Good ice cream and has many different and original options. Good ice cream shop option for Eindhoven. It is a bit at the sweet side for me.

Blech.... no one wants ice cream with lavender and langoustines. And then those little black cones... yuck.

The ice cream is absolutely amazing! 🍦 The quality, flavor, and texture are outstanding. I can honestly say it’s on the same level as Crna Ovca in Serbia, which is one of the best ice cream places I know. Definitely one of the best ice creams I’ve had since I moved to the Netherlands.

Not the same as before. Unfortunately this happens when a business becomes too famous, they then become arrogant and with bad quality. In the beginning they try to be nice, welcome everybody to a point of even wiping your lips after each bites you take. The idea is to spread the words to others to attract more customers. After some time they don’t even care and they got attitude. I returned to this place after 3 years, I used to go very frequently in the past. The girl serving the ice cream is not customer friendly at all. No smile, no greeting, she doesn’t even answer if you greet her. Shes like: pay your money, take your ice cream and go away.. this kind of attitude.. anyway, I’ll never ever return there again.

Upon recommendation from Van der Valk we visited this parlor. We had two scoops each. My sister went for the Tiramisu and Salted Caramel and I had the Tiramisu and Creme Brulee. Nice location and cute spot.

Go here if you want to eat really good ice cream. The flavors are unique and super tasty. Lots of choice and the quality is truly next level. It is also a beautiful shop and there is a nice place to sit, both inside and outside. There are 18 varieties you will definitely find in the assortment, such as Tony's Chocolonely Caramel Sea Salt, Monchou - Cherry Bastogne, Yogurt Lemon Curd and more. Vegan options too.

Delicious ice cream with authentic taste options. One warning: some flavors do not contain milk and are more like sorbet, but there is no indication which is which. This makes a big difference in terms of taste. You need to study in advance from their website and go there with a decision or ask them. Depending on the day, there might be a queue but it generally goes fast. Internal decoration is definitely unique.

The ice cream was almost inedible, it was so sour.

There is something here for everyone. The range of creative flavors really draws you in and makes you want to try more. The cookie flavor was good and tasted just as expected. The spekkoek flavor, however, was a letdown. It lacked the rich, spiced profile you do expect and came across as quite bland. That was especially disappointing, given how unique and promising the flavor sounds.

We were eager to try Intelligentia's ice cream. You'll find a wide variety of unusual flavors (dragon fruit, crunchy lemon, banana-pecan, etc.). All the flavors we tried were expertly executed. The biscuit cone itself was light and thin, perfect for ice cream. It's also worth noting that their coffee is delicious too.

Unfortunately, they don't have lactose-free milk ice cream here. I expected more from an intelligent ice cream parlor. Especially since it's easily possible with lactose-free milk. I went there personally and they really don't have it. Just like Kees, he doesn't have it either. Not even one kind. It's just not smart. Those 12 lactose-free ice creams are made from sorbet and aren't milk ice creams. That one lactose-free milk ice cream is never to be found for some reason. It shows that they don't care about people who are lactose intolerant...

Very tasty fresh and affordable ice cream in a nice cozy top location

Intellegentia has been taken over by one of the employees for a while now, but the ice cream itself hasn't changed; it's still some of the best ice cream you can get in and around Eindhoven. And yes, you do pay for it, "unfortunately." Two scoops (or three scoops) cost over 13 euros (depending on which ice cream you choose, as not all ice cream is priced the same), so keep that in mind if you're bringing your screaming kids. Delicious, pricey, but enjoyable.

A super fun ice cream shop where they sell more than just the standard flavors. The shop has a very pink decor and is a true paradise for anyone with a sweet tooth. We regularly cycle past and always order a two-scoop ice cream. It costs €1.90 per scoop. They offer flavors like blood orange, white chocolate with roses, lemon with basil, and more, but they also offer the more standard flavors. The cones are black, which makes them very photogenic.

The ice cream here is really delicious! At first the price seemed a bit high. We paid 17.20 euros for two cones with two scoops each. But after contacting them it turned out to be a mistake. When I stopped by, Jeffrey solved it really well. Really great service and very customer friendly. All in all a nice experience and incredibly delicious ice cream!

Special flavours that are sometimes very tasty, but sometimes just raise questions. The sorbet contains a lot of fruit and that can be tasted. Outside there is enough space to sit. That is a good thing, because I have the idea that there is a curse on this building (voices come from the walls). The decoration is nice.

Very poor service, ordered ice cream and Dubai strawberry cup to take away (this was also indicated when ordering), then she gave ice cream and cup without a lid, without paper over the ice cream cup. I had the cone with pistachio and cookies ice cream. Both of them were very good and pistachio was super creamy, even buttery. Price was good, 2.2€. Service was fast even with a lot of people. Only bad side is that they don’t have a lot of place to sit, so most people buy and leave.

