No reception in the basement, otherwise nice for once

First hotpot experience. The partner must first practice working with chopsticks. But once it got off to a good start, the experience was great. Wide choice of broths + protein + vegetables and noodles. There is also a separate stand where you can make your own sauce if desired. Cook everything at your own pace and enjoy it with many flavors 😇. Highly recommended to come here, especially because of the hospitality. No waste because the surplus could be taken home.

The meat comes in good portion, and there is a wide ingredient selection. Don't miss out on the skewers!

Love the food, love the music and great staff! Food as great as the Yuguo in Amsterdam :-)

My rate: 3.5/5. I enjoyed hotpot here: big portion, many sauce options, ok broths. However I'm not a fan of their BBQ. Personally I don't like cumin and they put it on almost everything. But I think Chinese may love it. Jelly fish salad was a minus point as I only tasted vinegar ;( The octopus grill was too small and not fresh ;( If you are looking for a place for hotpot, I recommend this restaurant.

The food was really nice but I would like to have been more attended, as unexperienced that would be nice if I were told that I was ordering too much. Rather than that, excellent.

Amazing bbq and friendly staff.

The people there were very friendly. The atmosphere was nicely decorated with all those lights. The food was good there and would 100% go back :)

Eating hotpot was all fine until I got to the cash register to pay. The two euro signs next to the name on Google may well be 4. 2 adults and 2 children will easily cost you €200. Yes, you read that right, €200. What did we order: shrimp beef poetie hot wings, some soft drinks and some vegetables such as champions broccoli corn. Actually nothing special. Food was okay but ABSOLUTELY not worth the money. Atmosphere is okay and staff is friendly. With my experience of eating in restaurants, this was worth a maximum of between €90/110 including tip. Oh yes, the fact that you charge money per person for the chili/oyster sauce is really a shame. Pa without the sauce there isn't much flavor to the meat and fish. New revenue model? Since it comes standard on your receipt whether you use it or not. In short, in summary. Food is a little okay. ) service is good but the price for what you get is completely outrageous. Shame. One-time visit. You would only have 4 kids. Oh, yeah. This was all WITHOUT dessert or desert or whatever you want to call it. And yes, I know everything has become more expensive, but frozen shrimp costs €7 pkg at wholesale. All products are FROZEN. several products were still frozen on the table.

While we thoroughly enjoyed our meal, one small suggestion would be to consider adding white rice to the menu as an alternative to noodles, providing guests with even more options to customize their dining experience. Additionally, while the price point may be slightly higher for those not accustomed to spending much on hotpot meals, the overall experience is undeniably delightful and well worth it.

it's a great place to eat out and it was very clean and tidy, but what was disappointing was that 1 portion was very large so we couldn't finish a lot of the food. From the rest it was a great restaurant. I would definitely like to go again

I ordered noodles and it’s instant noodles (not a complaint but stating a fact) Bbq is good. The only thing pissed me off was the owner‘s attitude. I was signaling him that I had some questions and he was very impatient. When I explained my question he didn’t let me finish. Though the food is nice I’ll not visit again.

Enjoyed the hot pot here again. They also make super tasty grilled dishes, very tasty seasoned with cumin. The cauliflower skewers are my favorite. For the hot pot the soy bean curd, pork belly and shrimp. This place is definitely recommended

Favorite hotpot in Rotterdam! It is very hidden in Blaak, so it is not very noticeable. Service is very friendly and they have good taste in music there ;) ⭐️Our recommendation: we like the skewers best here and we would come back purely for the skewers alone!

The quality of the food is very good and you can taste it. The atmosphere is also nice, you can have good conversations with your group without being bothered by others (not noisy and spacious tables). You have to order your own food using a check list and then they bring it raw to put in the hotpot yourself, so the service was not available enough for drinks or the like.

Just don’t go on with a large group. They will mess up your drinks and then also charge you extra. It wasn’t like this when I used to go frequently 2/3 years ago. Now they have new waiters workers who don’t know anything

One of our favourite hot pot places! It’s nice and secluded, but not deserted. The atomosphere is nice and there is lots of space, so it’s not crammed and hot or anything. The staff is very helpful and kind. The price you pay for the quality of the food is good. The broths for the hot pot can be made vegetarian as well, which I appreciated. Lots of fish and veggy options next to meat options is also very good to have. All in all a very tasty dinner spot to come back to often!

Tried Hot Pot and must say it was very tasty. We are almost the only Europeans in the business 😂. Explanation of service could have been a little better, it was assumed that we knew what was going on.

Visit often, the skewers are good, but the hot pot is nothing to eat. The price is also relatively expensive now, about 50 per person. There are 2 Chuanchuan and 2 Malatang stores opened in the surrounding area, so the competition is expected to be fierce.

