We placed an order, they said it would take about an hour, but it took more than an hour to arrive, it's ridiculous, we won't order again...

It was inedible and took a long time to be compensated with a can of cold tea. The main course was iceberg lettuce.

Ordered a simple kapsalon and a pizza, it gets delivered after 2 hours, when it finally got here it was more then cold and to say the least appetising. Just some lettuce slapped in a tray whith cold fries and undercooked meat? . The pizza was cold, which was disappointing.The guy told me at the door to please leave him a review. Which is kinda ironic. Then i get told at the phone to wait for a call back, but surely this does not happen. Don’t recommend

This was my first and last order. I will never order again. We ordered from Uber Eats and it's been 3 hours and the order hasn't arrived. We call and they say it will be at your door in 5 minutes. An hour goes by and we call and they say there was a mix-up and they'll send it right away. An hour goes by and the service is truly terrible.

Horrible! The food didn't arrive until two hours later, and when I called, no one answered. The delivery driver said "the food was still warm," which I would hope was the case (it wasn't even warm). The fries were soggy and the food was soggy and sweaty. I'd say close the place down before more people get terrorized.

Their pasta arrabiata has chicken, no olives and not made with tomato sauce. What a disgrace. I called to complain and was threaded with disrespect. Most important the food has no taste and ingredients are not fresh.

First time going here and also the last time. Had a really bad experience, food (including poor quality for which you pay premium), atmosphere and service were disappointing.

On a busy Saturday evening I decided to have dinner at Mevlana with my partner. We took 1x etli ekmek, 1x etli ekmek with cheese and 1 large mevi kapsalon. Quality of the etli ekmek was excellent, not stingy at all with minced meat and we also received a lot of salad. Mevi kapsalon was also very tasty, especially with the delicious mozzerlla sauce, we were missing onions and told the waiter, we were told that a kapsalon never has onions. The service could be a bit more professional here, the last time my food did not arrive because it had not been passed on to the kitchen, instead 2 customers came to me with different stories. This restaurant is also a delivery restaurant and receives the most orders from all over the Netherlands. What I think is a shame here is that there are a lot of hateful comments and unfortunately very often people with bad experiences give their opinions. There are also many people who are very satisfied but do not express this with a comment.

We ordered stuffed potatoes there before and they were amazing. Yesterday we ordered and they were old and cold inside. Everything was wet and sloppy. Grilled tomatoes was put on grill for one second I think and fries was still raw inside. They didn’t give me ice cream in order which I payed for (Uber years already give me money back for it) but cmon! If your opening hours are so late then make sure your employees are rested and can do food normal way… without rush to go home. Greeting.

This Turkish kumpir was a catastrophe of cosmic proportions. The potato was a misshapen mix of burnt and raw that turned any attempt to eat into a visit to the dentist. The butter and cheese were a disgusting mixture of plasticky junk that numbed your tongue with a chemical aftertaste. The toppings were the height of nastiness: rubbery chunks of meat that were probably poisonous, olives that tasted like they came from a rotten food graveyard, and corn that resembled dried-out insect larvae. The sauce? An inexplicable, slimy liquid that smelled like an open sewer and tasted like pure poison. This kumpir was an existential nightmare, an insult to every living being. Even black holes would spew this horror. This isn't just bad; it's a galactically disastrous mess.
