Food is really nice. I wish there was a small place to sit and eat. It's a "take out" only restaurant, so can't compline - I just wish. Overall, really tasty food. Worth giving it a try.

I came yesterday from Groningen to Utrecht my friend suggested me to taste suvai food. OMG I am totally amazing taste and excellent quality, I love to have any times thank you so much, highly recommend for everyone just go on u love it

The food was delicious, highly recommended! The only minor drawback was that one of the two dishes was quite spicy, even though I ordered both mild. But I'll definitely be back!

Butter chicken was a bit bland, wouldn't order it again

We recently ordered from Suvai for a baby shower function with approximately 85 adult attendees. Mr. Thiru provided excellent suggestions and guided us in finalizing a traditional South Indian vegetarian lunch menu at a very reasonable price. The food was a hit with everyone at the event, and we were thoroughly satisfied with our choice. I have also tried their non-vegetarian dishes as takeaways on other occasions, and they were just as impressive. Highly recommend Suvai for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian delicacies!

Authentic south taste dishes. Very tasty and good preparation. First visit, on holiday at Utrecht from mysore. Place is quite cramped, can look for place with dine-in which will improve business. Hats off to the team working. Maintain to sustain.

I recently ordered from Suvai, and I must say, it was an absolute treat! The authenticity of the dishes was impressive, and each bite transported me straight to the heart of India. I tried the masala dosa, idli, and Mutton briyani and all were flavorful and perfectly spiced. Very oily veg biryani that was like so soaked with oil and not edible at all

Worst Aloo Gobi I've ever had. As others indicate, watery soup with 5 mini pieces of cauliflower and potato in it, a waste of my money. I often visit South India, but this is very bad.

The food tasted good. Unfortunately, two dishes we had ordered were no longer available, and one of the dishes was not provided and we received no response after our message. We have now received a response to the message. Thanks for that.

Ordered chicken Monica as my friend recommended. But it was having raw chili powder flavour in it. Fish tawa fry was good though. And both pollachi chicken gravy and Chettinad chicken gravy tasted almost the same. They could reduce the oil. It was too much in both the gravies.

The best chicken masala I had in a long time, very much recommended compared to all the other indian restaurants this was 10/10.

If you want indian food which is pretty close to authentic, as it is very difficult to find in this city, you might as well consider them. Only they should improve on the order by phone service. Other than that it's a gem of a takeaway restaurant!

This is.. Not Indian food. Not sure what it is. But the "Saag" was... Watery Soup? And the Aloo Gobi.. Also watery soup with a couple pieces of veggies in it? Not appetizing, not Indian food.

I tried there vegetarian Biryani. The taste is the same we get in south India. I highly recommend everyone to try out this restaurant.

This was some really good Indian food! Super friendly staff, really helpful with the meal choices. They understood I was looking for food with decent kick in it, but nothing over the top spicy and they recommended me the chicken curry. The curry, one slice of bread and a beer was just under 20 euro total. Only take-away. Can highly recommend.

Excellent South Indian Biriyani Mutton and chicken, in jeera rice. The best I had so far in whole of Netherlands. The aroma and taste will make you come again.

Definitely one of the most authentic South Indian food you can find in Utrecht, particularly cuisine from Tamil Nadu regions. Love their authentic and spicy local flavours and the consistency they are maintaining!

Suvai restaurant in Utrecht has become our easy to order option for a good South Indian cuisine. Since our recent move to Utrecht, we've ordered from there twice in a week and we are very impressed by the taste. The egg Biryani, dosa, gobi 65, and alu bonda were all incredibly delicious reminding us of home. If you're looking for a great South Indian dining experience, Suvai is definitely worth a visit. We ordered home delivery both times, so I wouldn’t be able to comment on the location and atmosphere, but will definitely visit in the coming days.

Definitely the best Dosa place in Utrecht period. The chicken Kari dosa and Mysore masala dosa are absolutely amazing. Being a small eatery the preparation takes time but the delay is absolutely worth it. Highly recommended for people looking for authentic South Indian food.

Better late post than never!! We have been a regular customer of Suvai from day one and we have seen tremendous improvement from then - be it time, taste, quantity, etc. All South Indian food lovers should definitely try this place, especially their parota varieties and Chettinad curries (I personally love it’s mouth watering aroma of generous curry leaves in it). The chefs are truly justifying the cuisine I would say 👍 A special mention about their recent Valentine’s Day meal combo- it was a brilliant idea and we had ordered the veg combo ( in pictures) and it was an unforgettable dinner ❤️. We highly recommend such combo meals in future!!

It is very rare to have authentic South Indian food! But Suvai has most certainly come to our rescue. This is as authentic South Indian as it can get. The taste and quantity has been great every time we have ordered! Special mention for the biryani made with jeera-Samba rice! Keep up the deliciousness and the quality! :)

Suvai gave us a Sunday feast so special on the valentine's day week vibes. The bucket chicken biriyani was very delicious with seraga samba rice, a blend of spices along with chicken. The Kola urundai was perfectly crispy and flavourful along with the Aloo paratha which was delightfully soft with a falky exterior and a spicy filling. The Menu came along with mouth watering chicken varuthu Kari, salna and mango Lassi.

Finally Utrecht gets a authenticate Tamil Nadu restaurant where you can good non veg food. We tried the biryani and chicken 65. It was great. Very authentic taste. Pricing is good and service was very quick and fast

It's a take away service only. Starts by evening 4pm and you can find. Mostly all Indian dishes and taste is awesome and you can feel at home taste.

Excellent taste !! It's just like eating in South India. Love the flavors and spice levels. Apart from this I really like the spread in their menu. Some very authentic dishes which are otherwise impossible to find in Europe.

Here's my experience of online ordering: Starter - Lamb pepper fry: The lamb was not fresh and neither tinder. The species were awful. Main Course - Guntur chicken curry: Had lot of expectation after reading the description on the website. But this was far from being authentic and signature dish. Also I ordered spiciness as "South Indian Spiced" but the I tasted it, it was kind of sweet. Overall, the experience was not good. Not sure if I will try again.

Sorry …Too less quantity for the money . I’ll think twice if I need to order again. Taste seems to be fine though.

First time I have actually tasted authentic Indian food in Utrecht! Very authentic and delicious
