To be honest, the fish organs didn't need to be fried along with the rest. That is something to keep in mind. I threw away more than I ate.

They were not friendly, and when you ask for something, you get ignored. A family of 6 people only received 1 small bowl of sauce, and everything cost more than 100 euros. I am never coming back here!

Fish is bland no seasoning, calamari oily. Shrimp was good. Fish soup tasteless like hot water. Overall not happy but maybe it was just a bad day.

It's a nice place, but it would be great if there were some alternatives to the fish, like rice

Eerlijk gezegd was het eten vreselijk. De garnalen lieten zich niet pellen, de visfilets smaakten bitter en de gegrilde vis was bijna rauw. Helaas was de rekening €75.

It took a very long time for the food to be brought, and if you point out what you want, a huge amount is immediately served up. It was so busy that you couldn't even understand the staff, making ordering very difficult. Only when we asked if we could have cutlery and our ordered food did we receive it after 30/45 minutes. The food had no taste, unfortunately. Respect to the servers who were still friendly enough to handle our requests.

Overall hygiene is poor. The floor is filthy and slippery, and the toilets are absolutely disgusting. The bread basket had mold and crumbs from years ago. There was a crack in the plate. The table was also dirty, with food scraps from previous customers still on it. The salad is tasty, and the fish is also excellent. It's a shame the hygiene is so poor, otherwise I would eat here more often.

One of the best seafood restaurants in Eindhoven. I've visited this place more than once. The staff are friendly and the service is excellent. Most importantly, the dining area is spotless, and there's no unpleasant odor. This is due to the owner's commitment to excellence and customer comfort. No matter what I say, I highly recommend everyone try this wonderful restaurant and experience its lovely atmosphere. Thank you.

Not child-friendly. They had high chairs but no changing table or microwave to warm up the potty, so we had to walk to the cappuccino bar to arrange that. The fish was truly awful, so limp. The staff were also not friendly to us, certainly not a second time!

We saw online that they closed at 10:00 PM. We came from Den Bosch. Arriving at exactly 9:00 PM, we were told they were closed... plenty of tables occupied by people still eating! We weren't even asked what we wanted to order. A dish was ready in 15-20 minutes! This was the first and last time we'd ever walked into this place. If I'd read the reviews earlier, we wouldn't have even bothered driving back and forth.

Was great place , delicious sea food and they were all fresh and were cook instantly on stove . Definitely will recommend this to everyone.

There's plenty of space between tables. ✅ You choose the fish you want, and they prepare it immediately (within 5-10 minutes). ✅ The salad is delicious! ❗️There's insufficient ventilation inside, so you can smell the fish and oil. ❗️They serve the anchovies (hamsi) without cleaning them. I definitely wouldn't recommend them!

The food was disgusting, I only ate a few bites, it was simply inedible, I left half of it, the kibbeling was hard, just like the calamari, if I had known that, I wouldn't have even gone there to eat.

Went to dinner with the family today, but it was utterly disappointing! The food quality was extremely poor: the shrimp were black inside and had an unhealthy odor. Dishes seemed to have been thrown together without any care or presentation, making them look and taste completely unappetizing. The hygiene also left much to be desired. The floor in the restaurant was slippery, and the tongs used to scoop the raw fish were simply stuck between the wall and the display case after use. A large piece of cardboard, used as a tray for the fried fish, was placed between the deep fryer and the grill plate, which not only looked dirty but could also be dangerous. Furthermore, the staff's behavior was very disappointing. Behind the counter, people were shouting loudly at each other, which was disruptive and very unprofessional. This definitely doesn't contribute to a welcoming atmosphere. For us, this was a very bad experience and definitely the last time we'll be back. It's a shame that a family dinner is so disappointing due to poor quality, poor hygiene, and unprofessional staff.

The food was overly seasoned, so you could barely taste the fish flavor. And the tomato sauce was just tomato puree that they heated up. That's a shame.

No any taste , zero salt. calamari and shrimp were utterly disaster. Calamari is served without sauce. The inside smells quite bad due to lack of ventilation system. The plates and cutleries were dirty. Disappointed 🤦‍♀️ I don’t recommend it at all !

The restaurant and food are good, but the prices are very high.

Unfortunately, the food was disappointing. We ordered kibbeling, salmon, and anchovies, but none of it was particularly good. The kibbeling was limp, the salmon tough, and the anchovies barely had any flavor. Maybe we were just unlucky that day, but based on this experience, I wouldn't recommend it.

Bad, ordered kibbeling and got calamari. Four portions, but it clearly wasn't four. Called to resolve it and got the response: "Sorry, bro."

Fresh fish, friendly staff (and patient), decent quality food. Room for improvement: - Better ventilation is needed as the fish cooking smell fills the dining area which is not preferred when you walk in with kids. - Bathrooms are not bad, but would be nice to have it cleaned more often during the day.

Great fish restaurant, clean, fresh fish, plenty of selection, friendly staff and owner, and definitely reasonably priced. We came here for the first time to eat after I discovered this restaurant via google. It was immediately noticeable that the staff did not communicate well with us. We heard later that some did not speak Dutch and some staff did not feel like having a conversation perhaps because they were tired because the restaurant was very busy with turning orders. We were told that the air conditioning was broken with a leak and a bucket in the middle of the restaurant and a lot of flies because of the heat. The food was nicely served on the plate only a lot of oil on the fish! was not very crispy because of that maybe the manager can do something with this honest review and they can see this as points for improvement then I will give the restaurant 10/10 big nice space a lot of stock of fish good luck!

