I tasted Syrian cuisine for the first time. My wife had mezze with makdous and I had eggplant bites. We loved it. We'll definitely be back.

The food, frankly, was not good. The rice was cold, the kibbeh with yogurt tasted strange and did not contain salt, and the fried kibbeh was wet. The food was expensive for nothing. We, two people, paid about 60 euros.

I had a delicious meal at this restaurant in Zoetermeer's picturesque Dorpsstraat. The very friendly staff serve authentic Syrian dishes in a relaxed setting. I'll definitely be back!

Absolutely delicious and authentic Syrian food! As a Halabi, I can say this place truly brought me back home. The flavors were spot on, rich, balanced, and comforting in a way that's hard to find outside of Syria. Every bite reminded me of my mother's cooking and the vibrant food culture of Aleppo. The atmosphere was cozy, and the hospitality made the experience even better. Highly recommended for anyone looking for real, heartwarming Syrian cuisine. Can't wait to come back!

This was our very first introduction to Syrian cuisine and we are very happy that we were able to experience it here. From the moment we entered, we felt welcome. We were welcomed with open arms and the atmosphere was warm and hospitable. The service was friendly, sincere and personal. You can feel that the people here work with love. We came especially for the maklouba, but unfortunately it was gone. To our surprise and great appreciation, the lady from the restaurant prepared it especially for us. What service! And it was more than worth the wait. Delicious, full of flavor and prepared with care. Everything we tasted was fresh, richly spiced and clearly prepared with care. This is a place where you come not only to eat, but also to experience a bit of culture and cordiality. We will definitely come back here!

Good but not special. Expensive compared to the quality of the food. The lady inside treated me a bit dry and mistreated me. The food, as I said, is not bad, but for me personally, it was a one-time experience. I will not drive towards it again.

Had a great meal at Zaytoona! We had a great meal. We picked up wraps with chicken and kebab – both really delicious and well filled. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Highly recommended! Next time we will definitely eat there.

After the week opened, we were going to live in Zaytoona, and it was new and old. Als Syriërs kunnenen we zeggen: it is of this style Syrische keuken, traditionaleel of your name. What's more important, we were waiting for you on a date. This time in bed was on the verge of writing. The heat in the restaurant was warm in the heat. We are more excited about this! We visited Zaytouna restaurant last week, and honestly, it was some of the best food I had tasted outside of Syria. The food is very good and really resembles home food, original flavors and clean. Also, the girl who works in the restaurant is extremely kind and respectful, she and her family are the owners of the restaurant. They are received with all love and the atmosphere of the restaurant is also warm and tidy. I seriously advise anyone who loves Syrian cuisine to try it

Exterior neat and clean! Varied menu, something for everyone. We were there for lunch and will definitely come back (for dinner). Highly recommended.

We regularly eat out and for the price we paid, we have had much better experiences in other restaurants. Although the individual dishes are reasonably priced, we found the family dinners very expensive for what we got. This was confirmed by friends who are familiar with your cuisine, and they also felt that the prices are high in relation to the quantity and quality of the food. We really had different expectations of the family menus, especially considering the price. If we had known in advance what we would get, we probably wouldn't have chosen that option. Even though we thought it was way too expensive, they also made a mistake by making us pay 8 euros more. Never again this restaurant for us!!!!

Heerlijk! Prachtige please, lekker en gezellig sfeer. The restaurant is amazing, the food is very good, the service is excellent and kind, and the best thing is that they added Helwan baklava. The fall of the tyrannical regime 🥰 I advise everyone who wants to try a nice and elegant place to come there.

One of the best Syrian restaurants in all of the Netherlands, Fantastic homemade food that can be enjoyed by anyone. The service was excellent with the server constantly checking in on our experience. This is a must go for anyone in Zoetermeer. Quality of the food is perfectly worth the price and its shocking that this restaurant is not more popular. Atmosphere is very nice, calm and cozy with nice music choices

Restaurant in the old village center of Zoetermeer. The owners are very friendly people so this review is quite difficult. The food itself is fine. I had the Zaytoona I. A combination dish with a quantity of truly biblical proportions. I found some of the meat quite dry, while the chicken was again excellent. Salad was boring and tasteless. The presentation of the food was excellent. The restaurant itself has a cozy feel and the service is friendly. What bothers me, however, is promising that you will email the invoice (cash register didn't work well) and you don't hear or see anything anymore. Very unfortunate.
