What a terrible place. Paid 8.50 euros for a sandwich with a tiny bit of chicken and 9 cold fries in between. They will NEVER see me back here again.

Please do not order fries. I ordered for two people and received a small bag that wouldn't even be enough for an average adult man, and it cost me €6.40, without sauce. It is a complete disgrace.

I was eating one time and suddenly they were renovating a display case. The moment the case was slid aside, I found mold. That was the last time for me, never again.

I received the wrong food when picking it up, then I called with a complaint. She said she was coming to bring new food, but I never heard back. If I could, I would give 0 stars.

Wonderful place, my food is always on time, staff are always friendly. But never order that spicy sauce. The next day I was in the emergency restroom with diarrhea in the McDonald's restroom (disabled); I was going crazy. Otherwise, a top-notch place.

I called the number several times and only received snarky answers and reassurances that the order had already been out for an hour (it's a 5-minute bike ride away). I'm writing this review even though the food still hasn't arrived. DRAMATIC!

A truly great place. I often get food here after work because there are plenty of options that fill you up for a great price. The food is always delicious, and the staff is friendly. If you're looking for a tasty snack in the evening, this is definitely the best option.

Had to wait over half an hour for 6 hot wings and 4 spare ribs. Outside in the cold. The hot wings were delicious. The spare ribs were way, way below acceptable. Maybe I'll try again later.

ordered fries for my girlfriend, she ends up finding all kinds of little hairs in her fries. called the store, they quickly became passive aggressive towards my girlfriend. this is outrageous!

The fries I received had small hairs in them that looked like beard hairs. I called the store to report this and asked for compensation, but they refused to give it. When I asked why not, I got the response that they ‘couldn’t keep up’ otherwise. I indicated that they need to improve their service and take these types of complaints seriously. Then I was accused of putting words in her mouth and treating the employee like a child. A truly scandalous experience. Never again for me!

Small fries without mayo 3 euros 20 can. Only got 2 Handjes. If the small is small. Then I find this expensive. Saw dust and spider webs everywhere and hole in ceiling.

Place an order for delivery. The delivery person was ringing and knocking at the wrong door and was gone (indicating that the order had been delivered). After being on hold for 20 minutes (telephone), the delivery person came back and stood at the wrong door again until he finally called. And indicated “I didn't know what number it was” while the house number is clearly depicted on the door. The food was now just cold, loose paper between the food made it simply inedible. I called the store again and got an employee on the phone who had few manners. He tried to end the telephone conversation by shouting and spreading lies, especially when we asked if his manager could contact us. There is a recording of the telephone conversation and there is also a recording of the delivery (doorbell ring). I hope that the manager will contact me through this review. Order and don't pick up anything here!

Ordered online from this store for the first time last week, highly recommended! Even though the order is still checked by telephone, the sauce was forgotten for 3 snacks. I called about this but was put on hold (15 minutes) when I called again for a "new order" they answered immediately. The food is not of special quality, the price/quality ratio is not really right, and you pay a packaging surcharge of €0.75 per snack or fries... not a problem in itself, but if there are multiple snacks in 1 package, this will be a bit more expensive. strange aftertaste. Eerste keer toen het net geopend was, was het oké maar na de 2e keer zien hoe onhygiënisch ze te werk gaat met lang los haar en 10 cm nagels in mijn kip kreeg ik het niet meer door mijn keel. Vreemd en jammer dat het personeel zo mag werken zonder hygiëneregels.

Was echt de beste cheeseburger en hot wings die ik heb geprobeerd de avocado Shake was ook echt lekker . Ik had nog gebeld om te laten weten hoe lekker het was 😵‍💫
