The amount you spend vs the amount of food you get is very much not in proportion. Order literally anywhere else if you want your money's worth.

I used to order from this place several times a month, yes the delivery takes a while, always more then an hour but they have a delicious Kapsalon, probably the best in the entire city of The Hague. Their fries are also really good, deliciously seasoned. I ordered from Thuisbezorgd, and they have disabled written reviews so im doing it here. I usually tip the delivery guys, but this store has the audacity, to call me on my personal cell phone to ask if I could pay with a tikkie instead, when I finally understood what they said, they acted offended and annoyed I had already paid with iDeal! Be GLAD I even gave you a tip! My personal phone number is not there because you get a bigger cut of the tip using Tikkie, its for when there is something wrong with the order. Disgusting behavior of this shop. I haven't been able to find a store yet that match the quality of fries and kapsalon with this store sadly.

The fish here is really amazing, I would highly recommend eating here. Open until late and the service is very friendly every time! ✅

Since the new employees started, it takes an enormous amount of time for orders to be ready. Also, what is requested is not being made… Not like I am used to, unfortunately. Hopefully, things will be better soon when the old employees return.

The kapsalon arrived just like that and sorry to say this, but for the first time in my life I'm not going to eat my kapsalon. Unfortunately, I was really craving a kapsalon, but right now I'd rather eat poop than this meal. Sorry, I won't order from here again next time. The delivery was good though.

Normally a really chill guy here, but today there were two different ones who made me pay 11 euros for a small kapsalon and didn't put any lettuce on it.

Unfortunately, a very disappointing experience. After 30 minutes, the app indicated: “The delivery driver is almost here.” An hour later, that message was still there. I then called the delivery driver. He said he was on his way. I called again twenty minutes later, and once again I was told: “I’m on my way now.” In the end, I had to wait almost 1 hour and 50 minutes for my order, even though it wasn't even rush hour. What I find most regrettable is the lack of honesty towards customers. If it takes longer, just be clear about it. That is much more customer-friendly than constantly telling people that the delivery driver “is almost here.” Perhaps a clock as a Christmas package wouldn't be an unnecessary luxury.

As an entrepreneur, I personally enjoy helping other companies and rarely leave a negative review. Unfortunately, in this case, I have no choice. We placed an order, but the food was very disappointing. The fries were undercooked and seemed barely fried. The kapsalon consisted of large, dry pieces of chicken with an enormous amount of seasoning on top. Additionally, the usual vegetables and salad were completely missing. In the end, I paid €15 for a container of dry chicken and undercooked fries. As if that wasn't enough, delivery took nearly two hours from the moment of ordering. I then contacted them in a friendly manner to discuss the problem. Unfortunately, the response was completely unfriendly to customers. They immediately stated that, according to them, the food was fine and that nothing would be done about it. There was no understanding, no apologies, and not a single attempt to reach a solution. After reading the other reviews, it turned out that we are not the only ones with this experience. That makes it extra disappointing, because apparently nothing is done with customer feedback. Too bad, because mistakes can happen. The way you handle that as an entrepreneur ultimately makes the difference.

For a change, I ordered spare ribs during a night shift. Well, dear people, save yourself the trouble. A hopeless mess. The portion of the spare rib platter for 2 people was really only enough for 1. The ribs, sweet and hot, tasted like nothing. Lots of fatty and overcooked pieces (looked like stewed meat). €50 worth straight into the bin. Called the place, sorry, better luck next time. Pfff, well, that next time isn't going to happen.

Food is good. You can't expect much service at night, can you? Quite expensive though.

The worst kapsalon ever, drowned in sauce, and they gave me the wrong chicken after I clearly indicated I wanted chicken doner. It took almost an hour, exchanging it wasn't possible, and I just had to figure it out myself.

