Wessels Echte Bakker in Wijk 3 Zandweerd

Gisteren 2 appelmeisjes gekocht en een pakje gesorteerde zoutjes . Dit bij de warme bakker in Gorssel. Wij dachten dus : dat moet goed zijn . De Appelmeisjes waren oud , niet vers en de zoute koekjes ook oud ( op achterkant stond 28.5 mei dus.) Nu is het 18 juli !!! Een goede warme bakker haalt ze uit het schap. Deze bakker verkoopt het dus nog . Blijf bij Terpstra en Wessels weg en Koop bij een goede warme bakker.

Usually a good bakery with delicious products. Unfortunately, the surprise package from Too Good To Go was very disappointing. It only contained loaves of bread and some currant buns from yesterday. You expect different products from a surprise package than from a bread package. If I had wanted a bread package, I would have ordered it the same day, so it would still have been fresh. When I mentioned this, they didn't really respond. In terms of quantity and composition, this bakery can't compete with other bakeries in the region.

After I was not helped at all at other Wessels and after I had indicated there that I wanted to take something extra tasty for my business relation and there was actually nothing left. Yes butter cake, I am not going to Aunt Trijnie. At another location nothing was said about another branch with cinnamon cake or apple cake, something tasty and nice to have with coffee. They had nothing, and colleagues where I could get something tasty she would not say anything about. I had specifically mentioned that I came from Apeldoorn and that I always have stewed pear cake made at our baker. No effort was made to help me, a customer with wishes. I accidentally ended up at this Wessels, I don't know if there are more branches, I come from Apeldoorn!!! I had to vent my anger and incomprehension on the lady there, she handled that very well I must say. There is just cinnamon cake and apple cake there, quite a lot too. Nice, friendly, smooth lady with passion for the profession and dedication, making an effort, she did, she made an effort to please me and to sell me beautiful products. Ooh, I saw a customer laughing in her shop, yes yes laughing, well that certainly doesn't happen at the Spoorstraat. Yes, because of the staff behind your back. Well what an example this location and this lady from the Constatijn Huygenstraat are. My advice is, let this lady explain and teach the people at Spoorstraat how to deal with people in a nice and customer-friendly way. Then it will work out there too, I have that much confidence in the craftsmanship of this lady. Thank you topper, for helping me so well, neatly and friendly. I ordered and bought delicious cream puffs. They tasted delicious.

The quality of the products is truly excellent. However, I picked up a "too good to go" package. (I regularly do this for the less fortunate) and that was a bit disappointing. Four loaves of bread and a bag of rolls for 5 euros isn't usually expensive. But for "too good to go," I thought it was paltry. While they suggested bringing a tray for pastries, there wasn't a single pastry or cookie. Not a big deal, as the bread is perfectly fine. But compared to what I pick up elsewhere, this is disappointing. Perhaps my expectations are too high.

Helaas sinds de overname zijn de hamkaas croissantjes veranderd van de lekkerste croistanten van Nederland, naar de slechtste. Bijgaand nog een foto van de croissantjes toen ze nog lekker waren.