I don't know why it has good reviews, that's why i went here after reading all of them and just then to lose money. Portions of the food were really small, expensive and taste like frozen. Order 2 sides, one with tomatoes broth and the other with mushrooms. Mostly like water with flavour. The service really suck. I booked a table online, i came in, he was guiding me to the table and told me " I guess u know everything already right?" . I was confused? Know what? Then he pointed to the QR-Code and left away? It's our first time here, how we supposed to know how it works???? We were so upset and tried to figure out, how to order stuff online through the Code. Mennn what a pain in the azz... still pissed really! 2 Person : ~65€ ( Would rather go to a steak house instead)

食品感觉不太新鲜，服务也基本没有。。进门坐下后，马上问酒水，都没看酒水单呢…我们表示看了酒水单再点…后来直接十几分钟后才来问酒水…店里也不忙..然后我们点完餐后，把餐单放在桌边…好家伙，又是10来几分钟被无视。。然后吃的东西并没有感觉很新鲜，点的烤芥菜也没上（到家才发现）….总而言之，言而总之..踩雷拉黑…

Poor, old and dirty furniture. My husband's chair leg broke off when he pushed his chair backwards. Employee offered no apologies and said nothing further. Grabbed another chair and that's it. Ordered drinks and food. There was no drink after waiting 15 minutes, we asked if it only arrived. No explanation, no excuses. Broth came after 30 minutes, a skewer came next and then after 40 minutes the cold dishes for the hotpot arrived. The employees did not come to us for extra drinks or extra orders. We had to go to them when we wanted to pay. Dogs were also allowed and they just sat on the couch. Doesn't seem that fresh to me... The prices were ridiculously high! We will never go there again!!!!!!!

Fondue and Grill Fondue was not very special. Wide choice, but standard dishes. The grill was slightly better. Unfortunately none of the dishes made us extra happy. Price-quality it is very pricey for what you get. The service was very 'cold' and we had to keep asking for drinks while several times employees saw that our glasses were empty.

My gf and I were looking for a restaurant to eat at and when we walked in we were greeted nicely by the personel and even though we didnt reserve they had a table for us. First time at a hotpot and grill place but the skewers were delicious. The marinade they used gave the food so much extra flavour. Would definitely recommend checking out.

Really cute place with delicious food. The staff is very friendly and the food is very nice. We've eaten here multiple times and it's been a great experience every time. It's a bit pricey but that's totally fine for all the food you get with hotpot. Making your own sauce is also very fun.

Ben hier met een vriendin gaan eten. Vriendelijk personeel. Je zit aan tafel en krijgt een lijst waar je kan aanvinken welk soep je wilt en welk vlees en groente je erbij wilt voor het hotpotten. Als alles aan tafel is kan je de soep aandoen en kan je je vlees en groenten er zelf in doen. Mijn vriendin koos de mushroom broth en ik de spicy kimchi, beiden superlekker. Alleen zou ik je afraden om de spicy broth te nemen als je normaal niet pittig eet. Ik kan heel pittig eten en heb toch wat moeten tranen en snotteren. Daarnaast kan je ook cold starters en grilled vlees en vis bestellen.

第一天还在试营业的时候碰上了，之后去过很多次，只能说味道大不如从前了。 开始火锅好吃烧烤也行。在很长时间没去过之后，前几天又去，发现价格上调了不少，餐桌设计太不方便了，中间占了大部分放锅底，但是锅小的要命，更要命的是锅底的位置超低，非常非常不方便，大个桌子全浪费了不必要的空间。 再就是汤底，真的相比以前降了好几个水平，清汤锅真清汤，无滋无味，辣锅不辣且仅又辣，没任何丰富的口感。本来奔着吃过瘾去的，还请了同样去吃过几次的朋友，果断被我们封杀了，也就是这一次了！

Geweldige formule, heerlijk eten op een mooie, bruisende locatie. Zelf in 2 verschillende smaken bouillon je bestelde gerechten "fonduen". Alles was heerlijk.. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

First time hotpot at this place, very good! The mushroom broth was not that flavorful, but the spicy was really good! If you really like spicy i recommend the spicy broth. Beside that the food was great and the staff were nice.

We zien zelden zo’n vriendelijke staff, het eten was lekker. Gisteren was onze tweede keer hier, en we komen zeker nog terug.

Gezellige sfeer en vriendelijk personeel plus het is heerlijk. Barbecue en hotpot. Kom hier zeker nog terug!

Fijne tent, was hier met Chinees nieuwjaar dus het zat stampvol. Nog steeds vlot geholpen door fijn personeel. Wij hadden dit nog nooit gedaan, alles fijn aan ons uitgelegd, veel keuze uit dingen die je normaal niet zo snel eet (verscheidene paddestoelsoorten, groentes, vlees). Smaakt erg goed, ik kan dit zeker aanraden.

Hotpotten is meer een beleving. Maar niet voor herhaling vatbaar. Voor de prijs ga ik liever naar chinees buffet restaurant, ben ik ook goedkoper en veel keuze.

Ik denk dat dit eerder met smaak te maken heeft. Ik had de mushroom bouillon en vond dit qua smaak wel meevallen. Ben zelf vegetariër dus zal vast daarmee te maken hebben. Personeel was vriendelijk, zag er leuk ook. Beetje knus. Je betaald per product/schaaltje.

Great little restaurant that is actually hard to find. Food is great, and can be ordered in various forms of spicy. Be aware that due to the nature of the restaurant/food your clothes will smell like the soup.

Went by myself for only the grill. It was chill and stress free on a Monday. Treat yourself too to a 烤五花 and烤腰子 👌