Upon entering there was already an unpleasant man/owner, yuck! I really hate these kind of people.. Didn't even say hello, immediately like go sit there.. gesticulating.. shouting ugly at one of the young men who work there. The concept of the restaurant is very unclear. You can choose fish from the display case and salad. Or fries.. Not knowing that a whole plate costs 6 euros for the salad.. We had only taken a tiny bit. Also not knowing that the fish costs €30 per kilo. We ate something. It was ok, but seemed much less than ordered... The staff are otherwise friendly. The young man we paid with understood that we had only taken a small amount of salad and adjusted it nicely, that's why 3 stars for the service.. will we come back here? No.

My first time in Eindhoven and a friend who comes every Saturday said it was a must visit and I am so glad we did! The fish was so fresh, cooked so quickly and tasty, the team worked so well together bringing bread, preparing salad, and the cook was masterful! I wish I was here longer to eat here again. If ever in the area, it is a must visit eatery to experience!

Customer unfriendly everything was also cold

It was our first time eating there. The food was good and the service was ok, but even though it wasn't busy, we had to wait longer and people who ordered after us got their food first. That made me wonder how that was possible. The food wasn't salted enough, but there is salt on the table to add. A suggestion would be to add some chili powder to the sauce or offer a separate spicy sauce.

Booked a week in advance and called again a day in advance to confirm and still nothing was ready There were 24 of us without iftar And they still lie and say that they were not aware of the heights and it's a pity that I advise everyone to think 10 times before making a reservation.

Restaurant ging net open. Dus waren de eersten. Je kunt niet reserveren. Dus het was op de gok er heen. Je komt binnen in een mooie ambiance. Voor veel licht achter wat donkerder. Je moet helemaal doorlopen naar achteren. Daar werden we geholpen door een niet Nederlands sprekende meneer, hij riep duidelijk iemand anders erbij, die veel ja zei maar ons ook niet helemaal leek te begrijpen. Aangegeven dat we dingen apart wilden laten bakken ivm glutenallergie. Niet echt het idee dat ze dat begrepen. Pas dus op als je allergieën hebt! Eerst werd er een schaal glutenvrij gemaakt. Alles met dezelfde tang gepakt. Daarna de andere schaal klaargemaakt. Als laatste werden er krabkroketjes gepakt bij die schaal. Toen werd de tang van die krabkroketjes op de andere schaal gelegd. Bij het grillen welke het er even op dat de meneer die ons hielp de plaat niet wilde schoonmaken. Maar… we waren toch de eersten? Drinken mag je zelf pakken. Daarin hebben ze een goed assortiment we kregen geen drankenkaaet aangereikt maar andere mensen bestelden Marokkaanse thee. Die hebben we ook geprobeerd. Die was echt zoals in Marokko dus dat was super! Bij het naar huis gaan wilden we graag de leftovers meenemen. Alles werd een beetje in een zak gegooid zowat… De eigenaar vroeg of we lekker hadden gegeten. Dat dan weer wel. De rekening was voor met zijn drietjes lunchen €71 voor 3 stukken zalm, een witvis, 2 porties garnalen, een portie gamba’s, nog een klein visje geen idee welke dat was, inktvisringen, een paar krabkroketjes, 4 drankjes, twee tomaatachtige sausjes

Great place if you want to eat seafood. You can choose what you want and they cook it in the moment for you. We usually go when it’s empty and very quiet which is nice. They don’t sell any alcoholic drinks by the way. The pictures are from several times that we have been here.

Had a very unpleasant experience in this restaurant in 2022. There is an unprofessional and misogynistic atmosphere. Upon entering we were stared at and greeted by a few old, unknown men. Since my girlfriend and I thought this was misogynistic, we told the staff. The response of the employee in question was: “They don't touch you, do they?” Furthermore, I have the impression that the staff has little experience in serving staff, because for example they do not ask which salad you want, but just put a random salad on your plate. Finally, the food was delivered too late (the food was already cold), because the employee had forgotten to give us the “alarm”. We were also blamed for that, because the employee said that we had to grab it from the table independently. But we didn't even know she was using this system. We were not informed by the staff.

The restaurant had a lovely ambiance. However, it was slightly confusing as the prices were not displayed. When I inquired about the pricing, I was informed that payment would be made after the meal. So I ordered and ate and ate without knowing how much it would cost ! The cost for one kilogram is 30 euros, while a salad costs 6 euros and fries cost 4 euros. Overall, the experience was satisfactory, although the taste of the food was not particularly exceptional. Nevertheless, I believe it is worth trying at least once.

Ik bestel twee aparte schotels en kan een gezin niet eten want die mag geen garnalen wegens allergie. Echt heel raar en geen oplossing ... Ÿ

You then choose without knowing how many kg or grams you already have on your plate, as I cannot see that without a scale. And the gentleman just continues to create. So it turned out after we got the bill that we had scooped almost 1.5. After you have ordered, you sit down and they will bring the fish when it is fried. To be fair, the prawns were lukewarm, the rest were fried too hard or fried for too long, so they didn't taste as they should. Too bad, because I think it is a good concept.
