Delicious and very fatty, hello, not expensive

This place is really going downhill; the quality has dropped drastically. The kibbeling is salty and greasy, and they barely put any seasoning on it anymore! I'm just sitting here eating dry, tasteless kibbeling. I'm never eating here again! What a shame!

25 euros for a pound of fish. RIDICULOUS. Never going here again. From now on, either drive to Tuinzigt or go to the market in Princehage. Too sad for words. What you get—they call it a pound, but it's just like 4 pieces of fish and soggy too. Yuck, straight into the trash.

Tasty fish snacks, salads, and kibbeling mmm

Ordered a tuna salad sandwich; it tasted like salad dressing with capers. There was visibly no tuna in it, let alone that it tasted like tuna salad.

The experience I had here was not normal. I went to Vistrend with grandma and grandchild; we had brought bottles of water from home because grandma and grandchild drink constantly. I was walking with my grandchild's bottle in my hands to order and walked away. Instead of explaining that bringing your own food is not allowed (which is understandable), the employee came over in an aggressive tone and accused me of stealing the bottle!!!! She was convinced that she saw me take the bottle from the display case. I indicated that they needed to review the camera footage. When I pointed this out multiple times, her explanation changed to “I thought I saw it.” The way she communicated with me and the treatment I received was truly extremely disrespectful. Being accused of theft in a busy shopping center—you can understand how that feels. Especially as someone who is not of Dutch descent. Think twice before eating here, because this is not the first time something like this has happened.

I got diarrhea from the fish here twice. The first time I was still doubtful, but after yesterday I know for sure, because I hadn't eaten anything else yet. After reading the reviews, it became even clearer to me.

Yesterday we (both 70+) bought a portion of spaghetti with shrimp and a portion of nasi goreng with seafood here. Although quite greasy, we had a delicious meal at home that evening. However, we couldn't sleep that night: one of us had severe diarrhea, the other vomited several times... Was anything spoiled?

I went there to eat with my three children. It was really good. Forty-five minutes later, when we got home, everyone had stomach aches and two children had to throw up everything. So I called them to let them know they should pay attention. I got an answer: no, that can't be true, that's not ours. Did you perhaps eat somewhere else? Well, we didn't eat anywhere else, so people from the area stay there.

Good quality fish is delicious, I even have the best and tastiest fish in Breda.

Picked up soup and salad yesterday - vomiting and diarrhea all evening...

The kibbeling was overly salty. I filed a complaint with the store. And the employee was being ridiculously smart. I'll never go back. I know more scientifically!

We used to go to Vistrend for a long time because we lived nearby. Always received friendly service, a bit pricey sometimes, but excellent quality. We went there regularly and loved it! We've since moved and wanted to order chicken/fish pans for a party. The site had been down for a while due to busy times... hmmmm... So I called to get some information, what's on offer, how much does it cost approximately... I had to come by (from Geertruidenberg) to discuss everything because, well, no, talking over the phone wasn't going to work... well, off to the con-colleague then, who explained everything in detail over the phone without making a single cent. I now better understand some of the comments I read: they were unfriendly, curt, condescending, even rude. They clearly have it too good, and well, I can spend my money anywhere. So, no more for us. Too bad, Geert and Miriam!

The owner and female employee are very friendly. The only thing I didn't like was the bald man. He was rude and not at all customer-friendly. Because of him, I won't be eating there again. It's a shame.

I ordered a portion of squid rings and saw the woman take a bag out of the freezer for this, they are not freshly battered as you would expect from a fishmonger.

One day when my mother was almost finished with her sweet tooth we suddenly saw ink on the fish from the newspaper that was placed underneath...we thought that it was almost finished anyway so we leave it there and ask for a normal plate next time. The next time you mention the ink that comes off on the food you are attacked by an older plump lady with glasses that you have to stop with 'your' nonsense. We came here regularly, but after this backward behavior never again yuck yuck🤢

For Christmas, ordered a delicious fish gourmet dish, at Vistrend. We enjoyed it with 8 people. Thank you Mirjam and Geert-Jan.

Cashier with black glasses and rather sturdy build and fat dropped a cod on the ground then she puts it back in the container with her dirty fingers why do you get such employees in your business .... this is really not on!!!!!!! Loyal customer loss now neveroooo again

I recently bought 2 salmon fillets. I paid 16 euros, but I didn't pay. Later I calculated it and it comes to almost 50 euros per kilo! I went back to see if something could be done about it. That wasn't possible due to HACCP reasons, understandable. But I still find it unacceptable, don't buy your salmon fillet here.

Ik heb hier lekkere broodjes haring gegeten en ze hebben lekkere vissalades. Sowieso hebben ze aardig wat keuze. Prima zaak wat mij betreft.

Helaas totaal niet naar onze smaak, we hadden borrelpan vis en borrelpan vlees. Vis was vettig, papperig. Kiphapjes dreven in saus, daardoor smaakte alles hetzelfde. De paling was wel lekker!

Een hele, goede viswinkel met lekkere aan te raden spullen

Vriendelijk personeel hoor, zeker belangrijk! Kwaliteit dik oke, maar 10,00 euro voor 1 kilo mosselen is echt veel te veel. Concurrent vraagt 6,95 voor dezelfde mosselen per kilo. Ik voel me bekocht en zal een volgende keer m'n mosselen ergens anders halen...
