I liked coming here when I still lived in Zandvoort

Quaint pub with great food. The best part was the waitress; she was very friendly and attentive, and made you feel very welcome. The steak, burgers, and fish and chips are highly recommended.

Steak was really good, service friendly, drinks (cocktails) hit the brain.

Quaint and cozy restaurant with friendly service. We were looking forward to a delicious meal, but unfortunately that didn't work out! Had the dish of the day with plaice and fries. There were plenty of bones with some fish. The 2nd portion was beef steak with fries. The prices were absolutely fine. Steak was requested medium rare and came rare. After complaining it was a little better, but still far from medium. We would have liked the fries to be crispy, but they were rather soggy. Don't we have to visit again...

The restaurant “Wapen van Zandvoort” is a real insider tip! Very inconspicuous location, but a nice host, good food and delicious Texel beer. The regular customers are also very friendly there and the toilet is clean. It's nice to sit outside, but it's also nice inside with the music etc.

We had dinner here on New Year's Eve, it was cozy. The menu is very limited, but it was really tasty and the service was great, thank you very much.

We came here on liberty day, and couldn't believe the welcome we got from everyone. The staff were incredibly friendly, the beer was cheap, and the bbq which was laid on for us was amazing. The staff encouraged us to sing along with a couple of Dutch songs, and we performed a few English songs in return. The singing carried on well into the evening!

Völlig unscheinbar, definitiv ein Besuch wert! Frisches, leckeres Essen, Livemusik, das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Viele Einheimische im Restaurant-was für gute Qualität steht! Haben Vorspeise und Hauptgang gegessen. Alles super lecker. Gute Portionen!

Genau mein Geschmack: Ambiente, Leute. Bei unserem Besuch war nicht viel los, am frühen Abend. Aber in ganz Zandvoort ist nicht viel los. Ich würde gerne zu einem anderen Zeitpunkt wiederkommen.

Spontaan binnen gelopen en 2 drankjes gedaan, maar vinden het sfeertje zeer aangenaam. Wonen op loopafstand en komen zeker vaker.

Een echt dorpscafe waar je kunt biljarten en een goede maaltijd kunt eten tegen een vriendelijke prijs. Vriendelijke, leuke en vlotte bediening.

Eine urige alt holländische Kneipe, in der Gemütlichkeit und guter Service selbstverständlich ist. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Sehr leckeres Essen, ein kleiner Geheimtipp,ich kann nur für mich sprechen,aber hier die leckersten Pommes, auch der Hamburger war bestens,ebenfalls der Grillteller mit Hühnchen,Preise etwas günstiger wie auf der Hauptstraße.was mir noch aufgefallen ist,dass viele Einheimische hier gegessen haben bezw Essen abgeholt haben.Viel Spass beim ausprobieren.

Zeer leuk café waar je lekker kunt eten (zag er goed uit, zelf niet gegeten) met een vlotte bediening! Komen zeker terug!

Wir sind im Rahmen unseres Urlaubes auf das Lokal aufmerksam geworden. Unsere Unterkunft lag quasi direkt gegenüber! Tolles Ambiente, leckeres Bier und Rob ein klasse Typ! Hatte dort vergangenen Montag sogar ein Lied zu meinem Geburtstag gespielt bekommen! Bleibt so wie ihr seid! Ganz liebe Grüße!

De bar is ons bekend en erg gezellig. We hadden met vrienden afgesproken om een hapje te eten. De mannen hadden beiden een saté , en wij de dames hadden een steak en een biefstuk. Wij hebben daar erg van genoten net als de salade en de frietjes. Na het eten speelden de mannen een partijtje Darts en wij genoten nog na met een heerlijk wijntje.

Een gezellig eetcafé, waar de eigenaar, gastvrouw, kok en achter de bar staat. Samen met een klein team zorgt ze ervoor dat je heerlijk kan eten. Ook aan de bar is t gezellig zitten.

Gut? Nein: Phantastisch. Ok, der äußere Schein trügt ja bekanntlich. Sieht eher aus, wie eine Kneipe, in der man eher Toast-Hawai aus alten Zeiten erwartet. Die Kneipe / Gaststätte ist urig, hat ihren eigenen Charakter und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Wir hatten Kabeljau mit Gemüse und Kartoffelstampf, sowie Lammbällchen mit Pilzen und dazu Pommes. Alles frisch und ein Genuss. Freundliches Personal? Oh ja und super Gastgeber! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Immer ein Erlebnis, weil man dort immer die netten Einheimischen trifft und auch die Vereine, wie zum Beispiel ein Shanti Chor, manchmal auftritt🤗
