We went here on spec. We walked in and were immediately warmly welcomed: coats were hung up and we were shown to a table. The friendly staff immediately asked if we wanted something to drink. We weren't sure, and they recommended various wines. These were indeed very good and complemented the dishes we ordered. The food was excellent. The plates were beautifully presented and the flavors were excellent. Perfectly balanced, in our opinion. Finally, we enjoyed a delicious specialty coffee and some desserts, which were also of a high standard. All in all, a pleasant and enjoyable evening, and therefore a "hidden gem." Made possible by the excellent service and the perfect dishes!

I had a wonderful dining experience here. The food was excellent, served with care, and the goat salad was simply outstanding—the ingredients were fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. The staff were welcoming and friendly, and Amber in particular went above and beyond, making us feel as if we were guests in her own home. We received a warm and friendly welcome. Unfortunately, there was no room at the time, but after a short wait, we were able to get in. The staff were very friendly, and the food was excellent! A beautiful location, and with the sunshine, it was fantastic!

We concluded a wonderful day on the water 🚤 with dinner at Robberse Eiland. We called fifteen minutes beforehand, and they reserved one spot for us – excellent service 👍. 🍽️ Excellent, friendly service during dinner as well. The portions were just the right size and very tasty. 🚙 Parking in front is available, but it was full when we visited. There was plenty of space on the side street, and it's free. The highlight was the view over the lake. It's a truly beautiful location with a stunning sunset 🌄.

The kitchen was closed, at least for us, we were allowed to have a drink. People who were sitting there had food and were served with food, while we were told that the kitchen was closed. We immediately regretted going in and ordering something, namely drinks, as we were not from their background, this was very noticeable.

We went there for the first time and immediately experienced friendly service, including a warm welcome upon arrival. We rarely experience such friendly and smooth service. They keep an eye on everything. The food was delicious, and so was the dessert! This is highly recommended, and we will definitely come back. The location is also beautiful on the water with a lovely terrace, where the tables are not too close together. It's great that it's a smoke-free terrace.

A new restaurant in Loodrecht that's not very well-known. It's a bit hidden, and I found it online. The covered terrace by the water is very nice, and the interior looks new and tidy. The lunch menu is limited, which is a rarity in the Netherlands. The service is excellent, almost too good. Definitely worth a visit, but be aware of the limited opening hours.

Very nice tent, nice location, good service and nice view. The only downside... if you ask for a glass of tap water with the red wine (which is actually standard) you are told that they do not have it... but they do have bottled water. Well, I find it strange that you do not have tap water. I think it is a money-making scam.

Delicious food but the waiter (maybe the boss) immediately after our meal asked us "did you finish? ...I need the table" ...he was not so kind let's say... maybe he wasn't happy that we ordered only one plate and a bier each.

Indeed a hidden gem in Loosdrecht. What a great place! A super nice view, nice (if necessary covered) terrace and a cozy interior. Friendly service and delicious food. I took my parents here and they enjoyed it. We ate lobster soup, a fish palette, the tasting and a chicken satay. Very tasty!

I recently had dinner at Robberse Eiland on the Loosdrechtse Plassen and it was a fantastic experience. The location alone is breathtaking—right on the water, with a beautiful view of the lakes. The service was good. The food was delicious! The dishes were fresh, well-seasoned and beautifully presented. The fish platter and the tenderloin were especially recommended. I will definitely be back and can highly recommend Robberse Eiland to anyone who wants to enjoy good food with a beautiful view!

Now our favorite restaurant on the dike. Great food, great location and very friendly and professional staff! The place to be for us!! Unfortunately, a lesser experience today. As always, reserved by telephone. Upon arrival it was indicated that we had reserved for 6:30 PM, while we were convinced that this was 7:00 PM. Table has now been assigned to other guests. This was communicated to us (a little too) clearly by the owner. When I asked why they didn't call, the answer was that they don't have time to call everyone. Now we regularly visit Robberse Eiland, so the term "everyone" seems somewhat inappropriate to us (although we absolutely do not want preferential treatment...). Our guests were very surprised at the way we were addressed. No more Robberse Island for the time being....

