Very nice waitresses, helpful with any questions. The food arrived quickly and was lovingly presented. We had paninis, cake, and ice cream, and we were happy with everything. Our son has celiac disease, but we had delicious fruit ice cream with lemon, strawberry, watermelon, and mango. Highly recommended.

If you don't want to be served, go there. The waiters walk right past you and don't take your order. So I left. Next door, you get better and more polite service.

The team is completely overwhelmed, it takes forever and unfortunately it's not very friendly. In addition, no prices are advertised. Too bad.

I like ice cream. On Sunday it was warm, the sun was shining and there was a long queue. We waited in line because we thought it had to be good ice cream. Well, we didn't see any prices on any of the cards or notices and were surprised that everyone who went got 1 small 4cm? had a ball that almost completely disappeared into the horn. It was our turn and asked how much a ball would cost. 1.90€ for 1 scoop of ice cream and 3€ for a small soft ice cream. I fully understand price increases due to personnel costs, raw materials, etc. But then the ball has to be a real ball. We gave up after queuing for 15 minutes.

First of all - how cheerful and friendly is the owner? (We were told at once it was the owner who served us). Vivino is more than just an ice cream parlor. Here you can also get delicious sandwiches, waffles, salads and soup etc. You can either sit in the shop, outside at the shopping arcade or sheltered from the sun on the Oude Markt and enjoy your meal. We decided on iced coffee (well - it was decided for me by the, as already mentioned, cheerful owner because I couldn't decide). The iced coffees came quickly and were super tasty - but there is a star deduction here because the coffee was a ready-made iced coffee mix and not fresh coffee. Nevertheless, it was very tasty, the scoop of vanilla ice cream in the iced coffee was also very good, creamy and vanilla. Next time we'll hopefully be hungrier and be able to try one of the ice cream sundaes.

Great location in the middle of the shopping mile. If your partner has fallen into shopping madness and you don't feel like it, you should definitely spend your time here.

I kindly asked if I could ask the older gentleman something, the answer was very nonchalant and, in my opinion, anti-social, no. There were hardly any people inside, it wasn't that I disturbed, and his people work in the full service in the center of Venlo.

We come from Cologne and have been going here for iced coffee for years. My girlfriend tried the chocolate milkshake today, which is now her new favorite drink here. The boss usually serves himself and is always in a good mood. Great business keep it up!

My experience QR Code Checking should and can be better, there was a check this afternoon, it was good but then it went wrong, I had run out of caffelatte, an older man walks in without a face mask, sits down at the table, apparently acquaintances of him do it his order with the owner of the business, but now it comes, he is not asked for his QR code as you would expect, when I asked why he did not check that gentleman, I got the answer that he knew the man from previous visits and that that man was yesterday too, is that a reason not to check???? What must the other guests think? Why not him and us? A bit strange, isn't it?
