A-Fusion Loosdrecht in Wijk 03 Loosdrecht

What a treat to eat here. - delicious dishes!! - nicely presented - original finishing touch (on the house) - you can go as wild as you like with the number of dishes - very good young and enthusiastic staff (clearly trained, very hospitable) - there is a good vibe - terrace by the lake In short, highly recommended!!

If you are a sushi lover, This is definitely highly recommended. It is 2 or 3 steps above what you normally get at a sushi restaurant. And 4 or 5 steps above all-you-can-eat restaurants. In terms of taste, presentation, and personal advice.

I ordered take-out. Called in to place an order picked it up 30 minutes later. We were staying at the dutchen suitelodges park. Best quality take out I had in a while. Definitely recommend

We ate here a few days ago, on a weekday. We had made a reservation; I don't know if that is mandatory. But by the time we left, the restaurant was practically full. The only downside was that having a conversation became increasingly difficult due to the crowds. But of course, the staff couldn't do anything about that. Otherwise, everything was top-notch! Super tasty food; they listen carefully to dietary requirements and offer appropriate advice. We were greeted warmly, and in between courses, the staff came to our table to ask if the food tasted good and if everything was fine. They were very attentive and friendly. We were very pleasantly surprised by the presentation of all the dishes. And the fact that it tasted good made every dish complete. I thought the sauces complemented the dishes particularly well. The staff was quite young. So it was pretty cute to see that they were very happy with our compliments. When we left, the chef also came to ask if everything was to our liking. So it is really nice that there are restaurants that provide such good service, high-quality food, and ask customers for their opinion. This was my first time in Loosdrecht, and I don't know what the other locations are like. But this restaurant is definitely highly recommended, and we would love to come back again. They also have plenty of vegetarian options. There is a separate vegetarian menu.

We had a delicious meal at Afusion, with a lovely ambiance and a pleasant atmosphere. However, unfortunately, we were left with a somewhat disappointed feeling about the evening. It was our son's birthday that evening; he turned 18. We had mentioned this three times beforehand and during the evening. Despite this, absolutely no attention was paid to it, whereas at the table next to us, a birthday was clearly being celebrated by the restaurant. Precisely because it was his 18th birthday, we found this very unfortunate. The food and atmosphere were excellent, but a small gesture would have made this special evening complete for us. Response to owner: Thank you for your feedback. We did indeed mention it multiple times: with the reservation, again with the confirmation, and when ordering at the table. He was even asked for his ID, at which point we explicitly stated that this was his 18th birthday and therefore the first time he was officially allowed to order alcohol. That is why we believe there could actually have been no ambiguity in the communication. Precisely because we saw at the table next to us that a birthday was being celebrated, we found it especially disappointing that it went completely unnoticed by our son. A small gesture would have been enough to make his 18th birthday just a little bit more special. Fortunately, we did have a delicious meal and a lovely evening.

We were in Amsterdam a few days ago and the food there was so delicious, we absolutely had to experience the A-Fusion concept again during our vacation. We had a reservation in Loosdrecht and the experience was outstanding. I had the feeling that everyone who was there at the same time was having a great time. You could see it on their faces. This evening with my daughter will stay in my heart. THANK YOU to the team!

The chef's menu was a bit disappointing.

Top restaurant. Also very suitable for people on a gluten-free diet. A gluten-free menu with delicious full dishes. So no fish or meat without sauce. Gluten-free soy sauce was already ready and they even had gluten-free teriyaki sauce. A very pleasant experience!

Always delicious and atmospheric!

Just wow... absolutely fantastic

We had an incredibly delicious meal at A-fusion. The restaurant offers many different taste experiences, which really shine. You definitely get your money's worth! Rarely have I eaten so well; highly recommended! (We would love the recipe for the red curry with naan, ;-)

"Delicious food" wouldn't be enough to explain the dishes we had there. It is not only eating but an experience. Everything we tasted there was extraordinary. Butterfly shrimp, lamb chops, Korean BBQ, sushi, everything. Apart from the food ambience was also delightful and the service was very well.

