Ordered a chicken fillet burger, I do that quite often. This time it was full of spiciness, even though it's listed as mildly spicy. Absurd. I have allergies. The lady on the phone was very snappy and said she couldn't help it that it's much spicier than usual. And good luck with your allergy!!! What terrible service! From now on to my favorite snack bar, Qualitaria or Fries!!! Bye!

Very bad service, bad staff, unfriendly, just a bunch of lowlifes working together, unhygienic, like they are running a stall at a campsite, especially antisocial towards foreigners.

Workers are slow to understand, work very slowly, and never know what to do.

12.15 tot 13.17 25 min we waited for the burger 35 for the salad and 1.39 hour for the toast which did not come, we had to make a video and tell them that I would complain so that they would refund my money for the toast which at that moment they started making, disgustingly rude! They will never set foot there!

After waiting for another 10 minutes or so, the order arrived. The food was cold and the meatballs weren't tasty. Thrown away. Have ordered from Verhage a few times now. Experience: Always late Cold food Don't order croquettes either, because they always arrive broken .. So after trying a few times, I'm just not ordering here anymore.

Just walk right past this, the food is substandard.

Food cold again; you wouldn't even feed this to your dog. Young staff who don't know what they're doing. Do yourself a favor and walk right past this place.

Ordered a frikandel and truffle fries: the frikandel is cold and the truffle fries have one dollop of sauce and three pieces of Parmesan cheese. And I paid €16 for that!

Order online and pick it up; it still needs to be made at the agreed-upon time. Not the first time. Especially if you're observing Ramadan. It's better to look for something else.

While handing out newspapers, Verhagen popped in for lunch. The chicken satay in the photo looked delicious, so I ordered a large chicken satay platter. It was delicious: tender meat, crispy fries, fresh salad with creamy peanut sauce, and it looked just like the photo! 🫠 On to the next time! 🙃 And then with photos!

Last week (Wednesday, 12:00) I called to order my fries. They said I'd pick them up in 10 minutes. Upon arrival, I found two grumpy guys behind the counter. The youngest (around 20, tall) said the fries must have broken through. The oldest (around 30, thin, dark hair), a slightly balding man (hair combed forward), started laughing and threw the same fries from the large basket into my container. "Here, please!" I got to my car and checked: "Like, pale fries." I walked back inside and said, "Guys, these aren't overcooked fries." I was completely ignored...after waiting 5 minutes, the calendar guy gave me a look of "What are you doing?" He had clearly made fries for me with great reluctance, but they were brown. If you don't like your job, find something else. You're infecting your younger colleagues with this negative attitude. Manager, please speak to that guy. The women in the store are usually very cheerful and happy. Next time, I won't walk in when that unfriendly employee is there.

Unfortunately, another very bad experience. Today I received another sandwich without lettuce and almost no sauce (just a little on the bottom), and the order was also delivered very cold. This is no longer a coincidence, but a recurring problem. With previous orders, I also had: • Sauce only on the side • (Almost) no lettuce or sauce • Incorrect order for a double burger (received a regular burger) • Sloppily made burgers • Didn't receive a drink once because it "wasn't there" • Dry pastries several times • Another time pastries with melted whipped cream • And regularly late deliveries without explanation or compensation What makes it extra frustrating is that nothing is ever done about this. No solution, no compensation, no improvement. For the price you pay, you expect at least a correct and hot order. For me, this is the last time for now. It's a shame, but the quality and service are consistently substandard.

We got takeout yesterday and it was delicious, but at the office we realized something had gone wrong and the cheese soufflé hadn't been ordered, and the peanut sauce came with the fries instead of mayo. After calling the restaurant, they brought it over after all. That's what you call good service! They are always nice and working hard <3

It's such a shame the fries were just fried. They were still limp and white. The bami snack fell apart because it was cooked far too short. I think the frikadel was left out so long it was completely shriveled. I won't be going back.

We placed an online order for home delivery. We placed this order at 5:27 PM, expecting the delivery to be as fast as possible. It finally arrived around 6:20 PM (almost an hour). We understand this may have been due to various circumstances (the Dutch national team played at 6:00 PM on October 12th), so it must have been a busy time with orders. This is understandable, but once the food arrived, we were slightly disappointed. The food itself was fine and tasted good, but it was lukewarm. So we had to wait almost an hour and pay a hefty price for lukewarm food. This is very disappointing for food that can taste absolutely delicious. I hope this company can improve its delivery speeds or keep food warm longer in the future, because this was slightly disappointing.

This afternoon I ordered a chicken satay menu, and the staff helped me with the various options. It was ready in 10 minutes, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. It's a great place! Tyreq is a great employee!

A great place for a quick yet delicious meal in Ypenburg! The seating is comfortable and you're served at your table by friendly staff. The menu offers a wide variety of choices. The satay menu and chicken fillet burger are highly recommended. The chicken fillet bites are also delicious. Even though it can get quite busy (people sometimes wait outside), you're always served promptly. It's also nice that the kids always get a little something with their children's menu. Without a doubt: my favorite spot for a quick bite in Ypenburg!

Four staff members are busy with a large order and cleaning one of the deep fryers. So I wait patiently. When the large order is ready, no one comes to take my order; they're too busy with each other. I wait patiently. Finally, the staff only takes action when another customer comes in and is helped, still ignoring me. Well, like it or not.

I was here with my friends and one friend ordered fries and then we and we had to wait a really long time, then we asked again and then we thought, well, he's coming, but no, the staff first makes a bitterballen sandwich for themselves.

Ordering from this place requires patience. It takes more than 20 minutes between ordering something simple and actually receiving it. There are plenty of staff members who are just doing their thing. But mostly, they're reading order slips and then running off like a headless chicken. I don't understand how everyone can maintain their patience.

My advice…don’t eat here. Where to start… First of all, it was so busy. Lots of people talking loudly, really bothering others. Tables were full of empty plates. We had to ask 3 times if our table could be cleaned. When that finally happened, we got salt residue and food residue on our side and the employee didn’t take this into account. In the meantime, we waited at least 30 minutes before we got our food (people who came to pick up got their food first, and no, they ordered on the spot!) To make matters worse, the steakhouse beef burger was still raw on the inside. When we went to an employee about this, they simply said, this is normal. Indicates that this is part of the type of meat. However, we expressed our doubts and asked what type of meat it should be. No answer could be given to this. Tried to remove the raw part so that we could still eat something, and the burger was just hard. Very special. Fries were lukewarm. Menu but not even with drinks. Waste of money. I have seen better branches. Never again!

Were the only 2 in the store. Staff stood alone, waited over half an hour for our food, while other people were helped after us and all got their order. Really ridiculous!!

Unhygienic. Plate had old grease stains and a hair on it. Also the coffee mug was dirty. Avoid this place.

Cold fries, cold fries. Ask for a beef croquette and get a veal croquette. Order 1 large rasp fries and 2 small ones. The big one was also small, when I go back she says this is big. When we are almost done eating, someone walks by with fries and that was a big one, you could clearly see the difference, they just lied. Staff just ignore you about this and look at you strangely when you ask something. We certainly won't be going back here again!
