Aicha Restaurant in Wijk 08 Zuidwest

Unfortunately, we had a very bad experience. The chicken breast was still raw and red on the inside, which can happen, of course. But they didn't offer any solutions. My colleague also got food poisoning from the food. The woman at the counter was also very arrogant. Unfortunately, we didn't have to go back. Otherwise, the restaurant looked nice!

Unfortunately, the food we received was incredibly cold and raw. We couldn't reach a resolution with the lady. We certainly won't be returning the next time.

4/4 out of 5 stars?! That's not true, the service was excellent. Nothing to complain about. Very hospitable and large portions! Delicious!

A gem in Kanaleneiland. What a cozy and beautiful basement space at Aicha Restaurant. We had a delicious chicken skewer. Well prepared, beautifully presented. Enjoyed the fresh mint tea. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. This was our first time here; we're new to the neighborhood. We'll definitely be back. Highly recommended!

Disappointing experience due to long wait times Unfortunately, my experience at Aisha wasn't what I'd hoped for. It took an incredibly long time for our food to arrive. The soup only arrived after an hour of waiting, even though we expected it to be served faster. While the restaurant may have potential, the long wait times made the experience disappointing. This made it difficult to enjoy the evening, no matter how good the food might be. Hopefully, they'll improve their service, otherwise, it's hard to recommend.

Subhanallah what a nice restaurant and what nice people and then I haven't even talked about the food. The food is delicious and so tasteful everything is perfect if you are looking for really good food and good service and very nice people then you really have to be here. Aicha restaurant deserves to be put in the spotlight, what a service from food to staff and customer friendly and clean, I have no words for it. Super bad. Staff who don't listen well, and as a result you end up with too much food. What you didn't order. If you say anything about this, the owner will immediately start talking loudly. Garbage food.

Had a delicious meal at Aicha, was able to get a delicious dish last minute before closing time. Which by the way was DELICIOUS. Little quality food here in Utrecht. Many tents can learn from this. The service is also really great. Madam was very friendly. Also ask if everything is to your liking. Definitely recommended, also for families, a beautifully atmospheric place downstairs to eat for parties, family outings or friends outings. Top top top! Unfortunately, very bad service. I've eaten at many places and have never experienced anything like this. They make you pay for their own mistakes and the lady who works there is incredibly rude. I would avoid this place.

I placed an order by telephone, hamburger menu and pasta pollo. Order collected and paid. When I wanted to eat I saw kapsalon chicken! So I go back and Mrs. was kind enough to make pasta pollo. I had to wait 15 minutes and then had to pay another 6 euros! You won't even get any compensation, too bad!

Mooie service.. wel bijna misselijk geworde. door het eten, maar dat is niet zeker aan wie het ligt. Het is redelijk klien qua ruimte, zoude wel extra bankjes gaan regelen als ik hun was.

Had a delicious meal on December 27, 2023. The shawarma dish, vegetarian pasta and mixed salad were all delicious and in generous portions. The restaurant was cozy and nicely decorated and a real discovery. The hostess and other staff were very friendly. We will definitely come back here again 👍🤓

Delicious food and fast service.

We were here last Sunday for my niece's birthday. Service top, food even better. The hostess and waitress were super nice! I had pasta pollo which was delicious. We were a large group and received delicious hot food and the portions were generous. A big ten! Very nice space downstairs

Toppers. Just ate pasta here: these people know what they are doing👍🏻. By the way, Harira is world class here.

Heerlijke gerechten, je weet niet wat je moet kiezen. Ben er voor een 2e keer geweest, en het was echt top. Aardige mensen goede bediening. Kinderstoeltje, je waant je in marokko.

Mooi restaurant, bij gebrek aan ruimte boven hebben ze een mooi oosters (Marokkaans) ingerichte kelder! Het eten was lekker, goed gevulde borden (perfecte porties) en heerlijk op smaak. Bij een pasta krijg je ook heerlijk vers gemaakt brood nog warm met wat (kruiden)boter. De (rijst)salade die erbij zat was wel wat flauw en niet lekker op smaak (enige wat is blijven liggen op het bord na een paar happen). Personeel is vriendelijk, je kon alleen contant betalen of overmaken “pinapparaat is stuk” dat is ook altijd wel een merkwaardig feitje. Maar het eten was top dus zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

Heerlijk gegeten hier! Was echt blij verrast. Ik heb een mix schotel genomen, van kip en garnalen en friet . Met rijst en salade. Salade en de rijst was ook heerlijk en goed gevuld. Ik ben van Rotterdam gekomen en het was mijn reis meer dan waard. Personeel was erg aardig, bet eten kwam ook heel snel. Wij zaten beneden en wat een leuke huiselijke sfeer. Mooie aankleding, banken zaten heerlijk. Kortom ik heb genoten.

Zeer goed, uitstekend personeel

Ik eet eigenlijk nergens anders meer in utrecht. Jammer dat ik dit jaar pas dit restaurant heb ontdekt. Ontzettend lief en beleefd personeel, de sfeer is top en family proof, het eten is ook echt van top kwaliteit en het is lekker schoon. Allahouma barek, moge allah jullie rizq vermeerderen ❤️

Lekker eten Marokkaanse top, vriendelijke bediening. Je hebt voldoende gegeten

Af en toe ga ik hier heen voor een gehakt (köfte) schotel. Ik moet zeggen - vooral na wat teleurstellende ervaringen in andere tenten - dat dit één van de betere gehaktschotels is die je kunt krijgen in Utrecht en omstreken. Je kunt met patat of rijst bestellen, en ook een combinatie van beide. Standaard zit er vaak een (pasta) salade bij met ook vis erin. Dit is gewoon een salade uit een emmer natuurlijk, maak je geen illusies, maar goed, die Italiaan waar Tony Soprano altijd at draaide die pasta's ook niet zelf ambachtelijk achter in de winkel (maar kocht ze bij de Sligro waarschijnlijk) dus daar gaan we niet moeilijk over doen. Het belangrijkste ingrediënt - het gehakt - is gewoon dik in orde, en daar gaat het om. Als je ze vriendelijk aankijkt dan mag je in de kelder zitten, die vooral bedoeld lijkt voor feesten en partijen. Deze kelder is helemaal avontuur, met o.a. een wastafel die puur ter decoratie is en niet aangesloten is op de waterleiding, en andere oriëntaalse ornamenten (Prince of Persia of Aladdin verbleken bij de sfeer die hier geschapen wordt). Al met al kan ik van harte aanbevelen om deze tent eens te proberen.

Utrecht is een top restaurant rijker met deze goede eettent en service. Het fijne is, is dat je met je gezin/familie beneden kan zitten en relaxed kan eten in huiselijke sfeer. Alles ziet er keurig uit, van zaak tot goed gevulde borden. Wij komen hier graag met ons gezin!

Superfijne restaurant. Leuk ingericht. Schappelijke prijzen. En hun kipgehakt en kotlet is zeker aan te raden.

Super leuk eettentje, lekker rustig eten zonder herrie, snelle service, heerlijk maaltijd, erg grote porties. Zeker tevreden! Aanrader.

Heerlijk gegeten en super lief personeel. Beneden kun je heel gezellig en ruim zitten. Ik had kipsate besteld en de kip was echt smaakvol. De kapsalon portie was mooi geserveerd en lekker. Service top en we kregen snel ons eten. Op dinsdag schijnt het lekker rustig te zijn. Als ik dan echt een minpuntje moet noemen dan is het de mooie kraan die beneden als decoratie staat. We dachten dat we onze handen konden wassen.
