Volkan Grillroom in Wijk 00 Bergen op Zoom-Oude stad en omgeving

Ordered online, and a Dutch woman came to the door asking if we'd ordered food. So it had been delivered to a completely different street and house number, how could that be? The correct address was clearly noted! The fries were inedible, rock hard, and a truly dark brown. Portions of shawarma and chicken, on the other hand, were excellent!

What happened to us tonight with an always friendly employee🙄. (At least if you're inside Volkan) I've been a customer at Volkan from the beginning. I made a comment about the car parked on the sidewalk, and he reacted antisocially, telling me to shut up. He told my daughter... (A word I can't post here). I wasn't going to see him again, with the food already deteriorating.

Always been a great place, always a baguette dinner, this meat is so much better than at other places. I really had a good laugh today, I said, "Just give me extra meat." It was delicious, and until next time!

It was terrible! The durüm was limp, the meat was dry but incredibly greasy, and there was barely any lettuce in it. The meat had been reheated, and the little lettuce that was in it was wilted and dripping with grease. We paid 30 euros for this mess; that was once, but never again!

Very expensive for 2 shawarmas, I paid 30 euros and of poor quality, I could not eat it, even mice cannot eat this junk

I ate there with my three children. I had three plates of Sharmon (or whatever the meat is called) with fries and a bit of salad. Then they gave us three sauces, a doner kebab with chicken, fries, three Cokes, and one water. I paid €80, and the owner was terrible at the way he treated the staff. Please don't even think about it; just don't go there, and the food won't taste good either. Best regards.

Delicious food and more than enough

Ordered at 17:15, delivered at 19:30 while delivery time was supposed to be 18:20. They give a short and sullen answer on the phone and indicate that they don't care that they lose customers this way. There is nothing wrong with the delivery woman, but everything around it is wrong. We will never order from here again.

Meer dan een uur later bezorgd dan beloofd, koud, slecht en na melding wordt je nog uitgekafferd ook. Echt nooit meer! Hoe is het mogelijk dat dit bestaat?!

Today a mix dish was ordered, it was better than what the photo showed on the site, really delicious, all those different types of grilled meat, worth repeating, highly recommended

The music was hard rock and too loud, I ordered a dish with fries. Fries were fried in old fashioned fat, had to ask for fries sauce, I got 1 small measly bag. All in all I paid €24.50 for this! Too much for this bite, last time for me.

Ordered food from Volkan today, Jan 4. Always very good in the past, now really dramatic. Pizza gorgonzola without gorgonzola!! Satay, sauce forgotten, satay old reheated. Everything else, hair salon etc, was cold and very unappetizing. I would not recommend this address anymore. Reported the complaint by telephone, would get a discount next time. Unfortunately there won't be next time John Curfs

We did not eat there, but had a specific question for them. They were all very friendly and we received great help. Cozy atmosphere. Thank you very much gentlemen! And the food that passed by looked delicious!

5 euros for delivery to Bergen op zoom seriously this is probably some kind of misunderstanding

Besides the fact that the food is always good and delicious, the people who work there are really great. Ordered food online with the announcement that it was our son's birthday and they wrote a super nice message in his pizza box. Thank you very much, he feels extra birthday

Volkan was always my favorite Grillroom for shawarma and doner for 15 years, I was away for 2 years due to work and thought I would try it again. Now I wonder where is the real Volkan restaurant because this food was worse than vomit after a night of heavy partying, and then they charge 19.50 plus 3 euros travel expenses

Normally expensive hair salon. And Turkish pizza with cheese and two cheap cans of 70 cents each, 34 euros and then you get the smallest container for the hair salon and then when you ring the bell you are made to look like a fool, I think it's really expensive for what you order.

I was attacked here after a decent order by the people working there. Watch out for them. The food isn't great either.