For our 5th anniversary, we had booked a night at the nearest Fletcher Hotel. We found a place to eat via Google Maps, just a 3-minute walk away... Past the two guards, we entered A-Fusion. The service started right at the door; they asked if they could take our coats. This immediately cheered me up, as in many places it is expected that you can just hang your coat over the chair. So, this was a lovely welcome! Afterwards, we were escorted to our table and, upon request, the Japanese Plum Wine was recommended—a true taste sensation! The food was no different, for what followed was an adventure, a beautiful menu with all kinds of exciting dishes. You could select dishes from the menu on a small card, and we selected what looked delicious to us. Every dish was a true experience. It was neatly explained what it was, along with tips on how to eat. In addition to the food, we were suddenly surprised after dinner with fireworks and a drink on the house. Finally, time was also taken for a nice chat. The bill was served, along with a nice sweet surprise, and all in all, this was a wonderful, solid 10+ experience! We enjoyed ourselves, thank you for the lovely time ❤️

Delicious Asian dishes. Highly recommended. Also delicious, surprising desserts.

Nice atmosphere and unique dishes! Asian-style shared dining is a nice concept. The staff is always very friendly and professional. The owner or manager very often helps with serving. The dishes are quite pricey for what you get. Furthermore, it would be nice if something innovative appeared on the menu occasionally. That would make the price more proportionate. That being said, we would visit more often. The chairs are not always very comfortable. Especially if you are a tall diner.

Enjoyed delicious small dishes. Everything was delicious.

Great restaurant, delicious food and friendly staff

A delicious, luxurious dinner with top-notch service and a beautiful view of the water. Special compliments to manager Johnny, who was incredibly hospitable!

I came here specifically for the desserts, and indeed, only the desserts were good. It's a shame.

The flavors are good but a bit pricey for what is, admittedly, beautifully presented. The living room atmosphere is a nice concept, but the lighting makes it feel more like a bedroom. In other words, a bit too dark. Not everything is served at once, which makes sense with the "starter" menu. The menu doesn't have numbers, making ordering a bit of a puzzle. I wouldn't call the staff attentive, but they certainly work their tails off.

Absolutely delicious and freshly prepared food. Very friendly and attentive staff. Priced on the higher end, but highly recommended.

We went here for dinner on the recommendation of colleagues, and it was a good decision. The terrace by the water is lovely, quiet, and atmospheric. The staff is young but well-trained, enthusiastic, and friendly, with a keen eye for detail. The menu features a variety of fish, meat, and vegetable dishes that you can order according to a tapas/shared-dining concept. All the flavors were delicious and a little different from other Asian restaurants. Highly recommended!

We thoroughly enjoyed the varied surprise menu. The appetizers are a bit smaller, but still served with great imagination.

We had a wonderful meal last night. We thoroughly enjoyed it. We'll definitely be back.

We had a wonderful evening at A-Fusion in Loosdrecht! We enjoyed refined, flavorful dishes. The ambiance is stylish and cozy, perfect for a relaxing evening out. The staff was friendly, attentive, and professional. Everything was perfect from start to finish. Highly recommended for lovers of good food and a pleasant atmosphere!

Great restaurant, good menu. Friendly staff. A real hidden gem. Just not cheap.

What delicious food, beautiful place on the water and great staff ❤

Great food, a wonderful experience. And I am so glad I had the chance to dine here!

A MUST 😋!! A fantastic place with extraordinary food & dishes! Very nice staff and a good rhythm of service. This Restaurant is a hot spot you don’t want to miss if you are in Loosdrecht!!!

We had a fantastic evening in this nice and cozy restaurant. Everything was so neat and well organized. Nice view by the water. The food was so delicious and fresh, it is impossible not to find delicious. From fresh sushi to lamb chops, delicious oysters, nasi, gyosa, and ice cream in egg shells beautifully decorated. Everything was perfect until the last point. And the staff and the owner of the restaurant are really nice and helpful. Are good reasons to go again.

Top, maximum points without a doubt. What a really great atmosphere. The staff, top. The location, great. The appearance, top. The hygiene, top. The restaurant layout, top. The atmosphere that is created is great. The food, maximum enjoyment. What a wonderful evening we had at A-fusion, we wouldn't have wanted any other restaurant to celebrate our birthdays. The food is beautiful, the appearance and the taste really great. You will find so much love and passion on your plate. The photos say it all, great. Thank you very much for this wonderful evening, we will spend another evening with you again soon. The host, 100 points what an entertainer.

All. Nice and cozy atmosphere 🥢🍷🍹

Fantastic food again. Friendly staff and delicious dinner. Absolutely recommended.