I ordered spareribs here on April 18th; the spareribs were raw on the inside and were impossible to chew. They also didn't come off the bone, and I couldn't even pull them apart because there were so many strings in them. You can see in the photo that I tried with all my might to pull them off the bone, but they just wouldn't come loose. The sauce was okay, but the taste of the meat itself was so disgusting that I almost gagged. There were strings stuck between my teeth for hours. I managed to get my money back via Uber Eats with great difficulty; these people have absolutely no idea how to make spareribs at all. A really bad business. I wouldn't even give this to my dog.

It is the worst thing you can ever eat, and the staff is terrible. I absolutely do not recommend it. I ordered crispy fries and paid 5 euros, but I got fewer than ten fries. Are they even worth that 5 euros? It is a pure rip-off. I absolutely do not recommend it. 👎

Have been waiting on my order for almost two hours on Thuisbezorgd. Of course they are no help and the restaurant keeps telling us “20 minutes” when we call.

I tried ordering from this place through Thuisbezorgd and they never responded or delivered. I have paid but after an hour I couldn't get any form of contact with this place, still awaiting either food or a repayment....

Worst company in The Hague, don't even bother trying this... better to pay 50 euros more at the gas station. This is a real waste of money.

We used to eat delicious spare ribs. Now we wanted to try the shawarma and have it delivered. Unfortunately, there's a €10 delivery fee! Our order was for €51, which, including delivery and service, would have been €62. Unfortunately, that's getting out of hand, so we cleared our order list on Thuisbezorgd and ordered from a competitor who offers free delivery for that price. Too bad.

Ugh, what's everyone complaining about in the reviews? As far as I'm concerned, this kapsalon was close to a Michelin star. I had a wonderful dinner here with my friends, overlooking some amazingly beautiful fish.

I've been coming here since the old days when we came home from the marathon for a late night snack. Now I still come here every week after work because they have the best original lamb shawarma ever, with delicious onion sauce. These days we all go there with our work because they're open super late. One word: amazing 👌🏾

After seeing the reviews I was a bit skeptical about the place but wanted a night snack so ordered a broodje chicken donër. took almost 2 hours to arrive so I won't give it 5 stars, but the taste was amazing so 4 will do. please give it a try and see for yourself.

Never order from this company again. I've been waiting for my order since 3:30 and I haven't received ANYTHING! I called the restaurant at 4:55, and the guy said my order was still with them. And I was supposed to be at work at 6:30. NEVER AGAIN!

I come here often for a good, tasty kapsalon lamb shawarma! These are always excellently prepared by the nice men at Anatolie! I therefore recommend this restaurant to everyone. The onion sauce is delicious!

I had to give 1 star i wish i could give worse, honestly the worst experience ive ever had. We ordered at 00:19 AM and our order came at 03:00 AM. We also ordered a Pepsi Cola and not Even that arrived. When we got our food we noticed the Fries looking very old and disgusting. The meat was meh aswell not that Great. The Sauce was disgusting and Even the ice cream was melted fully and tasted weird too. When we called to Complain he Said yes thats right and when i asked him if i can get the money back he hung up right on our faces!!!! Wasted 50 Euros for this disgusting food!!! Do Not Order from this disgusting Restaurant!! I can bet they Even Spit in our food!!!

De onbeperkt spareribs optie is prijzig en daar verwacht ik ook juist wat van. Na 1 portie worden de porties veel slechter in kwaliteit en lijkt het wel expres dat ze dit zo doen om mensen te laten betalen en wegwezen. De sfeer in het restaurant is ook niet heel netjes en vrij donker. Maar de spareribs op zich zijn wel heerlijk qua smaak met frietjes en groente salade erbij.

Deze zaterdagnacht een bestelling gedaan. Duurde bijna anderhalf uur voordat de bestelling was gearriveerd. Ook viel de smaak redelijk tegen. Ben altijd voor tweede kansen, maar denk dat ik deze toch liever passeer.

Leuk grill restaurant met vriendelijk personeel. Hebben permanent een actie voor onbeperkt spareribs eten. De ribben zijn erg smakelijk, dus zeker een aanrader!
