Last week we held our wedding in the halls of Aan ut water! We were able to decorate everything the evening before, and on the day itself, everything was taken care of incredibly well! We discussed everything thoroughly beforehand, and on the wedding day, everything went perfectly! During the cake cutting and photos, guests could easily order drinks at the bar. (The bar is in the middle of the hall, and someone was present all day to help us.) And in the evening, we had a buffet! Everything was delicious! Lots of choice; if there is something you really want, that is no problem! Everyone is helpful and friendly, which makes for a very pleasant collaboration! Highly recommended; we thoroughly enjoyed our special day! And an extra highlight: the location! It makes for beautiful photos!

After a lovely sailing trip on Saturday from Enkhuizen to Flevo Marina, we spontaneously decided to eat at the Aan ut water restaurant. Despite the restaurant being full, we got a table without a reservation. The service was very friendly and quick. The food and desserts were delicious. We'll be back. Tot ziens, Sailor Mike :-)

With five people on a Saturday, we really enjoyed our time here. Good food and a cozy atmosphere. We found the service to be excellent, with very pleasant attention. The only minor point we noticed was that it was sometimes very noisy. You couldn't always hear each other very well. Perhaps that is part of the experience here. We definitely want to come back here for dinner again.

Very nice positive waiters, we were seated immediately. Tables are cleaned quickly after groups leave. Professional but not rushed. Dishes look amazing

Amazing, delicious restaurant. Just a chance to recharge; super friendly staff, going the extra mile. Hats off to them. I understood it was a bit quieter that day, but it was still a wonderful experience. The kids can play there, it's great. This restaurant is now definitely on our 2Go list, 100%

After good stories from acquaintances, we decided to give it a try. But for us, it was a one-time thing. The price/quality ratio was not in proportion. The service was nice, but they made too many mistakes. For instance, it turned out the surprise wasn't on our kids' menu, but there was no solution for that either; dishes not listed on the menu were not mentioned; we weren't really served after a drink and placing our order (too busy?); and we weren't even asked if we wanted dessert. The schnitzels with peppercorn sauce and the carpaccio were tasty. Nice restaurant, good food. But just missing a few too many points. (€144 for 2 adults and 2 kids' menus)

We are pleasantly surprised by the generosity of Aan ut Water: mind you, this is the small charcuterie board :).

I had ordered something special, namely the Portuguese seafood platter, which was supposed to contain prawns and monkfish. Prawns, yes; monkfish, no. Unfortunately, it was a platter with a kind of spaghetti sauce. Naturally, we indicated that we didn't think the food was great, though the dessert was good. The service and location were top-notch.

It's more than just food. The place is simply zen.

Because there aren't that many roadside restaurants anymore, head off the highway to this bistro. Cozy spot, quick service, and the food is good too; not a place you would easily find on your own, unless you have a boat.

Having a bite to eat at Aan Ut Water feels as familiar as home, but out. Always friendly service!! Even when it's busy, there is a moment for a short personal chat. The sole is amazing, but the asparagus with salmon was also delicious. Want to grab a bite to eat with a beautiful view? Aan Ut Water is highly recommended!! 🥰

A quiet and cozy place to eat, with a view of the harbor. We only had a starter, which tasted great. We were served very kindly and they were also attentive to the child in our party. Highly recommended for a meal.

The high tea was delicious, the service more than excellent (!) despite the crowds, and the atmosphere itself was fine, but one of the doors to the outside near where we were sitting slammed shut very hard. Definitely a reason to go back again :)

The service was prompt and friendly. The atmosphere was extremely noisy, making conversation with fellow diners difficult. The food was tasteless: the salad had no dressing and consisted only of iceberg lettuce; the tomato soup was a dusty pink and tasteless. There was probably far too much crème fraîche in the soup. Dinner at this establishment was very disappointing!

We left without eating anything. It took a relatively long time for our order to arrive, and we found it unpleasant because of the noise, mainly caused by the gym-like disco music.

In Lelystad, I discovered what I consider to be the most beautiful restaurant in the city. Upon arrival, the large parking lot immediately stands out, where you can always easily find a spot. The terrace is truly something special: a beautiful view that makes you feel like you are on vacation for a moment, in an atmosphere you wouldn't readily expect in the Netherlands. A carefully decorated and welcoming place, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the moment. The staff is extremely professional, friendly, and attentive. You feel the passion and dedication in every aspect of the service. I also had the pleasure of meeting M., the owner: an elegant, dynamic woman who pays great attention to her guests. You can tell that she puts her heart into her work and handles every detail with great professionalism. Her presence adds extra value to the entire experience. The food is exquisite, with a wide selection of dishes and refined presentation. Every dish is a delight for both the eyes and the taste buds. An experience I wholeheartedly recommend. Compliments to the entire team!