Food is good but what they claim to have multiple high chairs is NOT TRUE they only have ONE high chair and it was already occupied. Very bad for such an expensive restaurant. And then an old arrogant guy who can't swallow potatoes who spoke to me and commented about the youngest who cried and sometimes walked away. Told him there is only one high chair and it is occupied. Outside he mildly pointed the finger at my girlfriend with his wife. Not recommended this restaurant for parents with children outside spoke to another customer who thought it was ÖÖK scandalous that there is only one high chair. And he also found the reaction of that chalked man very inappropriate Service was disappointing we have continuously taken children back. Site lies about this restaurant MULTIPLE CHILD CHAIRS ONLY ONE AND IF OTHER IS DEFECTIVE THERE ARE NO MORE. Way too expensive for what you get but they want to cover that up with their reaction. Staff also do NOT know how to serve drinks did NOT all come at once and ladies SHOULD serve you first and then the gentlemen. NOT worthy of ONE star Another customer who was talking to me outside and had a small child also thought it was very bad that there was only one high chair and agreed with me that we did everything we could to keep children with us. He said ÖÖK do you find it strange if the youngest is NOT in a high chair for others to get up too. Would rather NOT COME WITH ONE MORE PERSON. Hospitality and 1 service leaves much to be desired see above

Hands down the best quality I’ve had in a long time. Meats were cooked to perfection. The seasonings are to die for and I wanted to drink the sauces. We stumbled upon this place by accident during our stay at the hotel next door. It was above our budget (that we had set aside for our vacation) but it was definitely worth it.

Uitstekend eten !! Geen enkel gerecht wat niet lekker was . Presentatie ware kunststukjes . Tempo prima . Dit is zeker voor herhaling vatbaar .

What a great place, delicious food and great staff.

Stoelen zitten niet altijd even lekker. Zeker als je een lange tafelaar bent.

What a wonderful experience! A feast for the eyes and the tongue. Delicious Asian snacks, fantastically designed. Beautiful place and super friendly staff. Highly recommended!

Delicious food! Spontaneous service and are continuously working with you. Cleaned up on time, asked often enough if we want something to drink, etc. Furthermore, the food is very tasty and it is a fun evening out. Personally, I find the portions a bit small and very expensive for what you get. However, it is very tasty. And you eat something you don't always eat. So be sure to visit us sometime!

Good quality and beautifully served

Sushi next level, definitely something you should try, we are happy

Asian with a quip. That is A-Fusion par excellence. Tasty and beautifully presented, sometimes "plain" on a plate, but also with the effects of steam or a mini BBQ. You make a selection from the menu on a list, check with the staff whether it is enough or perhaps too much and the order of serving and then you can enjoy it again and again. Be sure to check out the desserts because they contain gems such as a Cuban cigar or a scouring pad (yes, really). Just always a party.

What a winner this is. Our first time dinner at A-Fusion (two adults and two kids). An experience from start to finish. Hospitality, delicious and diverse food and personal contact. We will definitely come again!

Delicious food. Nice atmosphere!

Very tasty and good dishes! Service also very friendly and good. I have eaten here several times and have been very satisfied every time!

What a fantastic evening we had. We chose this restaurant to start a special weekend and we were not disappointed. The ambience invited you to linger and marvel, the decoration was well coordinated and inviting. The service is friendly, fast and attentive, communication in English is no problem. The food was breathtaking, with every dish you were amazed by the look and varied taste. The restaurant is tied to a tapas / share and friends concept, everyone chooses small dishes that are shared. The concept is really well thought out and well implemented!

Beautiful different dishes and a nice time.

10 out of 10, everything tip-top. Delicious sushi (that's actually an understatement), very friendly staff, fast, good atmosphere, worth repeating.

Delicious food, great location and nice staff.

Finally had dinner at A-Fusion Loosdrecht and I can honestly say that it far exceeded our expectations. We have rarely eaten so well! The restaurant is in a beautiful location and is attractively decorated. The staff were very welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. The food was delicious! We tried many different dishes and every dish was a culinary delight. Refined flavors and a stylish presentation. The perfectly grilled lamb chops were the highlight for us. I can't wait to return and explore more of the menu. Highly recommended!

Ate here for the 2nd time yesterday and it was so much fun! The food is really delicious and the staff is super friendly and professional, even all the younger staff! There is a very nice informal atmosphere. Thank you very much for creating a great evening, we will come back for dinner soon :)!

Fantastic restaurant with perfect service. Be surprised at A-Fusion!

Funky cool restaurant we happened by. It’s not inexpensive - but worth it. We had I think the best lamb chops we have ever had with a sake truffle sauce. Everything was absolutely amazing.

Excellent food year after year! One of the bast asian fusion restaurants in the Netherlands. Excellent service, great team, they do really beyond the expectations! Nice place ambiance, very relaxing

Unfortunately we were turned away, our little dog was not welcome... that's why we could only give the "mandatory star". The menu looked delicious...