We entered Intelligentia for the Magical Afternoon Tea with high expectations, partly due to the positive reactions to the previous Harry Potter editions. Unfortunately, the experience turned out to be anything but magical. We started with a round of green tea, after which we had to wait a long time for the amuse. This consisted of frozen piccalilli, frozen gherkin shavings and Parmesan foam – a combination that we all found downright unappetizing. The amuse was served with a bubble full of smoke, which gave a nice visual effect, but unfortunately this was the only truly 'magical' element of the high tea. Then we were given a tier with savory and sweet snacks. Our tea had already finished, but the waiter did not give us a chance to order more. Between bringing and clearing the plates, we were not asked if we wanted anything to drink. The savory snacks were again disappointing, with the sole exception of a mushroom patty. The mini quiche was still frozen on the inside, the bread of the sandwich was old and dry, and the bruschetta was nothing more than tomato with balsamic vinegar, and so quite tasteless. We then had to wait again before we got new tea and the scones were served and so we could start with the sweet snacks. The sweet snacks and scones were fine, although some flavors were not quite to the taste. Yet here too there was little noticeable magical theme and, especially considering the price, it felt substandard. The room contained a few decorative elements, but did not feel particularly atmospheric or thematically decorated. The tea itself was also bland and we were not allowed to choose which flavors of tea we got. All in all, this high tea was a big disappointment. We had hoped for a magical experience and for this price of 40 euros per person we simply expected much more.

I like sorbet, but this is too sweet and the aromas are so strong I just couldn't finish eating it. I guess Netherlands is not the best place to buy icecream :D

Vandaag de Magical Afternoon Tea gehad bij Intelligentia. Mooie ruimte, lekkere bijzondere gerechten die je niet overal krijgt. Gerechten waren mooi opgediend en werden goed uitgelegd. Unieke ervaring! Ik kom zeker terug bij een nieuw thema!

I really don't understand what everyone finds so special about this. Upon entering the ice cream parlor, you walk through to the room where the magical high tea takes place. We were assigned our spot at the window between the 2 rooms. Not the most pleasant place. I didn't find the room very cozy anyway. Yes, there are some candles hanging from the ceiling on a string and there are some nice knickknacks in the corners, but otherwise it is a bare industrial ceiling and the window on the street side is completely open. No curtains or other finishing on the large window. This allows a lot of light to enter. The temperature in the room was also not good, it was a bit cold. We got tea from a friendly waiter. But to our surprise you were not allowed to choose a tea. No further explanation. Then came a glass containing a mix of frozen piccalilli, cream cheese and a dried piece of pickle. Personally, I thought this was very disgusting. The glass must be provided with a bubble with smoke in it in advance. That was the only magical thing of the entire afternoon. Then came the savory snacks and the sweet snacks. The savory snacks were explained and the sweet ones would only be explained once the savory ones were gone. The savory snacks were not really special or tasty. Except for the quiche. Then we got new tea... it was so weak that it tasted more like hot water than tea. The sweet snacks were also not tasty, except for the scone and the dessert with toffee. The other desserts were not to our taste. All in all, we thought it was way too expensive for what you get and this will never happen again for us.

Had Magical Afternoon Tea today. Tasty and special dishes that you don't get everywhere. The space is beautifully decorated, making this a really fun & unique experience! I will definitely come back for a new theme!

Not sure what happened - but every flavor I tasted is soooooo sweet. And the sweetness is really killing the flavor. It’s used to be really good ice cream. But I just don’t like it anymore. Too bad.

Go here regularly during hot days or evenings to get a cup or cone with a few scoops of the many unusual but delicious flavours. There can be a line during peak hours but really long waits are rare. Service is quick. No cash payments I think.

It is the tastiest ice cream parlor in all of Eindhoven, the ice cream is recommended at Intelligentia Ice by Jeffrey in Strijp, a top ice cream parlour, better the Kees ice cream parlor or the one on the Boschdijk, they help you quickly and they always ask you something you want and how many scoops and that's nice, you have different scoops and different flavors, I had Oreo flavor myself, you ask for 1 scoop of ice cream and you get 2 scoops

One of the tastier ice cream in my life

Been a customer for years, before and after the bankruptcy. Presumably bought several hundred euros worth of tasty ice cream. Always worth the detour. Suddenly the old fan cards (of the "previous" intelligentia) appear to be no longer valid; this would have been announced on social media. 1) not everyone actively follows that and 2) I can't find anything about this on their Facebook / Instagram page. The owner announced at the restart in the ED that tickets would remain valid (ED February 5, 2024). Apparently he changed his mind about that. Bad thing to treat your returning customers this way for a few euros. Ultimately it was resolved in the store, but unlike the ice cream, it does leave a nasty aftertaste. If they had immediately offered to take the credit with you if you bought a new fan card, it would have been a lot more customer-friendly.

Unfortunately, ice cream has become very expensive here. Where it was €2.00 for 1 scoop last week, it has now become €2.60. That is well above average for an ice cream shop. Dear Jeffrey, I wish you a good start, but the question is whether you should pass this on to your customers in this way. I wouldn't do it...

Recentelijk ijs besteld met meerdere mensen. Hierbij probeerde ik te betalen met mijn strippenkaart. De medewerker gaf aan dat het nieuw beleid was strippenkaarten van het jaar ervoor niet meer aan te nemen. We komen al jaren bij deze ijssalon en kopen meerdere strippenkaarten per jaar. In alle eerdere jaren waren oude strippenkaarten gewoon te gebruiken. Nu opeens niet niet meer. De medewerker gaf aan dat dit op social media was aangekondigd. Alsof ik social media van de ijssalon volg. Daarnaast had dit mede gedeeld moeten worden ten tijde van verkoop, niet als ik de kaart gebruik. Ik vind dit krenterig beleid en daarnaast slechte service. Deze vaste klant gaat een andere ijssalon zoeken
