Uber Eats states that this restaurant is open until 2:00 AM. I then place my order before that time and receive a confirmation that the order has been received and is being prepared. Over 90 minutes later, still no order… so I call the restaurant, but get no answer multiple times. This is very unfortunate. I hope you do not make this mistake again in the future. If the restaurant closes, please disable Uber Eats and Thuisbezorgd in advance.

They have gone downhill terribly. The soup doesn't taste the same as at Kempstraat. The etliekmek tastes like a pizza crust, it's so thick. The soup bowl is half full and tastes more like pea soup than mercimek. Very disappointing. I hope Mustafa hires different cooks, original cooks instead of kids in the kitchen. I recommend ordering real traditional dishes at Bogavici.

NEVER AGAIN I thought I was having a delicious Turkish meal with my wife. Nothing could be further from the truth. The moment I opened the bag, things went wrong: there was no cutlery. I contacted the restaurant, and they said I should have asked for cutlery myself. I was at a hotel and there were no cutlery in the room. The man wasn't sympathetic and claimed it was my concern. I thought that was all, but the worst was yet to come: the food. I ordered a kapsalon WITHOUT TOMATOES, but it was delivered with tomatoes and other ingredients not listed in the description (like pickles). I AM ALLERGIC TO TOMATOES! The kumpir was delivered WITHOUT THE STANDARD INGREDIENTS (such as corn, pickles, black olives, and hussar salad). The kumpir was delivered with ONLY the ingredients I had chosen and paid extra for. The pide was tasteless, burnt, and the meat tasted nothing like the kusbasi we're used to. I'm very dissatisfied with the food, but especially with the restaurant's service. I find this absurd. I advise anyone reading this NOT to ever eat here; you're better off with a microwave meal.

It was a bad and terrible experience. The chicken in the pizza had a foul smell, the burger had almost no sauce and its bread was dry, the knafeh was not tasty at all, the stuffed potatoes were not tasty. I will never order from you again.

This was my first and last order. I will never order again. We ordered from Uber Eats and it's been 3 hours and the order hasn't arrived. We call and they say it will be at your door in 5 minutes. An hour goes by and we call and they say there was a mix-up and they'll send it right away. An hour goes by and the service is truly terrible.

On a busy Saturday evening I decided to have dinner at Mevlana with my partner. We took 1x etli ekmek, 1x etli ekmek with cheese and 1 large mevi kapsalon. Quality of the etli ekmek was excellent, not stingy at all with minced meat and we also received a lot of salad. Mevi kapsalon was also very tasty, especially with the delicious mozzerlla sauce, we were missing onions and told the waiter, we were told that a kapsalon never has onions. The service could be a bit more professional here, the last time my food did not arrive because it had not been passed on to the kitchen, instead 2 customers came to me with different stories. This restaurant is also a delivery restaurant and receives the most orders from all over the Netherlands. What I think is a shame here is that there are a lot of hateful comments and unfortunately very often people with bad experiences give their opinions. There are also many people who are very satisfied but do not express this with a comment.

We ordered stuffed potatoes there before and they were amazing. Yesterday we ordered and they were old and cold inside. Everything was wet and sloppy. Grilled tomatoes was put on grill for one second I think and fries was still raw inside. They didn’t give me ice cream in order which I payed for (Uber years already give me money back for it) but cmon! If your opening hours are so late then make sure your employees are rested and can do food normal way… without rush to go home. Greeting.

The toppings were the height of nastiness: rubbery chunks of meat that were probably poisonous, olives that tasted like they came from a rotten food graveyard, and corn that resembled dried-out insect larvae. The sauce? An inexplicable, slimy liquid that smelled like an open sewer and tasted like pure poison. This kumpir was an existential nightmare, an insult to every living being. Even black holes would spew this horror. This isn't just bad; it's a galactically disastrous mess.
