Fantastic, cozy fire inside; it instantly warms me up. And great staff and good prices.

The food is perfect and the atmosphere is cozy, friendly employees and always nice music and the service is always nice and fast

In my opinion, a good cafeteria, truly excellent, a solid 9.3. The downside, therefore not a 10, is the toilet; there's no toilet. But many cafeterias could learn from them; the sauce is just a bit too much and always too little. The people who gave this cafeteria one star don't know anything about food.

Well done. We were served promptly, and the food arrived quickly. For a Tuesday mid-afternoon, it was surprisingly busy. We received a good plate of food for a very reasonable price.

Yesterday I ordered fries and snacks. The fries had no flavor, and the snacks were inedible. Also, other customers were served first, even though it was already our turn. You won't see us again.

Salt-free fries, lots of them, and half a container of satay sauce on the side.

The food was okay...emphasis on okay, nothing special. I placed an online order, and when I picked it up, I was treated as if I were interrupting the staff's tea party. While waiting for my order, I heard the staff gossiping and complaining among themselves. Everything was done with a sigh and an eye roll, both phone calls and customers. Ladies: why did you work there? Last visit, it's a terrible place now.

order picked up, forgot something, so waited. got home the fries taste like cardboard, raspatat the same. the cheese on the fries was plastic. the rest of the hot was also not quite right. too bad!!

A modern snack bar with a typically Dutch menu: exactly what we were looking for! However, the place is no longer called "Whip Inn," but "Cafetaria Krakeel." This confused us at first, as we had been searching for a snack bar on Google. We've now suggested the change. In addition to a huge selection of soft-serve ice cream cones, sundaes, and milkshakes, they serve very good fries! In four different portion sizes ;-) There are seats outside and inside, and you order and pay at the counter. All payment methods are accepted, and food can also be ordered and picked up. This even comes in a paper bag, while everything else is actually wrapped and served in plastic. A total no-go in Germany, but completely normal here: every dish is served individually in a plastic container :-/ What's great: in addition to fries, there's a separate selection for vegetarians and there are highchairs for children. Parking is available in front of and behind the building, free and plentiful. The only deduction is for the restroom. This seems to be the employee's room, which you can use upon request and you have to go through the utility room to get there.

Fries were woefully dry, impossible to eat, no salt, couldn't even be saved with sauce. bami disc was no longer bami disc, how sad. these people need to learn how to fry.

We regularly visit this cafeteria, but it is not always customer friendly. Ordered online yesterday. Would be ready at 6:40 PM. At 7:00 PM I asked how things were going. They had completely forgotten it. When we arrived home, the order turned out to be incomplete. Called. I was put on hold only to be disconnected after about five minutes. Called again. Their answer: “sorry it's busy”. Drove back to the Whip-inn. We don't live next door, so I find it quite annoying to have to go back. There I was shown my missing order with a grumpy face. It's that the burgers are tasty, but they don't care about customer friendliness.

Hier zijn ze niet in staat om een bestelling foutloos te leveren. Mexicano kun je alleen als "menu" bestellen dus incl stokbrood, saus en rauwkost. Een losse Mexicano bestellen kan niet. Ben je thuis blijkt dat je alleen een Mexicano en 1 plakje stokbrood hebt. En wel de volle prijs betalen. Bestel je een kapsalon zonder sla, dan krijg je ook geen tomaat en komkommer. Ook regelmatig dat de saus ontbreekt. En als je hierover belt dan is het oh sorry ja het is ook zo druk..

Yesterday I was forced to get my food. The fries had way too much salt, the frikandellen were limp, the staff was very disinterested. What everyone said was true. We won't be back.

placed my order online. to avoid waiting. 40 minutes waiting time. Fine. I can take it easy. was nice and busy. But now there was one in front of me at the counter with a large order, (ordered at the counter) who received the order earlier than an online order for which I have already had a 40-minute wait. which ultimately made my waiting time 55 minutes. so if you want to eat quickly, don't order online from them... bad thing..

The chip bakers are allowed to apprentice at Snackbar Bart. Due to limited options, I got the fries here, never again! Fried way too hard, hardly any decent fries to be found. Even if I have to walk next time, I'll just go to snack bar Bart!

Went for dinner with 4 people on Tuesday evening. A neat and tidy cafeteria, with a few tables to sit inside and a nice outdoor terrace. The fries tasted really great, fresh fries and not from the freezer, that's exactly what we like. Had 3 different fries with topping, the gyros, the stew and the RamBam, what treats they were!! And really big plates full. Also some fries with a Wipinn burger sandwich, also a delicious treat to eat. Very affordable, delicious food and lots of free parking, definitely again next time we are in Hoogeveen.

This is the right place for fries and tasty snacks. Whip Inn, in the De Grote Beer shopping center in Hoogdveen. The staff are friendly and hospitable.

The receipt shows a deposit amount, but the staff refuses to give the deposit back when I hand in the bottle and show the receipt.

Fries were hard and dry, I gave them back. Mrs. offered to make a new one, but I lacked both the time and the desire for that. I won't come here again.

Goede snackbar, vriendelijk personeel

Maar weer eens een keertje hier geweest in de hoop dat het beter zou zijn. Helaas een teleurstelling: patat die niet goed gebakken is, de helft kleine harde stukjes en dan een minibakje die maar voor de helft gevuld! Snacks waren goed. Ik heb het idee dat ze ook niet zo goed met de drukte om kunnen gaan…..

Een hele fijne snackbar!!! Je kunt er fijn zitten om iets te eten en drinken, maar het meeste wordt besteld en meegenomen. Heel gevarieerd in bestellen wat je graag wilt hebben. Zeer vriendelijk personeel, ook al is het een keer erg druk, alles gaat heel gemoedelijk 👍🏻 Voor ons de nummer 1 Probeer het eens als je in de buurt bent 😁

Afhalen drama voor de zoveelste keer bestelling NIET compleet. Het kan een keertje fout gaan maar dit is nu de vierde keer dat het mis gaat. Zelfs na opnoemen bestelling controle bij afgeven wordt puur opgelezen en niet gekeken of het klopt. Ben er wel klaar mee nu!!!

Het verschild hier nogal eens, de vorige was het goed. De laatste keer bagger, het eten was lauw (ter plaatse gegeten), had aardappelschijfjes besteld maar patat gekregen. Het duurde allemaal veel te lang.

Beste snackbar in Hoogeveen! Lekkere raspatat en snacks met zeer goede service. Niet te missen in Krakeel.

Eten was altijd prima maar de laatste keer zat er aan de frikandel een zeer vreemde smaak ,dus niet opgegeten. Ook de lihanboutje was niet te eten, was gewoon korrelig of zo ,dus ook niet opgegeten. Begin 2022 weer opgehaald om te weer te proberen en nu was het een stuk beter gelukkig, daarom 1 ster erbij.

Enorm lekker,hadden gehoord dat patat piri piri lekker was,nou dat was ie zeker en ook de patat bacon cheese..komen zeker terug

De enige snackbar in Hoogeveen met zoveel vegetarische snacks keuze en ook nog eens lekkere! Heerlijk ijs en verder tiptop in orde. Aanrader!

Snackbar in de wijk, prima eten tegen een redelijke prijs. De hoeveelheid wordt wel steeds wat minder en de menu's zijn zeker minder belegd dan eerder. Daardoor wijken we nu vaker uit naar een andere snackbar.

Wat een top service!! En lekker!!! Kipsate echt een aanrader, vooral de zelfgemaakte saté saus.