Unfortunately, our regular spot, MJ's, is no longer in Lelystad. We'd already enjoyed a lovely lunch there in the sunny Aan ut Water, but we didn't know what to expect in the evening. We were pleasantly surprised! Enthusiastic service, cozy, spacious, and inviting! The food was simply excellent and competitively priced. The six of us paid €65 per person. And that included a starter, main course, dessert/coffee, and lots of drinks, including two bottles of wine. Perhaps oysters will be added to the menu! Another reason to come back... 5/5 Stars

The service could be a bit more efficient, less attention for each other and more for the customer

A well-prepared high tea for a baby shower. It wasn't clear whether all the sandwiches and pastries were safe for pregnant women. The staff checked with the chef, but still no clarity. As a precaution, the pregnant women decided to skip a few dishes. Hence the three stars for the food. The service was friendly and helpful, and the food was delicious.

A lovely spot right on the water. The Heineken went down smoothly. Recommended for a quick stop. The restrooms are upstairs, which unfortunately isn't accessible by elevator. GaliGrü.

Well, I suspect a lazy cook at the stove, probably heating up the Hanos semi-finished products and arranging them on a plate—disgraceful. The location is beautiful, the atmosphere casual, even a bit too casual, and the service rude and somewhat clumsy. Bring the food up to an acceptable level, get the service in line, and it's sure to become a great place—the location deserves it!

The food was good, but oh my, we had to wait so long for it. After the appetizer, we had to wait almost two hours for the main course. I also heard the staff talking about the guests, which was incredibly rude, by the way.

It was fun and cozy to have something to eat and drink in the harbor. We showed up with 12 people without a reservation, and they were able to accommodate us right away. It was just for coffee and cake, though.

Beautiful view, but I've never had such a bad high tea: unrefined, and the sweets were factory-made (think cheap supermarket food). The price-quality ratio is completely out of whack. Such a shame!

Beautiful day today, walked in Lelystad, and we were able to see a bit of the MUD race. Respect for the participants. Afterward, we had dinner with friends. What a lovely place! We sat outside with a fantastic view of the boats. The service was great, the young staff was friendly, the food was good, and it was fast. Inside, it was a bit noisy with groups of people.

The service was friendly. However, they forgot to provide a parking token at checkout. The grilled dish was very mediocre: steak was literally unchewable, pork tenderloin was not tender, spare ribs were neither juicy nor tasty, and the chicken thigh was passable. Despite a large clientele, the atmosphere seemed rather lackluster. And the view is indeed of the water, but not expansive...

Super cute place, friendly staff, and delicious food. Highly recommended, as you can sit comfortably indoors or enjoy the view outdoors in good weather. We had a carpaccio sandwich, a healthy sandwich, and a "uitsmijter aan ut water" (waterside snack). Reservations aren't necessary, but you might want to in good weather or for dinner.

On Father's Day, we had breakfast with the kids on the cozy terrace. The staff was very friendly, especially to the children. The breakfast menu consisted of two rolls with various toppings, an egg, a croissant, juice, a small bowl of yogurt with muesli, and some fruit. The price-quality ratio was excellent.

Na twee keer eerder hier goed gegeten te hebben is mijn derde keer zeer slecht bevallen, taaie zwarte entrecote vrijwel geen groente patat was wel goed en het breekbrood ook, maar de zalmmoot uit oven dreef in een natte soep en was niet lekker, voor mij de laatste keer dat ik hier een bezoek breng, personeel was wel vriendelijk, uitzicht ook maar eten zal ik hier echt niet meer doen.

What a beautiful location right on the harbor, perfect for a party or gathering. The quality is top-notch, and the service staff is always happy to help. We were there for a retirement party, and the team organized it perfectly.

Unfortunately it turned out that the kitchen is open only for certain hours, and not all the time the cafe is open, it would be good to inform about this. And although yesterday we really had a delicious dinner here, this morning we will have to sail away without breakfast, which of course spoils the whole impression of the place.

Very friendly staff who also speak German. The view of the marina was simply fantastic. Our food was good and the meat was cooked to perfection. Maybe a bit pricey, but it was worth it.

A nice place right in the port of the Lelystad marina. You can meet people from all over Europe and beyond. Friendly service. Delicious cocktails, juices and coffee. Beautiful views. Music in the background. Reasonable prices! Large parking lot nearby. The building also has a large hall for organized groups.

Unfortunately, the duck breast wasn't cooked all the way through. I had to hunt for the vegetables in the XXL schnitzel. There was a bowl of fries for both of us to share. The fries were pretty much the best part of the meal. The staff was very nice. Unfortunately, it wasn't good enough for the price.

High Tea consisted of a cup of tasty tomato soup, per person 3 wraps, 1 mini salmon sandwich, 1 mini croissant and some smaller snacks, such as chocolate, piece of cake, macaron. Furthermore fresh juice and unlimited tea. All tasty, but quite expensive in terms of price. It was quite busy when we were there and with only 1 man in service so a longer wait. Atmosphere was cozy, nice terrace. Dogs welcome.

Here you can eat well after a day of sailing. Service was fast and good.

Once again, very tasty food. Something for everyone. Friendly staff and a pleasant atmosphere. We come here regularly at different times of the day. I do not recognize the negative review at all.
