Had a fantastic lunch!! Tasty, but also very attractively presented. Plenty of cushions for the wicker chairs outside; in short: a pleasant surprise!

I asked if they had a vegan option for pastries. But they only had banana bread. Too bad. But a little later they came back and reported that they had baked almond cookies that morning for a high tea. Wow, I have rarely eaten such delicious almond cookies. According to my wife, the orange cake turned out really well too! It is always a pleasure to go to the Esveld garden center; if only for Yume.

Lovely little find a bit off our track but couldn't find a coffee stop for miles till we saw a sign for this garden centre. We had apple pie and a coffee and it was delicious. Nice relaxing surroundings.

At the beginning of this year, I decided to celebrate my 70th birthday at Yume, located in the beautiful Esveld botanical garden in Boskoop. I made the choice largely based on intuition, and after a pleasant conversation with owner Catalijn, the date was set for June 21st. It turned out so well!! Everything was arranged down to the last detail. The outdoor terrace was atmospherically decorated, the appetizers were deliciously fresh and prepared and presented with an eye for detail. The cakes were incredibly tasty and the atmosphere was relaxed. The staff was super friendly, helpful, attentive, and spontaneous. I had a fantastic day and savored this amazing experience for days afterwards. Catalijn and team, thank you so much again, and for anyone still looking for a nice location for a quiet yet atmospheric and tasteful birthday, anniversary, family celebration, etc.: DO IT!! We were a group of about 50 people. Young and old, and everyone enjoyed themselves. I have received nothing but nice and enthusiastic reactions. P.s. I chose a Sunday because the botanical garden is closed to the public then, so you can quietly enjoy the peace and quiet and the trees, plants, and shrubs. There are vegetarian menu options, and special dietary requirements are taken into account.

What a super nice place, it's just a shame that it's not nice to walk there.

The high tea was excellent. The upstairs atmosphere was more practical than cozy, which we knew beforehand. Due to humidity, we couldn't go into the greenhouse. It was a shame that we were somewhat overlooked at 5 p.m.

What a wonderful place. Excellent lunch, great menu. Plenty of choice. We'll definitely be back.

Last Saturday, we celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary at Yume. The tables in the greenhouse were beautifully set, followed by a delicious high tea. We received compliments from many guests on how cozy it was, and also because of the informal atmosphere. Highly recommended!

The decor is warm and inviting, creating just the right atmosphere for enjoying a good cup of coffee or a refined tea. The selection of cakes and pastries is fantastic – fresh, homemade, and carefully prepared. You can tell there's a lot of love and passion behind it. The service is also incredibly friendly, making your visit even more enjoyable. In short: a hidden gem in Boskoop, perfect for relaxing and enjoying yourself. Highly recommended!

Excellent lunch menu. We had a delicious tuna grilled cheese sandwich. We had a lovely time sitting outside on the terrace.

And a topper. Food is very tasty, location is atmospheric and rich in history. I will definitely come back, in the summer or autumn when the maples are in bloom. It is part of the Japanese maple garden and botanical garden Esveld. And that is also an unexpected pleasure.

Wonderful relaxed atmosphere! Great service and delicious products... The demand for vegan/plant-based products is also not surprising. The smoothie was delicious! But this time I also enjoyed corn bread with grilled and fresh vegetables, a delicious latte machiato with oat milk and a tasty (small) vegan pastry! What a delicious flavor explosion! We always enjoy the meeting facility! Delicious tea, coffee, soft drinks, lunch, pastries... you can order everything. The meeting room is very cozy and attractively decorated, with projector, flipchart, and everything you need (such as WiFi and sockets)!

The friendliest service, good coffee, tasty soft drinks and all in the beautiful surroundings of the Esveld botanical garden. And then the apple pie. That one is fabulous. Maddeningly delicious. Better than grandma's apple pie. Dudok apple pie is nothing like it. The only apple pie that, in our opinion, can compete with it is the one served by café Kobus Kuch from Delft. But Yume's apple pie is number one. Sublime. Ten with a pencil. Going to taste that! Doing!

Atmospheric appearance, delicious high tea!

Beautiful nursery, large and spacious with a wide range of trees, plants and flowers. And a nice tea house to have something to eat.

