This is hands down the best ice-cream shop in Eindhoven! The people are very friendly and the ice-cream is amazing. Do yourself a favour and try the mocha or one of the fruit flavours! My family loves to get ice cream as a treat from here. Edit: After five years I keep finding myself coming back! Their ice cream is amazing and bubble teas are also!

Beautiful ice cream parlor and the display case looks delicious. My son really liked the ice cream. Note: take the star ratings and reviews with a large grain of salt. People who leave a 5-star review receive a gift/reward/incentive. To my surprise, I saw this happen several times with kids who quickly left a 5-star review just to get this gift. Incidentally, this also goes against the rules of Google Reviews (not very collegial or fair to other ice cream parlors). And it is inconvenient for people checking the reviews (because the high rating means absolutely nothing in this case). Personally, it was a good experience, but left an unpleasant aftertaste due to the lack of fairness.

We love coming here for the ice cream from Zin in ljs, but unfortunately, the workflow behind the counter leaves a lot to be desired. The last two times, the same thing happens every time: my son gets his cup of ice cream immediately, but I then have to wait an incredibly long time for my Dizzy. Meanwhile, the employee first helps new customers at the checkout, while I (and other customers waiting for a Dizzy) are simply ignored. Only when the line at the counter is gone is the Dizzy finally made. During my last visit, I saw the same thing happen with another customer, while two employees were standing there chatting pleasantly. I have already reported this to the staff twice, but nothing changes. It is a real shame, because the ice cream is delicious, but this service ruins the fun. Please ensure that orders per customer are simply completed in one go!

I thought, I'm in Woensel shopping center, let me give them one more chance to leave a better impression, but this time I got really angry. Last time, they charged 13 euros for a cup of strawberries and chocolate sauce, but now they charged 6.85 for 5 mini chocolates because (the owner himself, mind you) included the chocolates in the weight including the box. This is theft! A box is not allowed to be included in the weight. Additionally, the waiting time was extremely long; one had to wait at least 15 to 20 minutes for an ice cream. And that wasn't due to the crowds, but because three employees weren't helping each other and people weren't working efficiently. Ice creams are too small for the price they charge. We are all allowed to make a profit, but not in this way. This is truly the very last time I have been to this scammer.

We just got two scoops of Italian ice cream. Unfortunately, the ice cream was very disappointing. To be honest, the ice cream from the supermarket tasted even better, even though it cost €2.30 per scoop. The shop itself looks nice and well-maintained, and the employee was friendly. It is a shame that the quality of the ice cream does not match the appearance of the shop!

Whether we get a bubble tea, ice cream, bubble waffle, a cup of coffee, or chocolates, it is delicious every single time! A beautiful and cozy place to sit, with top-notch staff and good service! Good value for money. In short, highly recommended!!!

It's a really great place, with lots of ice cream, delicious bubble tea, and delicious chocolate, and they also sell dizzies. It's my go-to place for ice cream and bubble tea; it's conveniently close and affordable. You can park anywhere, and parking isn't too expensive either.
