There were some problems with the order and it was resolved very nicely. Very satisfied with the service. We will definitely come back!

Tasty Greek salad and delicious Italian food, nice place to eat

Bad restaurant! Ate there yesterday, part of the menu appears to be out of stock. We ordered what was there. After the starter, we were only told after 45 minutes that the main course we had was not in stock and we were asked if we wanted to order something else. Well after it was already late we had no other choice. We should have just ordered pizza. After we received it, 3 of the pizzas turned out to be quite burnt. We reported this and received the response that this was normal according to them. In my opinion, a pizza should not be blackened on the bottom. She wanted to bake a new pizza for us. We agreed to this. The pizza we received was edible, but this time it was full of olive oil. Well I knew that. We were also entitled to dessert, but we decided against that. Never again for us!!!!

Today we ate here. We ordered the 3 course menu. The waitress immediately said that there was no terra missu, okay, that could happen. 4 people in our party ordered lasagna. After waiting half an hour it was said that there was only one portion of lasagna. So we ordered pizza. It was served burnt black. After our complaint about this, the order was served again. It was now less black. The waitress said that this was due to the stone oven. and that this was the way it should be. For us, this was a one-time experience that cannot be repeated

2 drinks for €10.50 A latte machiato with oat milk for €6.50 Regular tonic €4.00 No wonder there is no drinks menu on the table. I'm often in the area, but because of these prices I'll never come here again. Absurd

Staff was not friendly, even grumpy. Reserved via social deal, there was a decent list of menu. When you arrived at Lago you were given an A4 sheet with a limited choice. Shame!

Excellent restaurant with beautiful terrace, pleasant service

So this was a disappointment😏. Here on Sunday lunch I had a terrible chicken sandwich, there was mold on the bread. The waitress took it away and asked if we wanted a new one, no of course not. Nothing was offered in compensation and I just had to pay 😱 definitely not recommended.

We had dinner here on a Friday. Reservations were not necessary, it was not yet busy at 5:30 PM. Atmosphere was very relaxed. Sate was cooked really well, satay sauce was a bit bland but that is more a matter of taste. Fries nice and crispy. Ground floor access wheelchair accessible. Parking is free at the Westfield Mall. Incredibly friendly staff.

Very hot day, nice lunch by the water. Friendly service that was easily accessible, extensive menu with something for everyone.

Het menu van het drie gangen diner via Social Deal werd aangeboden op een slordig smoezelig A-4tje. De keuze was klein. We waren met vier personen. We hadden twee maal zalm, twee maal kipsaté. Eerst werden twee hele kleine stukjes zalm gepresenteerd. Tien minuten later de kipsaté. Deze was niet gaar, dus terug naar de keuken gestuurd. Een kwartier later werd dit opnieuw geserveerd, waarbij we tot twee maal toe om bestek moesten vragen, omdat dit steeds werd weggehaald. Het dessert; één tiramusu was volledig ingezakt. Toilet: geen papier, de zeep was op en geen papieren handdoeken in de automaat. Zelden zó slechte ervaring gehad.

We were looking forward to a cozy evening in this restaurant. The location right on the lake is excellent. However, that was all that was good about this restaurant. The service seems listless and inattentive. We tried in vain to order more drinks. For dinner we ordered lasagna and linguine with prawns. The lasagna was completely overcooked and the sauce didn't have much in common with bolognese. It was also served in a broken casserole dish. Very unsightly, that's not possible. The linguine was so spicy it was almost impossible to eat. I have nothing against spicy food, but unfortunately the pepperoni was far too dominant. In addition, the noodles were not cooked properly and were also too salty. The portions were very small, we were still hungry after eating. All in all, an expensive and disappointing evening.

Bought via social deal. Chicken satay was too spicy and she didn't want to make any other chicken satay. Drink prices were also very high. In terms of atmosphere it was empty In response to your comment. I spoke to your waitress. I politely told them that I could not reach an agreement with the cook, she only wanted to fry a chicken fillet but no other chicken satay. But the salad was also too salty. I paid for a main meal and desert and I didn't receive it so the drinks are in lieu. I said goodbye to you politely, so you can never say that I left secretly. Me and my little daughter went to the toilet. Very unfortunate that you try to blackmail a mother with her 6 year old daughter because you get a bad review!!!

In terms of food, a real recommendation. I've had lunch here twice now. Something wrong can happen once, but unfortunately wrong again the second time. Carpaccio was still frozen, tomatoes were burnt and the rest was not fresh either. We don't come here anymore.

I was always satisfied, but unfortunately there was no alcohol in the cocktail, even though I had to pay more than 10 euros for it.

