Superb coffee, cozy interior and overnight oats were yummy as well!

Perhaps one of the most unpretentious and one of the best cafes in Eindhoven. The atmosphere is welcoming and you can find a good balance of neo breakfast dishes and the old school dishes. The coffee is top notch, the service is fast and polite, and the food is just delicious !

The place is incredible. It has different spaces, it is quiet and is perfect for reading, working or having a coffee. The nothing cake is delicious and very good service.

Had a lovely coffee with my daughter. A babyccino for her and a dirty chai latte for myself. Of course with a delicious croissant and a warm piece of banana bread. Very nice and friendly atmosphere. Maybe I'll include this in my Tuesday morning ritual 😁

Does not sell one of the Dutch favorites: Koffie Verkeerd (coffee latee). Though offered to make me capuchino instead. It's ok.

Zwartwit is just off the beaten track of the city centre. It is the place to be seen if you’re cool as a cucumber. It is really popular with locals, especially at lunch time on a Sunday. There is loads of seating arrangements inside and out. My friend and I ordered a coffee. Which took take a while to arrive, but tasted great. Some lovely latte art added that finishing touch of quality. I didn’t look at their breakfast menu, but I beg it’s awesome.

Nice smooth business. With the real catering service, where you are served with a smile (I can appreciate that). I had a Chai Latte and later a Pastel de Nata. Super tasty.

Good coffee, the collection of beans is not that large, but they have enough options to tease one's taste. Spacious terrace, however those umbrellas could find a good use during the summer time ;)

We were here for coffee and lunch. The welcome is super friendly, and the coffee and food are delicious. The coffee (from Sprout) is certainly one of the best in Eindhoven. The passion shines through, and you notice that in the quality. The cold brew is highly recommended, and the Cascara cold brew was completely new to me but delicious.

Wat een geweldige plek om te ontbijten of brunchen! Het personeel was vriendelijk en efficiënt, en de service was snel. Het eten was heerlijk, en de gerechten zagen er net zo goed uit als op de foto's! Al met al was het een topervaring die ik zeker zou aanbevelen.

We had to beg for a drink/were ignored on the 1st spring day of the year, even though it wasn't busy. Then received 1.5 cm warm rose in a coke glass for €9.50 with the message; yes, I saw you/but I didn't register you 😂. What amateurs!

This place sneakily charge you more than they say... We got an order of americano and latte. The waiter asked if we'd like our coffee stronger than the usual but didnt indicate that this costs extra and that we're actually getting an extra coffee shot. Only found out about this when it was time to pay that we were charged for two extra espresso shots. This is not an honest way to do this & and the waiter should have indicated immediately that they're going to be adding extra espresso shots which cost money. Its very disappointing as the place had a nice atmosphere. I don't recommed this place and won't be coming back Also additionally, just noticed they charged us extra for our takeaway coffee which was also not indicated

I am an espresso lover and have been around Eindhoven area for more than 3 months tasting all the well-known coffee spots. All I can say for the people working at Zwartwit and the quality of their products (coffee and food) deserve to be on 1st place. Very friendly, explanatory and welcoming people. If you also want a special taste of Espresso I really suggest the blend from Mexico 'Las Chicharras'. Not the usual espresso flavor but for sure a very interesting one. 5 stars are not enough for this place. Will make this my permanent coffee spot.

Our family enjoyed a delicious breakfast here. The atmosphere was very pleasant, the service more than excellent and the sandwiches were generously filled. The decoration is industrial but nevertheless appears very warm and homely. Everyone is welcome from 1 to 90 years :-)

Vijf sterren voor deze hippe koffietent. Prima americano en volgens mijn wederhelft is de latte op basis van kokosmelk aan absolute topper! Ook het lekkers (chocoladetaart en merengue) voor bij de koffie was klasse.

Schönes schickes Café. Es gab wenig Plätze drinnen die alle besetzt waren aber die Terrasse ist riesig. Wir haben dennoch nur einen platz an einem hochtisch bekommen. Sehr ungemütlich. Beide Kaffee waren sehr gut. Das fischbrot war ok würde es nicht so hypen wie andere Kommentare hier. Porrdige war dafür wirklich hervorragend aber portion etwas klein. Service sehr freundlich.

Very nice Cafe. Spacious interior and a pleasant terrace, we (a couple of two) sat inside and enjoyed brunch since it was hot outside and the terrace was full (can’t fault them for being popular). The yogurt granola is generously portioned and the prawn sandwich is very tasty. It takes time for the food to come out but they’re made fresh before you so it’s well worth the wait. Coffee is delicious and the Espresso Ginger Beer an unusual but interesting experience! As others have said, the staff are friendly and attentive. Lekker/10.

Laat me u vertellen over de buitengewone ontdekking die ik deed bij Zwart Wit Koffie in Eindhoven - werkelijk, wat een verrukkelijke plek is dit! Het extract van deze koninklijke bonen is van een niveau dat de paleizen van oudsher zou verheugen. Buiten, badend in de stralende zon, verkeert men in een waar paradijs van genot. De medewerkers, zij die als hoffelijke bedienden zijn, stralen vriendelijkheid uit in overvloed. Als ware connaisseur op het gebied van koffie, ben ik verheugd te mogen verkondigen dat deze bonen de absolute top belichamen. De espresso is van een kaliber dat het gastro-intestinale stelsel inwendig grondig aan het werk zet en onmiddellijk de zintuigen doet ontwaken. Deze etablissement opent zijn deuren op bewonderenswaardige wijze, en op verschillende tijdstippen heb ik de eer gehad dit oord te bezoeken. Het is altijd een vermakelijk schouwspel van bedrijvigheid en levendigheid. En het mag niet onopgemerkt blijven dat het bananenbrood, een welgemeende traktatie, het gehemelte prikkelt met een harmonie van smaken. Maar wat dit alles nog aantrekkelijker maakt, is dat de prijzen zacht zijn als fluweel, waardoor ik met groot genoegen een moment van genot kan vinden in een kopje koffie. Chapeau, dappere zielen die deze oase van koffiepracht creëerden! Uw werk is als een symfonie van smaken en genot, en ik ben er ongetwijfeld een frequente bewonderaar van.

Came here for breakfast and coffee. The oat latte was very good and so was the yoghurt with granola. Staff are relaxed and friendly. Will definitely come back again next time I'm in Eindhoven.

Tasty coffee/tea and a variety of pastries. The only negative is that the place is a bit crowded sometimes and can be difficult to find a place to sit and have a quiet conversation while having your drink.

This café is located a short distance from the centre of town behind an office building, but it was easy enough to find. It seemed to be quite popular, and we enjoyed breakfast here. We had a croissant and a bowl of fruit & granola. The quality was good. The price was reasonable and the service was very friendly.

Geweldige tent, heerlijk eten en de Chai Latte is echt overheerlijk. Ook als er iets mis is, dan wordt dit boven verwachtingen opgelost. Ik kom hier graag en daarom ook heel vaak. Toppers!

Heerlijke koffie met rustig personeel, ik kom hier regelmatig met mijn compagnon om te werken. De zaak zit altijd lekker vol maar je kan je toch perfect concentreren op je werk. Nogmaals de koffie is perfect en je water die om de tijd wordt gevuld lijkt vanzelfsprekend maar is toch echt een pluspunt. Naast dat Zwartwit goed is voor werken is het ook super gezellig! De zaak is zo ingericht dat het net lijkt alsof je in je huiskamer zit, kortom super.