Good food, good, hot and delivered quickly

We happened to be in Boz so we bought a delicious Kapsalon dönner, large container and well prepared, good sauce, friendly people! And it was made quickly and we were on our way again in no time with a delicious cup of food

No clean food , no fresh vegetables dirty nasty smell in the atmosphere

Ik kwam hier elke week, maar vandaag met vastenavend 2 broodjes shoarma met kaas want de rest was op, voor 25 euro, echt niet normaal.. wat een prijzen. Daarna na de buren gegaan 19 euro voor 2 goede kapsalons

Ordered Kapsalon it arrived cold and apart from that you can't eat it, it doesn't look like a Kapsalon as you look more like a pile of vomit, there was no garlic sauce and the fries taste like cardboard, this is really a complete waste of money, I will never buy there again a few bites and thrown away, damn it, even dog food is tastier

I have often ordered Kapsalon without cheese. This will be stated on the paper attached to the order. After I called, a new hair salon was delivered promptly. Last time the kapsalon was tough and this time there was no salad. So the kapsalon that was delivered again was a bowl of fries with shawarma on top. Very disappointing.

I personally think this is the best and cleanest shawarma shop in Bergen op Zoom and the surrounding area. Today we ate a delicious shawarma and a friend's pizza. It was very tasty again. Thank you for this.

They do not read the instructions provided. I have asked several times to have my food without salad, and every time, they don't pay attention and give me salad. For some reason, they also put their salad UNDER the cheese on the kapsalon so I have to throw out all the cheese to make up for their mistake every time. It's not a nice experience.

Was heel slecht, het eten was koud en de döner was niet lekker,, broodje wat erbij zat was erg vet, 1 blaadje sla 2 stukjes komkommer en 1 klein stukje tomaat...döner was niet vers...leek opgewarmd uit de diepvries ofzo

Zou uur bezorgen zijn , wordt ruim 1 30 uur. Koude friet 3n vlees en saus vergeten en dit voor 20 euro incl 5 euro bezorgen! Heel jammer

Heerlijk gegeten! Met 3 personen een 2 per. mix grill besteld. Heerlijk mals vlees, lekkere gemarineerde kip, krokante frietjes, warme pita broodjes en verse salade! En we hebben nog vlees over😅 Ook de mix grill is een aanrader!

Eindelijk weer eens na een lange tijd Echt goeie shoarma gegeten! Grote stukken zacht vlees, verse sla en goeie knoflooksaus. Bezorging was snel en netjes, top! Wij zullen hier vaker een broodje bestellen.

Deze keer was het eten lauw en friet was slap. Eten besteld om 20:30 en het kwam pas na 21:30. Ondanks dat ik aangaf zsm bezorgen kreeg ik geen tijds indicatie van bezorging. En dan krijg je na een klein uurtje wachten ook nog is lauw eten. Vanwege het tijdstip had ik zoiets eet maar op want anders kun je misschien nog is een uur wachten op 1 schotel. Hoop de volgende keer dat het toch wel beter is, want €20,- voor 1 schotel dienst nog is lauw is bezorgd doordat de bezorger het niet kon vinden waarschijnlijk is toch weggegooid geld

Had kipsaté besteld, weinig satésaus en saus was koud. Kipsaté was goed op smaak alleen sommige stukken waren niet helemaal gaar

Als vaste klant ben ik tevreden. Diverse gerechten zijn altijd lekker en bij afhalen is het thuis nog altijd warm

Vers, lekker! In de bezorging goed warm geleverd. Tot nu toe altijd onvervalste vriendelijke bezorging. Top! Wat verder wel mooi zou zijn, is de bezorgtijd te kunnen volgen.

Ik vind de prijs stijgingen (incl. transactiekosten en bezorgkosten) wel erg groot, zeker in deze tijden kunnen stijgingen van bedrijfskosten niet altijd worden afgewend op de consument, die zal dan afhaken.

Prima zaak. Goede shoarma en spareribs

Durum doner besteld, het vet druipt eruit, misschien de volgende keer niet het vet mee in het broodje scheppen

Heel gezellig en lekker wat kunnen drinken zonder weggekeken te worden. Spijt dat we hier geen dinner hebben gegeten want Ger rook verrukkelijk. We hadden helaas al gereserveerd bij Ristorante La Grotte waar het eten echt niet lekker was.

Voor mijn gezin shoarma besteld. Bij het uitpakken zaten mijn handen vol van de olie en waren de frietjes er niet bij. Toen ik belde, kreeg ik de mededeling: het is een gekkenhuis. De shoarma was voor mijn gevoel al meerdere keren gebakken; het zat vol met harde en zwarte stukken. We hebben het weggegooid (€43,50). Ik heb nog persoonlijk een mail gestuurd naar Volkan, maar helaas geen antwoord gekregen.
