We had made a reservation, but there was no one to help us when we arrived, so we just sat down ourselves. I ordered Iskender, but I was a bit disappointed. The bread was way too greasy, and it just didn't compare to what I'm used to in Turkey. I also found it quite pricey.

Very bad experience. When I entered I was not greeted, and the employees did not even seem to know what time the restaurant would open. All the tables were still dirty and not cleaned from the previous day. It took 30 minutes before I got the menu, and I had to look for an employee myself to place my order, while the restaurant was almost empty. My order was not big, but I had to wait over an hour for it. All in all it was very disappointing. I really hoped for a better experience.

The food was terrible, both the meat and the chicken were tasteless. The rice was bad. The salads were bad. The starters were terrible, 'acılı ezme', this is not it. You are a Turkish restaurant, but you don't know how to cook Turkish food. A few bad starters, two main courses and alcohol for €230 is a big disappointment. If I had eaten something tasty, I wouldn't have bothered with this money. But they never, ever deserve this price. When I told her again she just walked away. I asked what was wrong and she said don't you want something else the chef can't make this. Well then we left and paid €120 for just starters! In short, ridiculous service, arrogant employees, chefs can't cook, dry food, no nice atmosphere and waiting too long for nothing. Don't come here save your money and your time

The sanitary facilities were dirty, unkempt and had a strong smell. The kitchen presented a chaotic, unhygienic picture - in comparison, many street kitchens in Pakistan look more well-kept. Due to the conditions, we immediately ended our stay and left the restaurant without ordering anything. Such an establishment should not receive an operating permit. Today they ripped us off for 40 euros and we don't even know that Saturday is their only party and we don't drink alcohol because we are Muslims. We sat next to the freezing window in freezing weather. After telling them it was cold many times, they turned on the heater 1 hour later. Today, Friday evening, we had dinner with a group of 10 people at the Zirve restaurant from 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM. The lentil soup was served hot and was delicious. We enjoyed different types of cold and hot meze as snacks, which were rich in diversity and taste. The main course was hot, generous and tasty. The main course is served generously and satisfies both the eye and the stomach. We spent a nice evening with friends. For those who wanted to smoke, there was a special smoking area. Those who wanted to pray could do so in the designated prayer room. This is certainly a place where you can enjoy a delicious dinner with a group.

My visit to Zirve restaurant was downright disappointing. Went last Saturday. From the moment we walked in, the staff exuded an attitude as if they didn't feel like working at all. There was no hospitality of any kind, let alone friendliness. The sting reminded me of something more typical of a garage than a restaurant, like I was chewing tires. The dishes lacked any flavor and were definitely not what you would expect from a restaurant. Finally, the prices were way too high for what was offered. For the money you spend here, you can expect much more than this miserable experience. In short, this was an absolute recommendation. I will definitely not come back here and would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Extremely Disappointing Experience at Zirve My recent visit to Zirve in The Hague was a complete disaster. I went there with my wife, daughter, and mother-in-law for what was supposed to be a relaxing night out, but it turned into a nightmare. Firstly, the service was appallingly bad. The staff seemed indifferent and unwelcoming right from the start. To our dismay, a staggering 90% of the items on the menu were unavailable. I recently went here for the first time with some high expectations. It was all very disappointing, both the taste and the price ratio. We ordered 2 mojitos and 2 desserts. The drinks arrived almost half an hour later than the desserts. The dessert honestly tasted like nothing, no flavor and was very disappointing. Not yet talking about the price: paid almost €45 for just 2 drinks and desserts, super expensive considering the taste was really 0.
