From the outside it looks like a fast food restaurant but in reality the food is much better and plentiful. I tried the chicken salad which was very generous in salad (well) with a few chicken nuggets which were more than enough for the meal. The fries were generous. The kids had hamburgers and ended up with nice slices for 17 year old teenagers who were full. I recommend it.

No seasoning or salt on the fries. The flavor is supposed to come from the sauce, but there wasn't enough sauce in the containers. The egg ball had a sour taste, which I didn't like. The price/quality ratio wasn't good.

They first say the milkshake machine will be on soon, and 10 minutes later I hear they won't be turning it on. Like, just say that right away instead of making me wait 10 minutes for nothing.

The interior seating area needs some decoration. The ordering wall adds to the atmosphere, not improves it. The chefs make excellent food! Tip: there are a lot of very young staff. Reduce the number of young staff and add some older ones. This will ensure better quality and balance.

Unfortunately, home delivery is a real nightmare. I've been trying to get something delivered for weeks now, but it's still not possible. It's constantly down. Very poor service.

The ice cream cones on both sides of the building really, really need to be replaced. If you just looked at those cones, you'd think the place had been closed for a few years. An employee said, "Just sit down, we'll come to you." It seemed like no employee came. After ordering at the counter, only after I asked if they would bring it over was they told me I should indeed take this number and put it on the table. If I hadn't asked and walked away after paying, I might not have had a number on my table. After eating, I stayed for a while. I did see some service then. It's a shame this place gets so many negative reviews. I hope the owner actually does something about it, because often in reviews, the owner replies that it's always happy to be resolved if something is reported on the spot. Maybe the owner should just keep the snack bar running. That's really not too much to ask for a snack bar in such a good location.

Poor service. My order was wrong. For some reason, the fries weren't included. I called to find out. Was it my fault? Okay. Instead of asking what went wrong, how can we find a solution so you can still enjoy your meal? After I said I hadn't noticed the price either, I was told I was shocked by the high delivery charges. It could be better and faster, too many staff and just a bit too much chatter. Otherwise, the food and drinks were fine. Fix the milk, because you should be able to order cappuccino!

Temporary waitresses. Not very friendly and downright chaotic. Long waits before you're served, even though people come in after you and are helped quickly.

Food is expensive but good. The ice cream was also delicious. Toilets leave much to be desired, when I used them there was no toilet paper and no soap to wash your hands. Food leftovers were on the stairs down.

You order a hamburger sandwich, special burgers. Then you get a decent sandwich and a burger that sticks out of the bun. Very tasty, highly recommended to visit there. You almost eat your fingers, so delicious.

Nice eatery, the chicken satay was tasty and not expensive. The hamburger in the hamburger sandwich was still raw on the inside, which was not stated on the menu. I'm not allowed to eat raw meat, so I was a bit shocked by this... When I asked what happened, the employee said that the hamburger should be completely raw on the inside... Maybe useful to put on the menu...?

Just aired with 4 people at Alidas Smulpalijs. Very good sandwiches and quickly made, for a very good price! Worth repeating!

This was once a very good snack bar with good staff and it was always very neat. Now the boy who first spoke to us was very friendly, but then it took a very long time (with so many staff) before someone came to take our order. It smelled terribly of old frying fat and it is no longer clean, garbage was just next to the counter, etc. I cannot imagine that the owners who used to work there themselves approve of this.

Ordered extra early because of the parade. Delivered an hour and fifteen minutes late and with a dead fly in it. Their solution is to bring a Milk shake. Of course very sweet, but we were already way too late for the parade.

What lousy service. After waiting for more than half an hour with hardly any customers, but 6 employees behind the bar asked where the order was, it turned out to have gone wrong. When we told you that we wanted an ice cream, you were told by a boy behind the bar that I would send someone. But no, 10 minutes later no one. We ordered a 12 o'clock, fries and 2 banana shakes. 12 hours is a plate with 3 sandwiches, 1 with croquette, 1 with fried egg, ham cheese and 1 with beef salad. You can sit under a parasol both inside and outside and because of the heat they had opened a few doors, there was a nice breeze. Certainly pleasant, but next time I would rather eat somewhere else.

Ate here again today for the first time in a long time. Previously (read about 5/6 years ago) always neat and clean, always the correct order and smooth and friendly service. Now grubby (dirty) chairs and tables, rubbish on the floor, dirty plates with leftovers from the previous meal, incomplete order and grease dripping from the croquette. The staff is no longer the well-oiled machine we were used to. The terrace also did not look inviting at all. Unfortunately for us the last time. Too bad!

Ate there on May 1. Order placed via order board. Took quite a while before we got our food. Once our food was on the table, it turned out that there was salt on the fries. We ordered 1 with and 1 without salt. We only received a bowl of fries with salt and our drinks were still not there. I reported to the counter with my complaint that we had not yet received our drinks and that I had ordered fries without salt. Not long afterwards a lady brings us drinks, but this did not go well either. We had ordered PET bottles and they arrived with glass bottles and they said it is the same. To which my response was no, we would like the plastic bottles. When we were discussing drinks, the bowl of fries came without salt. The waitress says it's done now, but you've already been to the counter with your complaint, so now it's done, you get your drink and here are the right fries. Truly I was dumbfounded by the attitude of these waitresses. We won't come here again.

Ultimately, the fries were moved from one plate into a bowl and served. The homemade megaburger is a hard-fried piece...... you decide for yourself. And when paying they still wanted to charge us for everything, even for what we had not ordered. This same girl served us food and now asked, what is wrong with the food? This is the first and last time for us, we often come close, but next time we will drive fast.

Had a snack inside, very tasty. But if you look around you, it's so dirty. Windows all greasy, lamps greasy and dusty. Everything is full of cobwebs. Cleaning needs to look up more.
