I gave it one star for the effort. December 31, 2025, I got oliebollen, some of which weren't quite cooked through, too dark, and tasted slightly burnt. The apple fritter wasn't cooked through; the inside still had a white layer of dough. The apple was negligible. Probably a flavoring added to the food, which left a bitter aftertaste. Too bad. I definitely wouldn't get it again. All in all, one star is actually too much.

I was treated very unkindly here. My child is in the process of potty training. He has just stopped diapers. He really needed to use the toilet. Since I used to come here often for lunch/coffee, I went inside for a quick visit. After using the toilet, I decided to buy something in the store itself. However, I wasn't even given the chance. I was immediately reprimanded by one of the employees who told me that only customers were allowed to use the toilet. I explained the situation and mentioned that I also wanted to buy something. However, the employee kept ranting. Very unfriendly and completely unhelpful in this situation. I will never come here again.

WestdamI recently bought oliebollen with currants. What a dry mess, and the currants were barely visible (see photo). All the oliebollen were like that. I would definitely recommend against this stall and get your oliebollen from the stall in Snel en Polanen; they're much tastier for the same price!

Rijnstraat 40Had a good meal. More than enough for lunch. Well-filled sandwiches and tasty coffee. Did find the tables and play area very messy.
