In my opinion, the best barista on Texel! If you don't believe me, just go ahead and order "Affogato al caffè." Those who haven't tried it will be surprised at how delicious vanilla ice cream tastes. The latte macchiato becomes an event when the espresso is added to the table (no, it's intentional and wasn't forgotten during preparation). The prices are reasonable, and the homemade apple pie is divine. The shop's concept is unique to Texel: Enjoy coffee in a beautiful location and buy the right accessories at the same time. I wish Mr. Groenewoud (who is happy to explain anything if you have questions, even in German) much success in the future!

What an experience! From start to finish, this was a culinary feast. Filip takes care of the evening down to the last detail, with his natural charm and excellent sense of when a chat is appropriate. He explains each dish and draws on all facets of his life and professional experience to make it an exceptional evening. Filip is assisted by an intern... but that really does not do justice to this almost invisible force. What a wonderful team is preparing and presenting a star-worthy dinner right before your eyes. No effort is spared, no step is too much. Your taste buds are pampered with culinary delights from Mexican, Japanese, and French cuisines. Simply spectacular. A truly special experience, more than worth the detour!

Enjoyed the 5-course Mother's Day lunch at Drechtfort! Surprising, refined dishes with a nice wine arrangement (also in bob variant). Nice atmosphere, good sunny weather to sit on the terrace, warm hospitality. Thank you Marco & Thamar for a wonderful afternoon. Absolutely recommended!

Comfortable living room vibes, every time I went I'm meeting interesting people. The pop-up evenings happing now are also great fun and such good value for an amazing cocktail.

Salvatore from StileSud provided the pizzas for our garden party yesterday. The pizzas were fantastic, the Vespa "decorated" the garden, and Salvatore and his partner were friendly, helpful, and fun. Highly recommended!!
