. I also had to wait 40 minutes for one hamburger. They're stingy, just a little bit of mayo on the frikandels. 😡😡😡. No, we always go to Snackbar Kockie now. Where's the management?

Our personal opinion: Food is good but not special. Fast service, but other staff sometimes even drowned out the music with discussions. Not exactly atmospheric, food and get-away feeling.

If you don't automatically add mustard to a croquette sandwich, at least ask "Do you want mustard with that?"

Don't miss it if you're in neighborhood, they have really good choice of delicious sandwiches, burgers, salads fries with stofpotje for very reasonable price nowadays. My personal favorite is a steakhouse burger.

Verhage is really declining - tonight was enough. 3 sandwiches with mold on the bottom, too gross for words. You might think, it could happen one day. But it is the umpteenth time that something is not right. Last time a hamburger was missing from the order - when I walked back to the tent it was suggested whether I was being honest, because they had really added that hamburger. What do you think, that I'm going to lie for a hamburger sandwich on an order for 6 people?! Moreover, several times orders are incomplete (satay sauce or loose snacks, for example, are missing), and you have to hope for well-baked fries. And how do you get help: you get new sandwiches. You get a new hamburger. But something like a voucher, an apology from the branch manager, or something like a gesture to the customer: whatever. Don't get me wrong, there are much worse things in the world. But for the prices being asked, you can at least expect a complete order including well-baked fries and mold-free sandwiches. Verhage is finished with us, which is a pity.

I give Verhage 1 star because there was hair in my ice cream and the employee scolded me. I don't think this is possible!!!

Milkshake leaking over the food for the umpteenth time. You can certainly use an extra bag if you order almost 35 euros worth of food and 2 milkshakes....

Update: still fake nails. As a religious person you cannot go here. Cheese souffle is fried in the same pan with frikandels, etc. I find it very disgusting. AND girls work there with three meter long fake nails. So UNHYGIENIC.

My order was delivered super quickly and still nice and warm! Also helped with collection.

Food was ready quickly. Staff can answer all questions. Food was very tasty and the portions were very large. I especially recommend the carpaccio sandwich!!

Picked up something to eat on Sunday evening. It turns out to be a rush hour there. So I waited half an hour for 2 fries and 2 croquettes. But it is understandable. They have very tasty fries and shredded fries and I have rarely eaten the veal croquettes so tasty!

We ate a delicious healthy vegetarian mozzarella salad from a real plate... that was beyond expectations in a snack bar.... we were passing through and wanted to grab something to eat quickly... Compliments!!

I am writing this review while trying to eat a very spicy chicken salad. I ordered it from the menu in the wall, but because I have low vision, I did not see the pepper next to the salad name indicating it was spicy. When I went to the desk saying that it was too spicy and that I dont eat spicy food, they did not offer a solution. The rest of the salad was fine but they should be more considered and kind.

Better go to Kockie. If it is a somewhat large order, or busy or just an ordinary day, you will receive something different than what you ordered. Don't feel like going back again so just eat it at home. But it hits the spot every time. I won't come here again.

Frietjes lijken opnieuw gefrituurd, zit veel lucht in en er zitten veel restjes bij.

I go here a lot and the snack are really good. Croquets, frikadel, etc. If you get a “menu” it comes with a salad which is refreshing to eat with the fried food.

Vandaag oa. een broodje mozzarella besteld, het was een wat grotere bestelling, maar dat neemt niet weg dat het slordig is dat de helft van de toppings was vergeten. De Tomaat, Rucola en Balsamico glaze ontbrak.

Net eten gehaald, had oa 2 x raspatat speciaal besteld. Dat is patat curry, uien en mayonaise. Helaas kreeg ik ipv curry pindasaus. En aangezien ik allergisch ben voor pindas kon ik het weggooien. Helaas!

Was vroeg,toch hielpen ze me,lekker eten,blij dat dit soort zaken nog bestaan.

Het blijft een snackbar, maar wel een met nog een echte horeca man als uitbater. Herkent zijn klanten, kent de buurt en zijn producten zijn ook zeker niet vies!

Kwaliteit is dik afhankelijk van het personeel dat er werkt wanneer je besteld. Soms echt goed, maar ander keer zo matig weer. Laatst patatje weggegooid omdat het veel en veel te zout was, gewoon onervarenheid lijkt mij, is zo te fixen! Ik verwacht juist bij Verhage kwaliteit en dan ook constant :). Verder top tent!

Ik hebt daar heerlijk gegeten de burgers zijn echt lekker zoals ook de mayonaise heerlijk ja ga daar zeker weer een keer eten personeel ook erg vriendelijk

Mooie zaak, goede en vriendelijke bediening. Veel keuze mogelijkheden wat eten en drinken betreft en ook nog extra gelegenheid om buiten te zitten.

Prima snackbar, jammer dat je niet meer kan bellen voor een bestelling, de website en het bestelproces kost nu veel meer tijd en voelt niet echt klantvriendelijk

Tweede paasdag in de middag ben ik hier geweest om wat te eten te halen. De dame achter de counter was zeer kortaf, erg klantonvriendelijk dus. Het leek alsof ze het lastig vond haar gesprek met een bekende te moeten onderbreken die ook in de zaak aanwezig was. Klanten leken haar nogal te irriteren. Kortom, de dame had een aardige attitude. Ik kom hier voorlopig even niet terug, het was een onplezierige ervaring. (Gelukkig was het eten wel erg lekker.)

Heerlijke steakhouse chicken burger. Patat was lekker warm. Vriendelijke service! Een aanrader.

Heerlijke lunch gegeten. Alles was vers klaargemaakt. Ook de portie grote was meer dan genoeg. Alles werd op tijd afgeleverd. Dit is voor herhaling vatbaar.