Geen aanrader. Kwaliteit goed. Sushi rijst is droog. Tonijn in blik : Veel rijst, klein plakje tonijn en druppeltje saus. . Lawaaierig. Prettige bediening.

What a great tent. Delicious sushi and tenderloin, excellent service, attractive setting. A-Fusion has stolen my heart!

Echt een aanrader! Mooie locatie heerlijk eten en goede bediening. Wij komen zeker terug! Echt een belevenis. Tot gauw!

I've had the surprise menu here before, which was always great, but now I've had too small snacks for far too long. In the end I didn't go home completely satisfied and therefore it is not worth the money unfortunately. The taste is great but the presentation is a lot less than before. Staff is good and super nice.

It was a wonderful evening, where we were spoiled with fantastic dishes and good service. Enjoyed it very much.

The environment is elegant, the food is of high standard, the service is first-class, the food is very innovative, many people come to eat and drink, and the place is full of guests.

It was perfect. The food was gorgeous - so the service. Thank you for a wonderful dinner for our last night in Loosdrecht. We felt so comfortable and just recommend these beautiful tapas restaurant!

Very surprisingly tasty. Worth repeating.

Had a fantastic evening and really great quality food!

100% service from start to finish, staff that really colors your evening, thoroughly enjoyed it, beautiful dishes that are made with love and served that way, thank you for a wonderful evening with you🙏

The food is overrated and you pay too much for it. They are tasty little snacks but not really fusion.

Went here with friends who go there more often. The atmosphere is nice, beautifully decorated and cozy. The staff is amazingly friendly and makes you feel welcome. The sushi was very nice and tasty. The hot dishes, we took some meat dishes like teriyaki chicken, were good but not spectacular so found the price compared to what you receive elsewhere at similar quality quite steep. But all in all we had a very nice evening there.

Truly our favorite restaurant! Not only because of the food, which is a gift on the table every time, but especially because of the staff. Friendly, warm and cozy. It's amazing how they always make you feel so welcome. But also compliments to the chef who turns every dish into a work of art!

Wonderful place, hidden treasure in Loosdrecht. Top food, best Sushi from far away.

Great fun restaurant! The sushi was really good! I'd love to come back

Walked in without a reservation on Easter Monday. Unfortunately it was full! But after a call from the restaurant, it turned out that a spot had become available. What an ambiance/experience, a top restaurant! Friendly staff and the food is incredibly tasty. You will see me here more often 👌

Food was delicious, just a lot of noise. The acoustics were very bad

Selten so gute Japanische Tapas gegessen.

Simply great. Very friendly staff. Inspiring dishes.

Wannabe star restaurant. Small portions, which is not a bad thing, but the price-quality ratio is completely lost. Fish (salmon and tuna - sushi) was clearly not fresh. For all dishes they say that it was not exactly an Asian flavor explosion, for example the chicken adjam tastes like pizza. After 1 round (119 euros, incl 2 cocktails) we went to eat elsewhere, we don't look at money but this is simply not worth it: you can spend 300 euros here with 2 people before you are anywhere near full, but then you go you still leave with the feeling that you haven't really eaten well. Service was friendly but casual. Compliments for the unique layout of the dishes, attention was really paid to this. Shame.

by far the tastiest food and best service in Loosdrecht! Johnny's commercials are the best! ;)

Super good service with a top host and his top crew. We always come back especially for it. Food is indescribable. Everything is correct and good. Very highly recommended.

We go here every year because this is the best restaurant ever!!! Delicious food...♡...the best dishes served in a unique way by very sweet, very hospitable people...the sushi is really delicious, but also everything on the menu and the cocktails & dessert are also very surprisingly delicious ♡ really enjoying it here....♡ Greetings Justin and Lisa from Deventer.

You can go there with your eyes closed. Warm welcome, cocooning atmosphere, the dishes are very good.

Had diner on a Sunday evening with two grown ups, and three children. We were dining for almost 2 hours because we had to wait a long time between dishes. We spent almost 300 euros but we all went home hungry. The staff is friendly, the food is ok but not exceptional and definitely overpriced.

Very attractive restaurant with very tasty food. A bit more expensive than a standard restaurant, but better food than standard and that's what you pay for

Heerlijk gegeten, mooie ambiance.

Heerlijk gegeten! Heerlijke drankjes en wat een vriendelijk personeel. Top avond gehad! Dank!

Bedankt!

Beste sushi in Loosdrecht en omgeving!

Een ware smaaksensatie. Service is briljant en de sfeer erg relaxed.
