Assistance dogs are not welcome. Unfortunately, the gentleman did not read the rules that apply here. That is very unfortunate and unfriendly. The food, otherwise, is good.

Delicious fish. Mixed platter made to order. You choose what you want from the fresh fish counter. The seating isn't fancy, and the shopping center itself isn't great. But it's worth eating there. The people are very friendly.

It might not be very atmospheric, but it is clean and the food is delicious. You choose which fish you want and it is prepared fresh for you. We have been eating here regularly since we first found out about it and are always satisfied. Also, good value for money. So definitely recommended.😃

We had delicious kibbeling. Large portion, not expensive at all. At other tables, people were eating large mixed platters. It looked amazing. The service was very friendly. We were only here for a day, otherwise we would definitely have gone back for one of those mixed fish platters.

What a delightful experience this was. The enormous platter full of fried delicacies, including the fresh shrimp and fried fish, was truly a feast for the eyes and the taste buds. Everything was perfectly prepared and tasted incredibly fresh. Additionally, the service was very pleasant. It is nice to see that they even pay attention to the details, such as the beautiful tea glass with the classic silver teapot. We had a fantastic time here and will certainly be back.

I ordered food via Thuisbezorgd at 5:15 PM. Just before it was supposed to be delivered—by then I had been waiting for an hour—the order was cancelled. After I called them to find out the reason for the cancellation, I received the answer: “It is too far; we don’t deliver there. If you want, you can come and pick it up.”

Nice place, we come here every week. Friendly people, good food. Their little restaurant is getting nicer and nicer with new wall coverings and furniture. At the beginning, I once got fried fish instead of grilled, but then they just make it again! I have never been a real fish eater, but I enjoy coming here with my family and parents.

Tucked into a tiny shopping center, you will find a hidden gem. You think you are walking into a small fish market in a strip mall, but the owner creates a memorable culinary experience. My goodness this was the best meal I had during my week in the Netherlands! Everything was fresh and perfectly prepared. The calamari was so tender and ever so lightly breaded. The “kibbeling” (lightly breaded/seasoned cod cheek) was unbelievable. My wife had a whole fried sea bass that was outstanding and grilled tuna was perfect. Don’t expect fine dining when you visit, but don’t miss the opportunity if you are nearby. 10/10

Today I went to this shop for the first time, because my regular fishmonger was on vacation. I asked a bald man behind the counter to clean two sea bass for me. He said he would. When he returned, however, the fish were barely cleaned inside. The price for the fish was €17.50, and there would be an additional €30 for cleaning – a total of €47 for two cleaned fish. I wouldn't have minded paying that amount if the work had been done to my satisfaction, but unfortunately, it wasn't. When I tried to politely explain my dissatisfaction, the man reacted aggressively and started yelling at me. I asked him to calm down, but he continued. Fortunately, a younger and friendlier employee intervened and reminded him to calm down as well. I ended up going home frustrated. I've never been treated so poorly as a customer. This isn't a place where you can express your wishes in a normal way. Extremely unfriendly, and in my experience, also unfriendly to women. Note: I'm 26 weeks pregnant.

My first impression was a shock at how unfriendly the man behind the counter was. Even when ordering, they told me in a very unfriendly manner how many napkins I could use. I'd never experienced this anywhere else, and it was so aggressive. I immediately canceled my order; I didn't want it that way. Unfriendly customer service, that was my first and last time here.

Incredibly rude people!! When you ask for more napkins, you're treated incredibly rudely. We've been there a few times in the past, and we were treated very rudely as well. We ignored them then, but never went back after that. First of all, you don't speak to customers that way. And if you argue over a napkin, you're a very low-ranking company. Never again for us; this way you'll lose even more customers!

We visited this restaurant based on the positive reviews. The ambiance is awful. It's located at the beginning of a run-down shopping mall. In front of it is a busy supermarket. The clientele in the mall doesn't inspire confidence. The snack bar itself is clean and tidy. Since we had driven over 30 minutes, we ordered food there. We had three portions of kibbelinge with fries. One portion was served on a plate with a small salad. Cutlery was also provided. The other two portions were served with a wooden fork in a cardboard bowl. We don't know why this was done, as it was three identical dishes. We weren't impressed with the taste either. The fries and fish were very dark and tasted of old grease. There's a kebab shop right next door; it looks like both shops share a kitchen. Maybe we just had a really, really bad day. But we wouldn't go there again...

A wonderful experience! We're from Tiel and thought this looked like a good place to eat fish. The fish was delicious, perfectly prepared, reasonably priced, and there were plenty of tasty options. The service was friendly and prompt, and the atmosphere in the restaurant was relaxed and cozy, and it's clean. Definitely recommended for anyone who loves good fish.

I had a portion of baby squid. It was a bit burnt, but still delicious. The second thing I had was calamari loaded fries. It was perfect. I had to wait a bit, but all in all, it was worth it.

The food is excellent, the staff is very kind, although I am not Dutch native a chef from kitchen come to help in my request. I was looking for this type of restaurant from 2 months, I even travel to Amsterdam for a portion of squid, I was searching in Almere also but I never expected to have a restaurant 2 minutes away from me who serves such delicious food. Been a regular customer at Vissermen for years. Just ordered fish dish for 2 people. Of course I understand inflation, but I only got half as before. Number of fish species indicated that I did not want, called immediately so that part was very neat. Alboransea asked by telephone whether I wanted prawns that still need to be peeled or have already been peeled. Indicated that I wanted both (extra) as I did not want a number of fish species. Agreed by telephone, order received and received very limited fish dish. For €33 (2 persons) 1 piece of salmon, 1 piece of tilapia fillet, 1 piece of plaice fillet, 8 shrimps, 8 olives and 4 pieces of kibbeling. Too ridiculous for words, compared to the contents of the fish dishes of the time Visserman. No crab sticks or anything like that. Called to report, but conclusion; that's how you experience it. What do you want me to do to get that order back, money back? No, thank you, but be aware if you order here. Quality/price/offer completely out of proportion.

Super delicious fish dishes! The fish is fresh (which you can tell by the clear eyes), very cheap and super tasty! We had a fish mix for 2 people, we were able to choose the fish ourselves and the quantity as the price was calculated per kg. In addition, we each had a portion of fries and a drink each. In total we had for 42€. This price consists of €2 tip, €6 for both fries, €6 for both drinks and €28 for the fish plate. The fish mix plate costs €24/kg no matter which fish you choose. The restaurant is highly recommended! However, in winter you should wear a sweater if not a jacket because it is a bit cold inside.

Very friendly staff, the food was very attractively prepared and a really sufficient portion! In keeping with Ramadan, there was a date for each of us to break our fast. We don't celebrate Ramadan, so this was a gesture of hospitality that we were really happy about :) Unfortunately it was very cold in the seating area, hence only the three stars. The taste was really satisfying, everything was freshly prepared!

Went for dinner yesterday, it was very cold inside, colder than it was outside. Very unfortunate. Furthermore, it is very cold, no atmosphere. Food was good, we had shrimp kapsalon salmon and shrimp croquette and a portion of kibbeling with fries. Minus point: no sauce for croquettes and no salad for kibbeling even though this is stated there. In doubt, I don't think we will go back there again. At the neighbors: Bass are doing much better...