Saturday morning 11:30 Ordered Cappuccino and Latte Macchiato with Apple Pie and Banana Cake. €19.80 (!) Coffee was okay, it didn't come too quickly, but it did. The apple pie and the banana cake took a very long time. Only when I went to the bar to ask where it was did they bring it. Three people worked behind the bar and there were only five tables occupied in total, so it was far from busy. It's ridiculous that the cake took so long to arrive. Apologies from the friendly girl who brought the pastries, but a hot cup of coffee would have been more appropriate to compensate for the ridiculously long wait. Unfortunately, the banana cake was also dry and the apple pie was of the cheapest frozen quality. So not recommended!

Step out of the busy Mall for a quiet meal here. Friendly staff, sirloin steak was overcooked, a new one was immediately made, which was fine at the time.

The meals we wanted to order from the menu were not there. I ordered wheat beer and got regular beer. There was only 1 person serving so a long wait. We sat at a table where the service was not directly visible, so it seemed as if we had to wait extra long for our dinner.

Today, like previous years, we had Christmas brunch at Villa Lago. Delicious dishes and friendly service. Next year again.

Bad pizza, boring food, nice waiter

Broodje kip was prima. Uitsmijter erg droog. In de thee zat vuildeeltjes. Netjes afgehandeld door ober.

Cadre sympa, avec vue sur l'étang. Une carte assez correcte. Mais certaines choses sont incompréhensibles : l'escalope est servie sans pâtes, l'endroit se revendique pourtant "italien". Quand on demande des pâtes en plus, elles arrivent à peine cuites, non assaisonnées, et sans saveur.

Fijne tent, heel vriendelijke bediening! Veel fijner om hier wat te eten of te drinken dan in de Mall!

Goede ligging aan het water, zeer rustig om 1830 (etenstijd). Werd aangeven toen we wilde bestellen dat er eerst overlegd moest worden met de kok wat wel of niet ging. Ging om pizza’s.. snelle service, erg fris en zelfs tocht. Pizza kwam lauw aan en was na 10 min koud. Warme chocolademelk werd ook koud geserveerd helaas

Op een zonnige dag een lekkere plek aan het water. Redelijk vlotte bediening, die dat vriendelijk doet. Als je de drukte van The Mall even wil ‘ontvluchten’ is het hier prima zitten.

Lekker rustig buiten de Mall, aan het water met overdekt terras. Prima lunch gerechten voor een schappelijke prijs. Helaas was de karnemelk op en gewone melk was langhoudbaar.

Wij kwamen voor een drankje, hele aardige en correcte Italiaanse ober en een prettige sfeer en gelukkig GEEN harde muziek.

Sfeer prima. Snelle en klantvriendelijke service. Hoge prijs is kwaliteitsgewijs voor het eten. Chicken el Paso genomen. Heerlijk gegeten!

Mooie plek om een drankje te doen. Waren met z’n tweeën wat drinken. Degene met wie ik was kreeg veel eerder z’n koffie en gebak, dan ik mijn broodje kreeg, dat was jammer. Gebak leek overigens uit de diepvries te komen. Broodje was lekker.

Lekkere broodjes gegeten, met 2 biertjes erbij. Ook lekker, alles wel veel te duur. Jammer, doen we niet meer.

Weetje het is belangrijk als klant dat je ergens terug kan gaan, omdat je een goede ervaring heb gehad. De Spaanse jongen is een top bediener met een positieve uitstraling voel je zelf op je gemak. Het gaat niet altijd om het eten en drankjes want die zal vast bij elke tent lekker zijn. Waar het om gaat wie de eten en drinken met liefde maakt en bediend. Aanrader mensen

Goede ligging aan het water maar weinig sfeer. Personeel lijkt niet geïnteresseerd en ondanks dat het erg rustig was, eten duurde erg lang. Menukaart is beetje apart met Mexicaanse, Italiaanse en Amerikaanse gerechten. Linguini met gamba’s en chili was erg lekker en goede proportie. Burrito kip ook lekker en goed gevuld. Drankjes zijn wel aan de dure kant.

Zeer vriendelijk personeel,ruimte genoeg tussen de tafels,muziek niet te aanwezig,dus precies goed.

Heerlijk eten, erg vriendelijk personeel en de tiramisu is de beste die ik ooit gegeten heb!

Heerlijk club sandwich gegeten. Koffie en water met citroen gedronken. Grote portie, goed belegd. Fris en vers . Ook andere borden die langs kwamen, zagen er goed, gevuld en lekker uit.

Op zich lekker pizza 's gegeten, echter werd ons meerdere keren gevraagd of wij iets te drinken wilde en daar hadden wij eigenlijk geen behoefte aan Was dit een voorbode ?? Man man man wat hebben wij hierna een gigantische dorst op het eten gekregen niet normaal. Vandaar 2 sterren. Door deze ervaring hebben wij besloten om hier niet weet uit eten te gaan.