What a nice and cozy tent. Had lunch here today, bread with carpaccio tasted good. Salmon salad also tasted good, the amount of lettuce could have been a little more.

Celebrated the birth of our daughter at Yume with family and friends. Catalijn and Floortje have ensured that we can look back on a very successful maternity drink! What a fantastic afternoon it was and we received such enthusiastic responses from everyone! A top location and delicious cakes and sweets. Everything was possible, really great! High tea viel me tegen. Hartig deel voldoende en erg lekker Heel weinig zoet en niks uit de taartvitrine. Prijs/ kwaliteit verhouding niet goed. 30 euro pp en niet één stukje taart!

The food was delicious and the atmosphere is great. It is a beautiful location. We did not visit the garden itself, but inside it is very nice and cozy. The people are friendly.

Cozy, excellent quality, not only of the coffee and tea, but also top lunch dishes. The flatbread with spicy chicken is highly recommended, as is the orange cake.

Een heerlijke brunch gehad met m'n familie! Een echte aanrader voor mensen, ook met dieet-wensen en intoleranties. Zonder gluten en kippen-eiwit ( 1 persoon) een echt op en top verzorgde brunch gehad. Ook zonder noten en pinda, voor een ander iemand, was het helemaal goed en heel uitgebreid. We hebben allemaal heerlijk gegeten en genoten hier!!

What a nice hidden place. We had high tea with the family and it was delicious. The different fresh types of tea are really tasty. The presentation of the snacks was very nice and the taste was delicious. Highly recommended and we will definitely return in the summer.

I had dinner at Yume with my friend. A 2 course lunch, coffee/tea with cake. The coffees (Latte Macchiato & Cappuccino) and the pastries (Apple Pie 2x) were delicious. We had pumpkin soup as a starter. This tasted delicious, just a little on the spicy side. As a main course my friend had the brie sandwich with walnuts and honey. My friend didn't like the brie and the staff offered to prepare something else for him. My friend chose the ham and cheese sandwich, which was delicious and included ketchup. I had a caprese sandwich. In addition to the arugula, there were also violets on the sandwich. I didn't like this as much, but I removed the flowers and enjoyed the fresh tomato, mozzarella and pesto flavors! Furthermore, it is a cozy coffee house with a lot of nature books that you can read, but also buy! Friendly staff, nicely decorated and good service. To be repeated!

Heerlijke high tea bij catalijn gegeten. Heel veel keus en het fijne is dat er ook rekening wordt gehouden met voedselallergie of speciale wensen. Het eten was te gek!!! Ik kom snel weer

Ik ben hier nu voor de tweede keer geweest. Ik heb dit keer een koffie met heerlijke zelfgemaakte Sinaasappel cake genomen, Het was weer heerlijk, en weer heel gezellig, op het terras gezeten, met uitzicht op het water. En de bediening was erg vriendelijk. Een aanrader !

We kwamen voor plantentuin Esveld en ontdekte hier Yume koffie- en theehuis. Sinds kort heeft Yume een nieuwe eigenaresse. Een hele lieve en vriendelijke dame, Catalijn. We hebben hier geluncht en een gebakje gegeten. Zowel de cappuccino als het het eten was overheerlijk. Voor de geïnteresseerden. We hadden een brood-“je” zalm en pittige kip. Laat dat “je” maar weg, want het brood was, zoals op de foto te zien, rijkelijk belegd. Ze had de taart die ochtend vers gebakken en het was nog lekker warm bij het serveren. We kregen er ook iets meer dan een toefje slagroom bij, wat het helemaal heeft afgemaakt. We gingen goed gevuld en met een voldaan gevoel naar huis. Een bezoek aan Yume is een echte aanrader!

Verheugde me op echte huisgemaakte appeltaart . Deze was zó gladjes, 99% kans dat het fabriekstaart was. Huisontdooid misschien?

Een leuk theehuis met een mooie theekaart en heerlijke broodjes. Hele vriendelijke mensen en een droom van een gevulde boekenkast! Gelegen op een uitgebreide kwekerij is het zeker een must. 👌

Erg leuke sfeer en gastvrije eigenaren! Top plek om van de omgeving en tuinen te genieten onder het genot van een uitstekende koffie en wat lekkers. Veel bio en eerlijke producten aanwezig. Ik kom in ieder geval snel weer terug!
