Food over an hour late, called multiple times, each time a different excuse. I fully understand that it can be busy; a quick call to your customer is a small effort then. If you don't make that effort, a review like this is more than deserved.

Placed an order more than 45 minutes late, called afterwards, and they said, "Yes, I can't do anything for you!" Eventually cancelled after an hour; this is really disappointing! Especially since you have to order for an enormous amount before they come to deliver it.

Do NOT order your food here. Especially the boba tea, skip it. The last 4 times I ordered boba tea they had no tapioca and also failed to let me know. Yesterday the boba syrup made me actually sick, it had to be rotten of some sorts. It was disgusting jelly like and way too much, mixed with random non tapioca popping. I warn you to NOT eat from Momo's, Wokki and Sushichef all together. They're all the exact same restaurant. For the past 3 months I've ordered food that just every time isn't the food I ordered. At first I thought it was just a mistake, second and third time I also blamed myself for ordering at times where they would be extra busy. But now I'm pretty sure there is something very sketchy going on here. Last time I called them to ask if they had tapioca and he straightup said: "No. And were closed." and hung up the phone. And I'm not one to find someone rude, we all have a bad day someday, but it matches a bit too perfect with their sloppy business. So don't waste your money and time here, and also don't waste your saturday being sick! Unless you wanna see it for yourself of course. Never ordering here ever again and neither should you. ❤️

Received a scandalously small poke bowl. A handful of rice with some garnish for 16 euros. Never again. Wokki's hot dishes are actually quite good, but the poke bowl is a joke. Rarely have I received so little food for so much money, and on top of that, the delivery time was 1 hour and 20 minutes for 1 simple dish. Totally Rubbish

The food I ordered was burnt and covered in eggshells. Despite the extra broccoli, there was no broccoli in it! The aftertaste was awful. I wouldn't recommend it!

I'm not one for reviews, but I felt I really had to share my experience! I always order the chicken poke bowl, which is so delicious, especially with onion topping. My husband isn't a fan of rice, so I asked if it was possible to order just chicken, and that was no problem. He enjoyed a bowl with just chicken ❤️. It's great that this was possible.

First time here to take away. Super tasty Sushi and Satay. Nice people. You can also sit there and that looks simple but still nice. Concept with multiple kitchens or types of food we also find very successful!

We waited almost 4 hours for the food. After calling 6 times, someone answered the phone and told us after three hours that they had no drivers and that one would be on its way in 5 minutes. The whole thing took another hour (12 minutes by car). Then we only ordered two dishes and the sauces were mixed up. Very weak.

Incompetent chef. I've received my order twice, and both times, ingredients were missing. Imagine forgetting two of the four ingredients you're supposed to put in. With brownies and Downies, you get even better service.

THEY STEAL MONEY!!!!! I order food, they forget to send it (they call me next day to say they forget to bring me order), but they didn’t forget to charge money for food. Of course when I claim I want my refund by thuisbezorg they said they did deliver that!! That’s maddens. No food no money. STEALERS! GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY!!!

I was always enthusiastic about Wokki, but after tonight's order I am no longer enthusiastic. It's a shame that the food is immediately bland if you choose no sauce. And the portions have suddenly become smaller while you pay the same as before with large portions. I don't know if I will order from Wokki again so soon.

They always did a good job: always tasty and fast. But the last time was different. This time I placed an order by phone. The order didn't arrive until 70 minutes later. It wasn't a weekend evening or anything, but a weekday afternoon. They had also forgotten to add an item to the order, causing the order to cost €25 instead of €30.50, as it should have been. I paid €32 in cash because the delivery driver said he would be right back with the forgotten fries. Ten minutes later, he called and said the fries were sold out. Sold out is sold out. No alternative was offered, and I didn't get my money back. I feel a bit ripped off now. I don't feel like ordering anything from this place anymore. Normally, they always do a good job, make tasty food, and deliver quickly and with good quality. This time, something went wrong. I always tip and am always friendly. I have no idea if I personally deserve such service, or if it has become like this for everyone at this place these days. I have nothing against the business itself or the people who work there. But this is not good for their reputation as a company. It is not about the fries or that €5 for me, but about customer satisfaction.

Sadly, it went down from 4 stars to 2. I don't know what happened, but it was truly tasteless. Everything was soaking wet. The extra chicken is nonsense; there's barely any chicken in it. No, I don't want this anymore.

Because I'm vegan, I also wanted to eat vegan. Unfortunately, I got a "salad," which was just a bowl of lettuce, no dressing or anything, and fries that I had to share with my son. When I got home, I was still hungry. And with what my son had eaten, 35 euros was very expensive. Not a good impression of vegan food. It's a shame, because I've learned that you can make a dish quite tasty in a vegan way.