This beautiful terrace enjoys the evening sun at the Vuntusplas, a quieter part of Loosdrecht. Had a drink and a small snack on Sunday afternoon, shrimps were delicious, were accidentally served without sauce, quickly brought back upon inquiry. Will come for lunch/dinner soon because the menu looks good!!

Truly a hidden gem. From the Oud-Loosdrechtsedijk you turn into a small side street and then you come to a super nice restaurant located on the water with a beautiful view. All employees were very friendly, cooperative and attentive. The menu is varied and the prices are good, especially considering the excellent quality of the food. The beautifully presented plates, including the duck breast, tasted delicious. Great, so.

What a super nice place. I went SUP with my two sons and then had a delicious meal. Friendly service, we were allowed to “try” it first because of my son's age and the wind. A delicious starter of various fish with subtle sauces. Top quality scallops. Main course of tenderloin also fantastic. Really very nice meat. Really beautiful place.

Big warning to all Germans and dog owners, here you will find very, very unfriendly, almost aggressive structures and by no means dog-friendly. In addition, moon prices and fully occupied by reservations from rich locals. No Germans here, they obviously don't like that at all.

The last evening of our stay in Loosdrecht we were finally able to dine on a terrace (albeit heated) with a beautiful view of the lake. The welcome was great, we had only just taken our place when our beagle already had a drinking bowl. The service was top and enthusiastic. Lovely place and very friendly service at the waterfront and a real hidden gem in Loodrecht. The entrance is at the back and easily missed. Even on a winter afternoon (with grey Dutch weather) highly recommended. Their very luxury apfelstrudle with cinnamon ice cream and chocolate and mint, is great with a good tea or coffee. Monday, Tuesday closed and Wednesday/Thursday Indonesian rijsttafel dinner menu. Reservations recommended.

Het is eigenlijk heel simpel. Zet een paar goede gastheren/vrouwen en bereid lekker eten. Niet te veel poespas en je hebt een wereldtent. Wij zijn hier nu al 4x geweest in de afgelopen maand. De eigenaar is zelf altijd aanwezig en dat merk je in de service die wordt verleend. De gastvrijheid staat hoog in het vaandel bij dit bedrijf maar even rustig eten wordt gerespecteerd. De spareribs zijn uitmuntend en de macaron is ECHT een toetje. Het uitzicht is ook nog eens even mooi meegenomen. Ik snap niet dat mensen deze tent een 1 ster kunnen geven. Die hebben denk ik een zure pruim als toetje genomen. Ga zo door en wij komen zeker terug!

Wát een fijn plekje. Lekker eten, lekkere bediening, lekker verborgen, lekkere prijs, lekkere kok, alles lekker. Even serieus, aanrader!

Ontzettend rare manager. Maakte homofobische opmerkingen naar een collega die eerder naar huis wou om naar zijn vriend te gaan. “Vind een vriendin oke, vriend persoonlijk minder maar het is maar wat je smaak is.” Was ook erg bezig met indruk maken over hoe boos hij kon worden tegen deze collega als hij geen gegronde reden gaf om om 9 uur weg te mogen. Beetje smol pp vibes if u ask me. Serveersters waren verder erg vriendelijk. Eten was goed, dus aan iedereen complimenten behalve aan de manager. 👍🏻

De vriendelijke service begon al bij het eerste telefoontje. Bij het ophangen werd er netjes gezegd: tot vanmiddag (met m’n naam erbij genoemd) Ouderwets bellen voor een reservering en niet via de site of mail. Heeft ook wel weer wat. Bij aankomst kreeg je een welkom gevoel en werd er een mooi plekje toegewezen bij het water. We waren met twee personen maar we kregen geen gedoe over het feit dat het eigenlijk een tafeltje voor vier was. Heel fijn! Eten was lekker, geen super uitgebreide kaart maar voldoende keuze en minder keuzestress. Personeel was vriendelijk, meedenkend en service gericht. (Zelfs in voor een kort praatje) Een heerlijke spot…en inderdaad een beetje verstopt met mogelijkheid om binnen te zitten of heerlijk aan het water (waar je ook kan aanmeren met je bootje) Ik kom hier vast nog eens terug!

Top restaurant. Vriendelijk personeel, lekker eten en een leuk uitzicht op het water. Ook van binnen. Parkeren voor de deur is gratis
